We drive past multiple other veterinarians to take our babies to Dr Jess and Dr Dan at Happy Tails!! They are such amazing and intelligent people. All of the staff are always so helpful! We have human and animal little ones and they are always willing to give us an extra hand. We have always received the best care and would recommend them to everyone! :)

The whole staff is very caring. Their services have a reasonable price. I have had 2 dogs & some cats cared for here. One cat had to be euthanized & they did all they could to make the experience the least traumatic as possible. They treat me well and they care my fur babies like they were their own.

I am so truly happy with Happy Tails Pet Hospital. My dog broke out in a bad rash from allergies and the vet got Ted in the same day. He received a shot to take away his bumps and they started to clear up while we were in the waiting room. They were super nice, they consoled me when I felt terrible that I had let it get that bad. They also gave me donated medicine from the Angel group to help the cost of all the expenses. I am truly grateful for my vet and the staff. You are Amazing! Thank you Happy Tails!

We love Dr. Jess and staff! As a breeder it is very important to have a good connection with the vet you work with on a regular basis. Dr. Jess always makes it a priority to have a great connection with you and your pet, she gets down on their level and interacts with them making the visit a very positive experience for both the owner and pet. She is very knowledgeable and I fully trust the advice she gives is what's best for my pets. Dr. Jess really has a passion for what she does and it shows every time we are in the office.

We have been taking our pets to Happy Tails for 10+ years. Our Dog Tucker does not mind going to Happy Tails because it is a Friendly and positive experience for him.. They get down on the floor with him instead of putting him on the table and they know he loves his treats. Great Dr's and staff and atmosphere. I definitely recommend Happy Tails...

Happy Tails is the only vet I love taking my pets to. The staff are always so polite and helpful. Even when my dog needed an emergency surgery, and I was a crying mess, they made sure all of our needs were met. They are also really great about explaining and being upfront on costs. My other dog needs medication to help her rebuild cartilige and they explained the options with price points. When I opted for the one requiring me to give her a shot once a month, they showed me exactly how to do it and gave words of encouragment. I would never go anywhere else. Even though we moved about 45 minutes away, we always make the drive. Happy Tails is worth it!

The staff at happy tails are always very friendly and helpful. The building is always clean and smells very good. They Drs take as much time with you as you need, they take their time checking out your animal, and they explain everything going on. I am glad we chose Happy Tails and I definitely recommend them.

Dr. Jess and the whole staff are amazing! I would recommend Happy Tails to everyone!! I brought in a very sick teacup Chihuahua, who got very sick, very quickly, due to an unknown ectopic pregnancy, with 2 mummified fetuses in her, a very infected uterus and sepsis. Because the tissues had all grown around the fetuses and had attached to the stomach, spleen and intestines, she required a very delicate surgery. She had a 15% chance of living through surgery. Dr. Jess worked late into the night to save our baby and she lived!! They let me come when I could everyday to spend time with her, even when they were closed and called me several times a day with updates. Our baby survived and is thriving because of their dedication, genuine love and skilled care. Dr. Jess worked hard to give the best care at the lowest cost possible, which was an absolute blessing for our family! Happy Tails is hands down the best vet clinic in our area and we are lucky to have them!!

Very good vets! Much more reasonable pricing than other vets in area. These vets take time with you, answer any questions and I never feel rushed. They don't try to order a million unnecessary tests. Front desk is friendly and helpful and they have always tried to accommodate an appointment with me and my difficult schedule. I love this place and recommend it over all other get clinics.

Dr. Jess and the Happy Tails staff are a gift from God. Never have I EVER seen a dog LOVE to go to the vet as much as my Tino loved going to see Dr. Jess and “his girls”. When my Tino had an emergency and Dr. Jess was out of town she spent her personal time on the phone with me and his emergency doctors. I would recommend this staff over and over again.

I have nothing but great things to say about HT. We first started to bring our new dog out there after being referred to them by a friend. They have helped our dog through many issues (that were/are caused by overbreeding). And they even saved her life when she fell deathly ill and had to have emergency surgery. A couple years after that I had the pleasure to personally work with both vets while they volunteered their time to spay/neuter the dogs & cats at the humane society. They are both extremely knowledgeable and caring for every pet they encounter. They are professional and honest and will help you with whatever concerns you have. Everyone that works in the office is friendly and seem to love what they do. I would definitely recommend coming here!

When my favorite cat contracted the calici virus, I carried her into the vet to be euthanized. Dr. Jess refused to do that because she loved her. Three times I carried her in there, crying my eyes out, and she refused to end Silver's life. She even offered to pay for some of the medication, but I wouldn't let her! Now my baby is as good as new! If you want your pets to be treated like inanimate objects, take them to any vet. But if you want them to be treated like your babies, then take them to Happy Tails!

No way to make it better, every trip we are reassured why we bring Cha-Ching to see Dr. Dan and Dr. Jess. He is treated like we treat him, a loved family member. From the receptionist to the nurses to the lab techs, to the Doctors, he is treated like a king. We LOVE Happy Tails !!
