Not a bad place to take your pet. Just make sure you do adequate research and do what's best for your fur baby. Don't recommend for skittish or senior dogs. The setting is pretty open and that might make them more nervous.

I had my dog scheduled for training here. They canceled the first class. Set my next class 2 weeks later and when I slept in on a Saturday morning and tried to call to reschedule, the actual store manager ALEX hung up on me twice. Thankfully I was able to get through to the trainer.. all this while the agency requires me to get her training and make a whole lot of threats over it, so Alex hanging up on me when all I needed was 1 minute of his time is absolutely unconscionable and I’m going to see if I can get my dogs classes transferred somewhere else. I spent a decade in retail and I could never see any of my former store managers hanging up on someone who was being polite like I was.

People here seems very nice. I took my puppy here for a bath, but I'm surprised that they don't pluck the ear hair, and the eye stain is still very visible. I need to figure out how to do that myself.

The best and more supplied store in the area, all clean, in place items store. The grooming staff is the most efficient and playful people you can leave your pet.
