My wife and I visited this place for the first time. One of the cleanest and well stocked pro shops in the area.The shooting lanes are top notch and the staff are some of the absolute nicest and knowledgeable people I've met in several years at a range.They also have special nights like women only special couples pricing. But the most amazing thing is rent a lane and decide you want to take a break and go get some food, just tell them you'll be back. They will get you back on the first available lane and no more range charges. It's for the whole day.It is worth the almost 40 minute drive to shoot at this facility. Highly highly recommend this place for all your shooting needs.

We always enjoy coming to CI Shooting Sports to shoot some guns. Must sign a waiver for all minors and watch a video for safety. We took our boys here for the first time yesterday and they enjoyed it very much. There are rules you have to follow by so make sure that you abide by them. We had a time limit of 1 hour but also for $20 we were able to rent unlimited rifles to try out the ones that they had available, it was nice to be able to have that option! Good prices & service!

I had a terrible and infuriating experience. The shocking handling and rude attitude reminded me of a C.I shooting incident. I had booked a training class with them and was supposed to contact Coach Mike, who told me the class would start at 5:00 PM. The next day, I paid a $100 reservation fee, but a young man at the front desk told me the class on Friday was at 5:30 PM. I even double-checked the time with him, and he confirmed it was at 5:30 PM. On Friday, I arrived before 5:30 PM, only to be told that we were late and Mike had already left. They constantly lied, and nobody in their establishment could be trusted, displaying unreasonable behavior.

Will be spending my money else whereReply: I have shot here 3 times with somebody who had their foid and now that I have my own foid I wanted to rent a couple of guns to try out and decide what I wanted to buy. I was told, the fact that I don't own a gun already I can't even rent a gun to shoot and I would have to have a second person with me either way to watch me because people can't shoot on the range by themselves because they go in there and kill themselves. Am I suppose to just buy a gun I never shot before so I can shoot there. Thats like buying a car without test driving it first. I'll go somewhere else thanks

All the staff members are knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service. They take care to inspect anything being sold/traded so you know they care about their customers and the products they sell. Incredible selection of new and used firearms with good pricing. They carry numerous optics for pistols and rifle. Tons of gear and clothing. It’s your one stop shop. The range is kept in great condition with plenty of lanes. Come check them out!

The staff are helpful and courteous.They were multitasking very well on a very busy couple night. Mike ( if he looks like a cop, it's because he is) was an excellent and helpful range officer. Including helping my son with his shot each time he came thru doing lane checks. I will be back for sure well worth my 30 minute drive from Pekin.

Great place they have what you need most of the time. Staff is very helpful. Way over priced. Bought 5:11 tactical pants they charged 109.99. When on the site it’s 79.99 the most I have seen is 85.00 on site. So it’s a 25 mark-up and you know there getting them at a bulk discount.

I just had my final rounds fired at CI! Bought a 40 Walther from them in May 2022 pre owned. I fired maybe 150 rounds through it in the 10 months I owned it decent def I would sell it. Ask them if they were interested and apparently from May to February it is only worth $275 to them, I will keep it. Hilarious to me and this was the 4th pistol I have purchased from them. I told Brandon I would not be back his retort was that I never told him what I wanted felt like I was buying a car and he had to go see his manager terrible experience and my first google review because of it!

This place is awesome! I am a newbie when it comes to guns and a small group of us wanted to check this place out. Everyone was amazing through the whole process, from helping us make the arrangements to come to in....all the way through learning how to shoot. We spoke with Jeanette, who was extremely communicative (both over phone and email). She worked with us to make sure everything would be set for our afternoon. Tom was our Safety Officer and he was awesome! The time he spent with us was very personable. I half expected the S.O. to just make a presence, but that wasn't the case. Tom stood up there with us the entire time, helping each one of us perfect our aim and teaching us valuable lessons. We couldn't have asked for a better S.O.! The prices are very reasonable as well. This place is definitely worth additional visits. Check them out!

A bit pricey for lessons and gear. Very clean though and employees were nice and very knowledgeable. Took a CCW class here and the lady that taught it was very knowledgeable but was a little off in some of her information. I’ll still be taking a few more classes here and will leave another review at a later date

I recently completed a two-day ccl class at CI Shooting Sports. The instructors Aaron Ragusa, Mark Heimann and William Self each brought the perfect balance of safety, knowledge and real-life experiences to make a class that taught far beyond just what was required. The class definitely sharpened my skills! The facility and all staff worked hard to create a safe, fun and relaxed learning experience. I look forward to more classes at CI Shooting Sports!

This is a nice store for the firearm enthusiast. They are loaded with plenty of guns and 2 indoor ranges. My trip was to get gear for my duty belt for work. They have all kinds of apparel and gear for police, tactical, and correctional officers. Please be aware, the prices can seem a little high for some items, but what your getting will be great quality and will stand up over time. The employees are friendly and willing to help with whatever question you have.

I used to be intimidated by such a professional environment and higher end firearms. The staff here is absolutely fantastic they were kind, polite, and helpful to me while helping me through my first firearm purchase, even though it is one of the most inexpensive shotguns on the market. (I've been shooting on their indoor range as well on separate occasions, it is very nice)TLDR:great price, great environment, great service

At this point I’m convinced that the staff racially profile black men.I walked in today and the whole staff turned there attention on me and my guest & stared at us as if they saw a Ghost.now we both have foid cards & do not smoke at all.but was told we had to leave because of a marijuana smell.remind you I’m holding ice coffee happy and ready to shoot.and spent 3k on guns at C.I just not to even shoot them there.as a black man in America to my fellow African American men do not go here they will make you feel uncomfortable and they will say you smell like marijuana.they are racist towards black men but friendly & helpful to people of there color.

Locally owned and operated, staff has been friendly and helpful every time I've been in. Frequent special occasions at the range, such as "Gunpowder and Glitter" ladies' nights and "Date Night at the Range." Deals are all inclusive for a firearm rental, box of ammo and a range lane. Incredibly good deal. Store itself is spacious and modern with a very large selection of not only firearms, but accessories and clothing.
