I had an idea of what type of flooring I wanted, but I needed an expert opinion. Heidi at Carpet Weaver’s was so helpful! She used her expertise to walk me through several options and show me samples of what the material would look like. Once I decided on tile floors, Heidi was so helpful in explaining the process and the timing of it all. We had some concerns with our floors not being level and were worried about the new floor cracking easily due to that. Heidi was able to help us coordinate a consult with the installer to be sure we would not have a problem. The installation company she secured for us did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with the tile and the installation of it. I would 100% recommend Heidi at Carpet Weaver’s to work with on your next flooring project!

Although the sales staff at Carpet Weavers makes a poor first impression (seems indifferent), sustained interaction led to an positive and satisfying experience. Even though our installation was unable to be completed within the estimated timeframe due to a miscalculation in the amount of wood needed, Chad and his helper rounded out the experience with superb installation. Responsive, polite and excellent customer responsiveness; The workmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

He is truly experienced, listens, (has patience of a “saint”) to your needs and comes up with the best solution even if you don’t know what that is. Buyer beware. They will quote over the phone and then inform you the quote isn’t real when you go in to purchase. To add to the frustration there will also be excuses like each sales rep gives a different price, sales rep a is out, sales rep b doesn’t know how to price, sales rep c needs to do research that takes more than a day to reply. In my experience this was not a reputable company.

Our experience with Carpet Weavers was horrible....We have since called another company to do some more remodeling, and we were told the job they performed was terrible. We had schedule difficulties, plus the ceramic tiling in our kitchen was laid right ON TOP of our other flooring....grout was splashed on our cabinets....a door jamb was cut too short, and the wood flooring in our family room was laid the wrong direction. We had tiling pop up, etc. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had for $10,000. I would NEVER go back to them.

My husband and I were completely ignored upon entering the store. After finding the tile section, a sales woman reluctantly approached us and at one point told my husband the tile we were looking at “is really expensive”. We are doing a bathroom remodel and will be spending quite a bit of money- just not here.

I have never been treated more rudely than at this store in Bloomington, Il. I went into buy a dining table and chairs and truly felt I was inconveniencing the sales lady. If I owned this store I would truly be ashamed of how it was represented today.
