Today I go buy some veggies and other stuff one employ give me bad actitud bcz I take it from the top shelf my self , because of employee like this lady i give it bad reviews and I will never comeback to this location.my money got her employee if people like me not buy stores not exist .

I used to be a manager at the schaumburg and algonquin locations and I have to say, it's sad to see how this place has been torn apart. Starting from the empty isles and the full stockrooms, the incredibly messy isles with gift bags all over the place, no wrapping paper, scarse inventory in all isles and it's a shame. Ever since the manager Vasa left, it's gone downhill. I also had a mediocre experience at check out with a sad looking blonde woman that must be new because I've never seen her before. Bagged all my canned soups with my crackers and pasta, resulting in it all being smashed. No double bagging for the heavier items and detergent I got, mind you I had a baby stroller with me and was difficult to carry, hoping none of it broke through the bags while going to my car. No body greets anymore, nobody cares about the customers experience anymore it's all changed so much and it's bittersweet and sad. She also seemed to scan items INCREDIBLY slow as if she didn't really care for the 15 other people waiting in line. Please dont just hire anybody! Or properly train to bag, greet, push items of the week at the register, and train for for employees to actually stay long term instead of looking for a temporary spot to fill!

Only 1 cashier, the line was extremely long! Cashier was multitasking checkout. Balloons and keeping people calm. Finally after a very long wait of almost 1/2 hr, 2 other cashiers opened up, not good customer service!

I found so many necessary and unnecessary things at Dollar Tree. Their seasonal accessories and toys and books and snacks and cards are outstanding when everything costs a dollar. There is plenty of parking. The store is well lit and very clean. You can buy balloons for special occasions. Cleaning supplies are plentiful and they even carry some name brands. Though the checkout lines can get long, they keep moving. Seasonal items for Christmas are now available. They now have large cans of pop instead of plastic bottles, Hooray for recycling.Prices on everything has increased to a minimum of $1.25. I bought a t-shirt for $5. There are a lot more crafts. Cleaning products are not as varied as before. In May they have many summer decorations, picnic supplies and graduation cards. Plenty of lot parking. Friendly cashiers.

I just want to thank the female cashier who always wishes every customer to "have a blessed day." It's absolutely adorable and brightens my day every time I come in. Thank you, stranger!I'm giving the overall establishment 4/5 stars just because it's a little hard to find things, and it's harder to find employees to ask for help... Still, I'm very fond of this place. It's a dollar store, of course it's not going to be perfectly organized all the time.

Valerie at checkout is super nice! I stopped by around 9 pm on Sat evening...was able to pick the items needed. Highly recommend this location.

Judy at the Bloomingdale Dollar Tree was extremely rude. I waited in line for about 9 minutes because there was only one cashier and about 7 customers waiting to be checked out. When I finally made it to the register, Judy decided to walk away and do something else . Didn’t say excuse me or anything…just walked away. Extremely rude. When I told her that was very rude and unprofessional. Her response was. “ Well I have other things to do too” WOW!Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Good place to buy birthday cards, bags and tissue paper. Every once in a while they have some random good finds. Always cheap and nice staff. If the company as a whole could remodel their stores, I think it would make it look less dated.

Always a pleasure shopping here. Everyone is so nice and my staples are always in stock. UPDATE...I went to the smaller one by Bentley's because it was closer. Big difference...noone looks up at you...when u greet them...no response...cold environment...regret not driving the distance to arm trail...you guys are ALWAYs friendly. Thank you.

You could probably live your whole life out of Dollar Tree. Want something from another store but not really sure you want it? Go to Dollar Tree and buy the nearly identical item for a $1. Heck, buy 5 of them just to throw 4 away. If they had furniture here I'd probably try and actually furnish my house from here too. Suck it dollar general, this place is better.

I'm not sure about all of the locations, but the one in Bloomingdale IL has changed part of the store. They now have some items that cost more. Be very careful on what you're getting.

The lady working there was very couteous. I asked her about different things on 5 occasions. She was always helpful and smiling. The store had a few empty aisles. But everything was arranged and displayed well

This place is racist. They refused to accept an item that didn’t work. it because it’s open. I returned a sink and tub 🛀 drain cover .because & it didn’t work. I just want something else.(Because it made out plastic. )And water continues to leak off the tub.

I give it four stars right now cause poor employees are trying no store manager at moment. Still holding it down. Girls are stress to the max with none stop lines still nice as can be even though you can see stress on face two cashiers 40 people in line still moves!. Yet theirs a new asst. Amanda she has to go yells rude lazy. Girls know more than her as they have been their years an she days? Needs to stop with eye rolls an lip smacks. Stocker mgr does as much as she can she works none stops needs more stockers never seen store so empty yet no store mgr so one can only do so much. Cashier Marisol always smiling excellent goes out her way to help need her as mgr. Along with wonder girl name marlin both need raises their on daily basis know who staff those three ladies work like horses need raises! Wish corporate would see the hard work of stock mgr,marlin and Marisol. Amanda needs to go yelling as customers lip smacks eye rolls way she talks will make me stop shopping their after 12 yrs we already have had problems. How can I get corporate number !

The best dollar store in the neighborhood. I've been to other dollar tree & dollar general stores in our other suburbs & I find most of the stuff I'm looking for only in this store. I've bought really pretty paper goods for my daughter's parties that are way cheaper than party city & you can't tell it's from a dollar store.

I came in with no expectations, and was delighted to find Utz chips. But the real delight was finding among the baseball cards, hiding out of reach were... them.Magic the Gathering cards.Perfect for our 1 cent "pauper" decks. We ended up with over 700 cards.

there is still a MASK MANDATE in place, signs posted on the doors. People still coming into the store WITHOUT a mask on and they are allowed in. I was VERY uncomfortable in there with so many maskless people. You need to start denying entry to ALL that refuse to wear a mask!

Out of all the Dollar Tree's I visit for my business, this is the cleanest and neatest. They seem to always have the product I need in stock. It is the furthest from my office but I don't hesitate to come to this location first.
