DO NOT USE PREORDER!!! Only half of the things I preordered online were actually pulled, and some were the wrong colors. And I know that some of the items were there because I went in to pick up something else and saw a whole stack of the holders they were “out” of. I get it, Christmas time, but the point is convenience. So- not only is the app wrong with how much stock is available on some items, the staff here won’t take the time to find what was ordered. Take my advice. Do not trust any preorder process here. Just fight the crowds, or like me, order somewhere else.

2:00 p.m. January 25th, heavy set young girl with black hair workingI know it's not part of anybody's job description, but sensitivity training would be much appreciated if not even basic humanity I have a muscle disorder and became extraordinarily weak while in the store knew I probably wouldn't make it to my car before collapsing, just asked very nicely if I could have some way to get help to my car or maybe even pull my car up to the door, just told me noAgain I get that nobody is obligated to do this I am not entitled to help and I am not acting like I am, but help would have been very much appreciated I hope she would have at least called an ambulance if she saw me collapse I just now made it to my vehicle took me 10 minutes to get to my car parked six spots away from the door just barely made it

Overall, it was fine. The only issue is no organization or cleaning up. There were products everywhere out of place and stuff on the floor. A decent number of boxes were ripped open with stuff missing. The boxes are just hastily taped up and put back on the shelf for people to buy.

Its simply an upscale Dollar Tree. Fun for a lot of things and more options for kids but remember you get what you pay for. I have a set mental list of things worth it to buy here. Its fun and employees are very kind as well!

Five Below is a cute store filled with fun items, especially for teens and younger. It is completely self-checkout.Books, stickers, toys, electronic devices, t-shirts, and seasonal items are plentiful.Parking is plentiful. Handicapped parking is available, but you must cross traffic to get to the store. Entrance doors must be opened manually.

Quick stop to make a purchase for a party. Nice selection of cheap items. My kids love it here as it allows them to spend there allowance and feel like they got a bargain.

I do completely understand staffing issues, as I only saw one employee. However, shopping here is extremely unpleasant and not all due to staffing. It is completely disorganized and messy, and the music is SO loud. The setup makes it really hard to shop, and the spacing between fixtures is very random, so in some places there is tons of space, and in others, you can barely squeeze through. This particular location is very poorly set up and managed.

Great Store very friendly staff. Love how its tech 10 now. Some items are 10 dollars but well worth price as it retails over 50-80 dollars as ive compared prices. I'll gladly pay $10 for an 80 dollar item. Also the electronic section prices went up by .55-.95 cents more ex. 10ft phone cords now $5.95 still worth it as avg. Price is $20 dollars. Phone cases $5.55 now. Still amazing deals. Always find something cute.Love how they have penny candy now. New layout and self service. Much faster. Love it !!!

Just finished my Christmas shopping here for some stocking stuffers and miscellaneous gifts. I enjoyed their good selection of phone cords and other electronic accessories! I also nabbed some posters and some candy. Everything is $5 or below unless specifically stated- my 10-ft long phone cord cost about $6.Just like a lot of other places, they are set up for the pandemic season and their service was very helpful when I was checking out. I had a good experience here.

Love the variety of items they have: Electronics, Educational/Fun Books, Games, Makeup (Hair, Nails, Facial...), Room Decor.. it was my first time at this location and items were pretty scarce, which I could understand with it being so close to Christmas. Can't wait to go back and check out the merchandise after the holidays! 🎁 Found plenty of great stocking stuffers here too 🎁

This location is exactly what you'd expect. All items are $5 or less.I prefer this chain over The Dollar Tree or Dollar Store because of it's larger layout, cleanliness, and staff. All three of those listed items are noticeably better at Five Below.I have found it to be an excellent location for purchasing cheap - but appreciated - birthday gifts for kids 8 and under.

They remodeled & all check-outs but 1 are self stations. I thought that was pretty neat. However, they made the candy a bigger part of the store now instead of just being along the wall. So of course kids want to buy it because it's huge & right in the middle now. I didn't go there for candy. I went for toys. But apparently now you can't go without buying candy also. :(

Oh, I love me some Five Below.For $5 I bought a battery pack that has so far lasted me 9 months of continued use and I use it several times a week to charge up my phone on the run! Can’t really beat that.All in all, for the pricing the quality isn’t bad and you can find some fun, unique and helpful things!

Great store. Very well stocked, well organized, and a wide variety of items both useful and just fun to have. Staff was also very friendly. The manager, I think her name tag said Rose, helped me find the iphone camera lenses I was looking for.

The name says it all. Children always secretly prefer quanity over quality during the holiday season and birthdays. Five Below allows you to get tons of items for gifts without breaking your budget. They also have a large selection of books ehich would otherwise cost up to 40 a piece at the new book stores.... only 5 or less at Five Below. Staff is friendly and efficient. Store is clean and organized. Definitely recommend.

What's not to love about a place that has everything $5 or less. Toys workout accessories, crafts, books, clothes, some basic cosmetics, phone chargers, cords, cases, some home decor. Ok dont get me wrong it's not a huge store but its loaded with good stuff for the little extras at holidays and birthdays.

This is the second time I've been here and it was packed for a Sunday, but they always have neat things for only $5 bucks. Great place to buy white elephant gifts. I recommend you get here early to avoid long lines.
