Went there on St. Patrick’s day and there was only one girl working. Tried picking up my photos but the poor girl was swamped with customers and there was no one else there. Finally after she got done, I asked if there was any other employees and she said they were in the back doing makeup! Absolutely ridiculous. I had to stand there for a hot minute to pick up my photos and this poor girl, I believe her name was Hayley? Was swamped with customers. I hope management does something because that’s ridiculous. Do better Walgreens.

I went in because another pharmacy suggested that Walgreens had a generic of the eye wipes that the doctor suggested I buy. They in fact were sold out. But, they took the time to help me look. I was informed that the product should be available by the middle of the next week. I appreciate the personal service even though the product wasn't available

I receive an Error "Upload Failed" when trying to add photos to an existing folder on my account. If I create a new folder, I can upload photos to the new folder, but not to any existing folders. I have called Walgreens support a week ago and was told they'll escalate my ticket and I would receive an email in e days. It's been 8 days and I haven't received an email yet. How can I get this issue resolved?

Recently had to get a Covid19 Rapid test, scheduled it at 3:30 pm. Test results are done in house and are supposed to be ready with in the hour sent to your email. 3 hours later, no email. So I called up there only to find out they closed and won't reopen until Tuesday. I was charged $128 for the test, for which I did not receive results. I called corporate and they could get into my file see that I had taken it and couldn't explain why it wasn't sent to me, she also confirmed all my contact info. She gave me number to a outside lap that also keeps records of tests and I called them only to find that they to are now closed (@ 6:30pm) and won't be open until Tuesday. I will now likely have to go and get another test from someone more component then they are and probably pay another $128. Don't waste your time, and money here. They don't care about you, or your money.

I’d like to take the time to give credit to Evan working this afternoon. He was so patient and kind with an elderly customer, never once showing frustrations or rushing her along. The guy behind this woman and in front of me got too antsy, aggressively set down his hot wheel car and Reese’s he was going to purchase and stormed out... which made this woman feel embarrassed. Evan reassured her she was okay and that some people are just like that and then proceeded to take care of her. His customer service was outstanding! Thank you for being kind, Evan.

Slow filling scripts and are always changing their rules on when you can fill them too. It would be a courtesy to let regular customers know when your new rules go into affect, like the month before hand. Gas isn't cheap to be making multiple trips to your store.

Gave me the wrong prescription. Doctor sent in a new prescription completely because Walgreens had notified me mine was recalled. Then gave me the recalled prescription... so we paid for something I'm not supposed to use and wasn't what my doctor asked for in the first place.

This pharmacy is amazing. My neurologist wanted me on a very specific medication & they did everything in their power to get it for me. I got what my doctor wanted me on by the time I got from Alton to the store in Bethalto. I highly recommend their pharmacy. They have very great people working for them.

Update your pharmacy hours geez. Ridiculous that I come on a Sunday when it states 10pm to be told 6pm. Really unprofessional for people who need their medication.
