Love this place. The self service carts are fantastic!!! Thanks for getting bigger ones. In and out nice and quick. Only negative is it's a bit smaller than your typical grocery store and I can't find everything I need in one place. But this is the fastest! It's also clean and well organized. If I could get everything here I would!

Very helpful staff! It was our first time at an Amazon Fresh store, and we wanted to try the shopping option where you just walk out. A greeter explained it all (really well), including how to log in to connect our account, how to use digital coupons, how to identify Amazon Prime discounts and even how to sign out if we opted not to buy anything. The aisles are spacious, everything is beautifully laid out, food and aisle signage are clear and easy to read, and the store is immaculate. Every staff member we passed checked in to see if we needed anything. It was a wonderful experience. We couldn't have chosen a better location to try this out.

Manager Ryan was amazing! First time shopping here I just moved to the area and decided to stop in and get some avocado’s and I of course, had to get my little Debbie snack fix . He explained how to pay and how things work with my Amazon prime account. Store was very clean and organized. Definitely will be back !

Honestly, I've only shopped at Amazon Fresh a couple of times. I usually stop in to return online purchases. Having said that, the store is beautiful. A large variety of items and a friendly staff. The cold and hot bars look delicious. Very nice shopping experience.

One of the easiest shopping centers of the 21st century. Super convenient, clean, friendly staff, easily accessible to all your needs. Great check out area. Prices are very reasonable and I would say that it’s on the compactor side for sure. Seems like a higher end grocery store compared to your normal grocery shop. Amazon is doing something interesting here.

This store is pretty cool if you like Amazon and most people do!! They have an Amazon Help Desk and they can help you with tons of things. There's Amazon pick-up lockers which are super convenient. On some things I feel the prices are a bit high but they also have some super good sales. They have those Amazon computerized shopping carts which is pretty amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. So if you've never been here it's a must that you stopped by. they have tons of hot food to go and a amazing produce section. One cool thing is they use paper bags and they double bag them and the bags have handles their super sturdy. They also have free Wi-Fi and tables that you can sit down at I think that's if you buy hot food but I'm not sure though.

Yeah?! Another grocery store in the area. It’s very clean and organized.Lots of fresh choices. Nice seafood/meat counter. Deli area needs more help. Sushi is very good, prices comparable to other local groceries.Prices are same as on line fresh store. I haven’t tried the order/pick up option. Yet.The self checkout cart works well. Price checks, even though prices are posted, nice option. Could have a larger “Dash” area, as a lot of people are milking around. Lots of staff, but that could be that it’s the first week.Will be back to see if things remain the same...

Feels like a Whole Foods in atmosphere and pricing. Perfectly serviceable for a grocery store. The bouquet of flowers I purchased were adequate but withered within a couple days.

Shopped at the Bloomingdale location for the first time, The produce section was excellent and very fresh. I thought some of the prices were higher than Walmart or other retailers until I checked out and found out that as a prime member, I had discounts on most of the items in my cart and it actually wound up being cheaper overall!

I've had a wonderful experience at this store! The staff is warm and helpful, making returns a breeze. Plus, scanning a barcode on the returns desk with my phone yields discounts on store purchases. I've noticed that baby formula is consistently $4 cheaper than usual, and other items like snacks are often discounted for Prime members. Checkout is always a smooth process. Overall, this store offers a seamless and rewarding shopping experience for Prime members like me!Plus plenty of parking, they accept EBT.

Not super impressed with the store atmosphere or the prices. Overall the feel of the store is a bit cold and robotic.Most of the times I’ve been in the store there are few people and many employees that don’t greet you or interact - it feels a bit twilight zone. Prices are generally high and not competitive unless you find something on sale. The sale items are great.The reason I come back to this store is only to do returns of items from amazon, otherwise I wouldn’t come here.

