Very happy with both service and value. I was able to have an appointment within a short few days of my initial call. The prices were fully explained to me and the full process was very transparent. The associates that came to the house were friendly and professional, and explained everything clearly. We were able to add cleaning from our stairs to the services we wanted while they were here. They completed the job quickly and everything looks great. I’m glad I went with Chem Dry for this work.

I had seen an ad where I could drop off my rugs a get professionally cleaned. I just had a 8 X 10 rug and 2 runners done and I am very pleased with the results and I definitely would use their services again. I liked that I could drop off and pick up when done.

The guys from Chem Dry were very professional and friendly. They told me their names before entering my home and used dropcloths so they weren’t walking all over the floors and carpeting with wet/snow covered shoes. They cleaned each item thoroughly and explained everything I needed to know. They moved all the furniture back into position. I was very pleased with the service!

Family owned business top quality. They not only cleaned my carpet master bedroom, living room, loft, 2 stairways up and down; but they also cleaned my hardwood and cleaned my tile and resealed it! Purchased a new home and previous owners had pets. Since my spouse is highly allergic to pet dander we decided to have the carpets cleaned and sanitized. I am thrilled to say that it was well worth it, and a fraction of the cost of what new flooring would have been. We are living quite comfortably with no major allergy problems. The Chem-Dry staff was very professional and thorough. We even had the come back to sanitize the tile floors. We would highly recommend them to our friends & family.

Moving into a new home we contacted Chem-Dry of Illinois to clean the carpets beforehand. We had poor cell service and they were willing to work with us through text and email and were very responsive! Setting everything up was very easy. They were very professional in the home.
