This is the best vet anyone can ever go to! I have been going here for nine years with my rescue pooch. Everyone is fantastic from the receptionists to the techs to the docs. Its a great place to go! They will never try to perform services that aren't needed to uncharge you. The docs always check in with me a few days later when my dog is sick to make sure she's doing better. Dr. Joe always explains everything in great detail so I understand what's going on. If he forgot something and remembered when you left, he'll send a text message to make sure you get the information. Best vet I have ever gone to!

We brought are 2 adopted cats to see Dr Kim this week. What a wonderful experience! They were so scared and she was so kind to them. She was gentle with them while doing their exams and they really calmed down. The staff was so helpful too. They even taught me how to trim their nails. It was such a nice experience- our new kitties love their new vet!!

We have been clients of Bloomingdale Animal Hospital for over 10 years. My dog, Simba, has been seen by few of the doctors there. All of them have been great. Dr. Tom Pasdo is Simba's current provider. He is very knowledgeable and careful. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The staff is friendly and very helpful as well. I definitely trust dr. Tom and Bloomingdale Animal Hospital with Simba's health.

Dr. Tom and his staff are amazing with my animals. Dr. Tom is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable as well as up to date on the latest treatments and best practices. He is very kind, compassionate and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly so you are well informed and educated on any condition with your animals. Dealing with Bloomingdale Animal Hospital is very refreshingly easy compared to past experiences elsewhere. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and helpful and I have had everything taken care of by them in a convenient manner. The vets and techs are all great too, in our experience, and able to handle our nervous pooches with no problem. They have always done a great job from a technical standpoint. We really appreciate their service and switched to them even though they are further away because it is very worth it to get the professionalism and care we've gotten at BAH. Thank you!

Dr Joe and all the staff are great! My dog and I were greeted right away and taken back quickly. Dr Joe and his vet tech were so good with my dog. They took they’re time with examining and answered all questions and concerns I had. I will never take my dog to another vet! They are worth more than 5 stars! We have been taking our dogs here for years. The staff is so kind, honest, and friendly. We love Dr. Winfield. When our corgi had Cancer, he was very honest and empathetic. We then got our 2 rescue babies, Baylee and Kaylee and he is wonderful with them! Both my girls needed dental surgery and the staff explained everything to me as I was extremely nervous. My girls are pain free now and doing so good! We love Bloomingdale Animal Hospital.

Love Dr. Joe always listens to my concerns and never rushes you out of there. Never suggests things for my dogs that they don't need like I hear from other people when they go to the vet. Girls in office are always very nice and office is very clean. 🐾💗

I have taken all my pets here for 40 years. They are always very thorough and compassionate to both animals and owners I recently had to put my 15 year old dog to sleep and Dr Joe and the entire staff were so kind to my Sadie and me. they made one of the hardest things to do bearable.I would recommend this to everyone who loves and cherishes their pet.Thank you Dr Joe and all the wonderful people at Bloomingdales Animal Hospital

Dr. Tom was wonderful with my dog Honey. He was very caring and knowledgeable. The staff is great as well, they made me feel so comfortable when dropping her off for surgery, they told me she would be well taken care of and she definitely was. Also, any questions I had were answered. I definitely recommend it here!

We decided to take our multipom to this vet after reading the stellar reviews as we were looking for a new vet. I don’t know how they got such high reviews as we had to wait in the lobby for a half hour for our appointment. The reception desk never updated us as to the delay. Finally we asked and someone from the back came out and said they had an emergency appointment which delayed everything. Ok we understood that can happen. We waited another 50 minutes in the room after the tech left and no one came back in. We wasted an hour and a half of our time for nothing. We walked out of the room and the receptionists both just said sorry. Seriously they could’ve called me to reschedule or asked us to reschedule when we arrived but instead they let us sit. We were one of the last patients as the doctor was in the room with the emergency. No other vet was working? The receptionists were clueless and didnt care that we were sitting and waiting for nothing. Horrible clinic no consideration for patients. And this was our first visit! Definitely our last visit. Not a good first impression!!! I wouldn’t take my pet to this place as they don’t care about the pets and owners.

Dr. Marie was able to help me out last minute when my cat Jet was having an issue. They took him same day, and got him help right away. I was provided pain meds for him as well to help with his problem. They also took me 2 days later when I still couldn't get him to urinate, and we're able to do test and get him back to healthy right away! He's doing great now and I can't thank them enough!

They are great at working with you and your pet no matter how nervous or scared your pet is. All of the staff was friendly and willing to explain everything they were doing. They answered all of my questions and were very attentive.

There is absouletly NO BETTER VET then DR. TOM P. @ BLOOMINGDALE ANIMAL HOSPITAL.Not only a Vet but also the Director and will devote every moment of your visit to your Pet and you as its owner. Extremely thorough with your pets needs, exam, etc.Will call you back at earliest convenience if you ever have questions regarding your pet always.The staff is extremely kind, caring and efficient in every aspect you can imagine. We have been through just about everything with 2 dogs, and there has never been a time where they weren't friendly, helpful, and experts. I primarily see Dr. Heidi and she's awesome, but the whole staff has always been great.

We will never go back there - very disrespectful place.We were waiting 40 minutes in the small room, my dog has got anxiety, he was vomiting, trying to get out, and nobody showed up.Receptionists were too busy to notice that I walked out of this room and was trying to ask why we were left for this long in the room.There was no "I am sorry" or any kind of respect to my frustration.When I took my dog and asked to cancel this appointment, the ladies were wishing me "have a nice weekend!!??Very disrespectful place!

We've used BAH several times this year and the service was always excellent. Sadly, in December, it was time to put our 15 year old rescue dog, Daisy, to sleep. The experience was handled beautifully. A room was ready with a blanket on the floor and a box of keenex. We had a few moments. Daisy was sedated making her comfort was the first priority. I was allowed to pay in that room so that I would not have to stand at the reception desk afterward. The doctor put Daisy to sleep, explaining everything as he went. I was allowed to stay with her afterward as long as I needed to. I'll never forget how compassionately this was handled.

5/5 every time.The Bloomingdale Animal Hospital has been the best, most caring vet I have experienced to date.After years of going here, we moved to Chicago and were sad to leave this vet, but they were very gracious helping us transfer our dogs file to the new vet!If I ever move back around Bloomingdale, they will be my only choice for an animal hospital....So I'm not saying goodbye, just see you later!On a side note, I have gone through the incredibly hard experience of putting 2 elderly dogs down in my life, both here at BAH, and each time it was handled in a manner that was utmost respectful and caring. Its never easy, but I also could not see a way in-which they could have done any better,Thank you for years of dedicated and kind service.

I came to the Bloomingdale Animal Hospital for a second opinion on my Black Lab, Rileys limp. She had been seen at the Itasca Clinic and was xrayed and given two different anti-inflammatory prescriptions. There was no improvement and I was advised to go to a specialist. The Bloomingdale clinic had the best rating in DuPage County. I also read many wonderful things about Dr. Heidi and she far surpassed her rating on these comment pages. Her exam was thorough and she immediately discovered the dogs shoulder was very swollen. She drew fluid and found an infection. We now have a diagnosis and a treatment plan with antibiotics We're not out of the woods yet as more testing will be done to rule out any other issues/or disease. I am so happy with the hands on treatment that I am switching from the Itasca clinic to the Bloomingdale Animal Hospital. I am very grateful for their attention to my dog. Thank you Dr. Heidi ❤️
