1206 N Towanda Barnes Circle KThe manager at this location is the most rude and unprofessional person I have encountered. He forces customers to use the self checkout. My chip card will not work in that reader. The card only works if it used in the slide reader. I asked to use another register and the manager said he would not open another register. As other customers were waiting, I followed the routine of inserting and removing my chip card 3 times before the machine let me slide my card. What a waste of my time and the customers in line behind me. I should have purchased a lottery ticket then the manager would have had to check me out on a different register. We are the customers. We help pay this joke of a manager’s salary. If the manager is going to force customers to use the self checkout, he’s getting paid for standing around with his thumb up his butt. Apparently Circle K condones this behavior because there are other negative reviews about this manager and he is still behaving the same way. If I can choose what drink I buy, what type of sandwich I buy, and what grade of gas I put in my car; why does the manager have the right to force me to checkout on a specific register? Is it his job to manage the store or a single self checkout machine?

No straws for fountain drinks, fine that happens. When I asked about straws the cashier was extremely rude. I asked why there wasn't at least a sign so I wouldn't have made a drink had I known, she basically told me that all customers are too dumb to read anyway. I walked away to get a coffer stir straw to use and she continued to insult me while my husband was paying. Terrible customer service. No need to be so rude. I won't go back. Plenty of other gas stations to spend my $ at..

Paid for air and some food. Pump didn’t work. They wouldn’t give me a refund and offered no help. This shop was my main store for over 12 years.

I was at this station 2 times on June 17th. Only to be insulted by the male cashier. I've called the 800. Waiting on a reply. The man was so rude. Iam someone's Mom, Grandma, daughter and a wife. Would you want yours stopping in only to be disrespected? He banned me . Little does he know I would never give my hard earned monies here still waiting on management to address this

You'd think a gas station would have pumps that work correctly. Safe to say this location doesn't have them currently. Tried to fill up, easy enough task. Not so much. Lever kept stopping even when being held in hand to fill my tank. Got $15 in when it usually costs me $30 when I lost my patience, stopped all fueling. Paid, never to return again.It's a gas pump. If it's not working post a sign. It goes a long way.

I can't tell you how many times the car wash has been out of service. Today, there was no sign in front of the entrance so I purchased yet another tank of gas with the car wash and when I pulled around....you guessed it. Out of Service. Shame on me for giving them about 10 chances. Never again. And yes, I know you can use the code another day but even when I go out of my way to use it later the darn thing is out of order half the time.

Dont come here for a quick stop at night. You might disturb the cashier's smoke breaks. Just stood outside waiting to authorization to pump gas for 10 min while 2 people stood outside smoking. Thought they were just hanging out finally another car pulls up and a lady with long dark hair says I'll be there in a minute! I was standing there she was looking right at me the entire time she she couldnt go inside to press a button or acknowledge a customer was standing in front of her trying to pump gas?! I stood there so long it timed out twice. .I didnt know she worked there just thought the cashier was in the bathroom terrible service I'm calling tomorrow to complain I'll never come back here and I'm sure this cashier doesnt care. As I just finished up writing this shes right back outside sitting in a van smoking again with another customer finishing up pumping their gas. Hope they dont need anything inside! What a great employee....

They say that they are closed at 9 but they actually closed at 7:30. One of the employees saw me trying to enter and ran to the back of the store. It was embarrassing looking up to see if you are open and then walk up to the door and find out the gas station is closed. If you are closed just post the correct time.

Coffee is good,items with set prices like gas and red bull are same as anywhere. Any grocery type items u may need in a pinch,better buy some lube to go with.

This location is almost never open during regular hours and is always hit or miss. People always waiting outside wondering why the doors are closed, especially during rush hours

The girl cashier with datk hair n the location is horrible she's so mean and won't follow the Illinois law I came in with the temporary ID but I'm allowed to use until my real one comes in the mail she should be fired she has no decency and should not be working in a customer oriented position I walked out of there humiliated ashamed and never wanting to go back this location I hate place!