So...is a grocery store just a grocery store? When it comes to Amazon Fresh, the answer is YES and NO!Yes...it is just a grocery store in that it has all the normal trappings of a VERY GOOD grocery store. It has all the popular brands and items. They are beautifully presented and the aisles are fully stocked. The visuals are very appealing while still maintaining a bit of an industrial look. I especially like the touch of floor freezers having lids. That is actually something I haven't encountered before, and it's a nice upgrade from open-air floor freezers. Although the popular brands are there, it's still a relatively small store, so don't be surprised if some of your favorites from another chain may be missing.NO....it's not just another grocery store....because it's Amazon. If you have an Amazon Prime account, then this takes your experience to a whole nutha level. The coolest thing is the Dash Cart. The Dash Cart allows you to check in on your Amazon app via your cellphone. Once that is done, you simply add items to the cart. The cart weighs the items as you add them to the cart to verify the item and the quantity. The produce items are SUPER EASY to add. All you have to do is type in the PLU number on the touchpad on the cart, and it identifies the item and the weight. VOILA! It keeps a running total of you much the tab is. I think this is a HUGE benefit.The Dash Carts have a lot to offer, but there are a few things to be aware of.1. They don't tell you this, but it really is meant for someone getting just a few items. Think of this as the express lane on wheels. Yes...you can fit a little bit more in it, but it will get crowded.2. Although the product recognition is quite good, it's not flawless. You will need to check your quantities as you go to make sure that something didn't register twice.3. As you leave, you will push your cart all the way across the green exit lane. If there are any problems, there are assistants there to help sort it out.4. Once you finish crossing the lane, your purchase is complete. There are larger bags available in case you need to create a little more space.5. The bags in the carts have handles that are folded down inside. It's a good idea to fold the handles UP before adding items to the bag. If not, you may rip the bags when trying to remove them at the exit.Bottom line....it's a VERY GOOD grocery store. But you can find other VERY GOOD grocery stores. What you CAN'T find, is another one that makes running in and running out quite as easy. That's the value of Amazon Fresh. There is a small learning curve, but for Amazon Prime members, it's worth it.

Painless shopping experience. The store offers fruit freebies for children to snack on. They also have complimentary stickers for kids too. Surprisingly, some of the school supplies are cheaper than Walmart.Sushi here is fresh and surprisingly good for the price.

Great store with features of any other super market in the line. They have fresh items and lot of bakery goods. The dash experience works almost, but not 100 percent. You have to be watching your cart to ensure it does not count an item twice. They also have a return option for all your amazon packages. Some items are competitively priced, so be wise when you pick your favorites

A really new and innovative shopping experience. One of the cleanest and most organized grocery stores I have ever been to. I have also used their pickup and delivery service. It was top notch. All of the food was packed up with high quality wrappings including thermal bags. All food was handled with care. Staff was really friendly and helpful with using the new high tech carts.

No directions for TRUCK DRIVERS, the place is neat and clean inside 👍🏼 very friendly service and staff, you have to figure out on your own how to get here. The person doing the Amazon returns clearly did not want to be there and was unprofessional. She told me if the product was damaged while in route after they accepted my return it was my responsibility and I would not get a refund if that happened. I’m not sure if she was having an off day but made for a really bad experience for something that should have been smooth.

This place is OK. I like the Self-checkout Amazon cart and the store is usually pretty empty (other than all of the Associates running around picking items for customer orders). Prices are fair but not great. Also it would have been nice to charge my car while I was shopping there, but one of their own employees was using the spot instead. I'd suggest management consider asking their employees to not use the guest charging spaces so that customers can use them during their visit.

The self scan cart is so neat and makes shopping independently a success. All the items I put in the card scanned to my account instantly. The down side is your item list is limited to only 20 items per transaction, other you have to use a normal cart and check out with a person at the register. The produce was fresh and meats were fresh and many unique products could be found on their store shelves. This type of shopping definitely could be the future of grocery shopping.

