I do not recommend purchasing any products from here. There are many other competitors that provide the same product and service, trust me and go with one of them. I ordered three personalized ornaments from this company and two arrived wrong/defective. It was obvious that absolutely no time or care was taken when fulfilling my order. I could understand a misspelling or grammar error (which there were) but the names were completely smudged and whole parts of my text were just completely missing. I would have been ashamed to send out a product in the state I received. Additionally, when I requested a return, the replacement items were sent to the wrong address, which was very much a hassle and pure luck I got the items at all. Imagine my disappointment when the replacement items were STILL incorrect.This company provides poor quality products and it is evident in my experience that they pay no attention to detail or take any pride in their work. My ornaments were very basic and if they were incapable of correctly filling my order the first two times, I didn't even bother trying for a third. I cut my losses, trashed the ornaments, and ordered from a much more reputable company. Save yourself my headache and skip this company altogether.

Terrible service, a lady ripped a stuffed animal out of my 2 year olds hands when we were shopping for our annual christmas decor. We left right after, and she clapped as we walked out of the store. Still in disbelief of the disrespect. We have shopped there the last 2 years, but have never had anything like this happen.

I ordered two ornaments from Christmas Creations and had both personalized. My order was shipped and received quicker than expected. They arrived unbroken and the quality of the ornament and the personalization were great. I love them and hope my daughter and granddaughter love them just as much. I will definitely keep this place on my list of places to check before I buy anywhere else. Thank you CC so much for such a quality and professional product.

I ordered my ornament online. It came super fast, and was very cute! It looked just as it was pictured! If you are having any doubts, you shouldn't. This was adorable! The only thing I would change, is adding another animal and adding the date.

I made a purchase for $23.98 at Christmas Creations . I wasn't happy with it and mailed it back.Shipping was supposed to be $3.99. My bank statement showed she charged me $27.97. Peggy gave me a return of $19.00. I asked why. She told me the rest was for shipping. Didn't show me the order and I was unable to find it. I told her I want a full refund. After several emails she emailed me this:I am sorry you were confused about our return policy. In an effort to resolve this issue, we will refund your shipping this time.PeggyThe nerve !Peggy was the one who is confused unless she is just dishonest!She tried to charge me $7.98 for shipping and refunded me $3.98.So I got the balance of what she owed me. And she tells me she is refunding my shipping! <this time>I don't trust Peggy and will never do business with her again.One more thing. The packaging was terrible. Used box, used tissue paper, and used cellophane.

Ornament arrived in timely manner and in good condition. However, some of the personalization was wrong. I requested the year be put on the snowman's left foot but it was put on the right foot. Still an ornament just not what I wanted.