Lets start with the good first, then the not so good... I am a Vegan and I love going to new stores to find new products! I was able to find Daiya dairy free strawberry cream cheese here! I was able to find Califia dairy free liquid yogurt that I can only find in Whole Foods! There wasnt must traffic in the store so that was nice for social distancing! Now the not so good... I walked around aimlessly trying to find vegan products. The selection was few and far in between. There was no meat alternatives in the meat section. There were only frozen options in the freezer. None of the employees stopped to ask if I needed help or even just say hello. I crossed paths with about 7-8 employees so this must be the culture of the store. The smart cart was pretty nice for totaling the cost ahead of time! I had one issue, but no big deal. The cashier was rude when I didn't know I had to use a specific lane for the smart cart checkout. Also no one was in that area so I would have no way of knowing. She had to call the employee over to assist me. Instead of explaining or assisting me he took over and took my cart and checked me out without asking anything. When you roll past a certain point in the lane you are charged via Amazon payment method. Nice for touch-free checkout, but I wanted to use a different method of payment and was unable to without knowing. I didn't raise any alarms in the store because it wasn't a huge deal to me, but imagine someone with a link card or snap benefits that didn't know. They should fully explain the rules of shopping before checking you out. Overall I would visit again for the two items mentioned above and leave, but no "wow" experience had. Meh

Always a good experience here, if you look lost people will ask if you need help that works at the store. Using the dash cart is the ultimate experience because you don't have to wait in line and you just walk out. The only downside to the dash cart is they haven't made it to where you can bring it outside so you have to transfer everything over to a regular cart. Overall they do have good prices Hit or miss, something's are cheaper than Walmart and other times it's more expensive. They do have sales constantly for being a prime member and usually with that sale you are going to save more money than you would at Walmart. I've actually done comparisons by scanning barcodes on the Walmart app while I'm at the Amazon store and Amazon will beat them out 80% of the time with the discount.I don't know about other locations but this one is never busy which makes me wonder if it will survive, maybe Amazon doesn't mind losing money and or it's possible they're just doing so many online grocery orders and that's why there's less people. There's always a lot of Amazon workers shopping for online orders. Don't get this place confused with the regular Amazon app because they have very few products from the online platform at the store. They do have some Amazon basics with kitchenware pots and pans and there's a small section by the return area in the back of Amazon products like fire sticks.

Very rude staff. I had cashier Michelle ring up my groceries she was so rude when unhelpful. I was trying to check out and it was my first time coming to the store and she was not Helping me I did not know how to get prime discount and she was so frustrated. I was trying buy Amazon gift card and she would not let me get it. I never had someone treat me this way. I will not be back

Update: last visit to the store was so difficult. I wasn't sure why the scanning cart no longer scan. And I have to hold and scan each item multiple times. The. I realized they have swapped the original cart with 6 cameras to only with 2 cameras? I liked using the camera shopping cart because it helps me know exactly what I'm paying. The new carts Makes the shopping experience very inconvenient.... I wish they will bring back the old carts..How blessed we are to have a Fresh store in this town. I just realized they are not that common in downtown.The assistant store manager - Ryan is very nice and patient in helping us with searching for items.People here are very nice. It makes return of Amazon online purchases convenient. If you return amazon purchase at Fresh, you get a coupon to shop in store. That's what brought me back again today, I was craving for some ice cream, I decided to come here to see what else I can buy to make use of my coupon.I love shopping with the smart cart, which shows exactly how much I'm paying, and I don't need to move things from the cart to cashier. I can check out directly through the lane if I logged in with my amazon account.Things are a bit more expensive than other stores. Prices are more reasonable when buying with coupons available. I've tried their delivery one time, and the produce are either very ripe and wont last long, or very tiny avocado's. I prefer to shop in person so I can see exactly when I am buying.They also have cooked meals and specials every day to choose from. A great option if you don't feel like cooking.

This was a cool place to go and see what it's about but it's very expensive. They have sushi and other fresh things to get like different salads and fried chicken but I'll just stick with Sam's club and Walmart.
