The Bethalto Schnucks is great. Everyone's friendly. The store is always clean & well stocked.I'm not a fan of the change in check-out. A few people in line and it plugs up the whole place!

The deli was horrible,I heard them ranting and raving about employees that previously worked in this store,extremely unprofessional and made me extremely disgusted the fact there talking about the conversations there having especially in front of customers.The meat department ,floral and bakery are extremely nice and super helpful A+Also Linda stay buttmad you old wrinkly heifer :)👏 🖕Anywho I love the off brand sodas!

The salad mixes don’t last. Seems like it is wilting before the Best Buy date. Meat is tough. I love the employees. They are very helpful and professional. Just wish the quality matched the service.

Clean, convenient, quick to find what you need. Workers seem to enjoy what they do. Store is organized and kept up on. Location is convenient. Have just about everything you’d need. I enjoy the rewards system, it adds up quickly and you can turn around and take money off your purchases with the reward points. If you’re going to spend money on groceries you might as well go somewhere that rewards you for it.

Being a Current Employee at the Bethalto Location, I've had my fair share of horrible Experiences than any work place i've been in my lifetime. The Management in the Deli is a nightmare I've been Threatened to be hit, smacked, kicked and even had one of my managers threaten to fight me causing me to fear for my life. I've Also had one of co-workers taking Photo of me without my consent and they still have the pictures of me weather doing my job or simply whenever im in there line of sight,they also done this with costumers as well, To mention that if you do something wrong they won't talk to you about it but instead talk about you behind your back so you have to figure it out later down the line.The Management here is Super unprofessional and the store manager has Relationship with the Deli manager making it so any wrong doing she's done such as what i explained above will be ignored and looked the other way.I would never shop in this location cause the management here do not care about the well being of there Employee's and Customers alike.Anyway the Off brand soda's are good. Dr.Lou and Cream soda Fans! 🙂

Nice place with nice workers. However, whoever runs the wing bar needs to order more imo wing chunks. They're easily the most popular wing on the wing bar. Every time I get them there are hardly any left. I am a loyal customer who shows up 5 days a week for lunch. Unfortunately, I'm going to stop coming to schnucks for lunch due to the constant shortage of imo wing chunks.

The only downside to this location is the lack of selection, and the produce is hit or miss on if it's good, going bad, or already gone bad. Other than that it's a good store that's conveniently located and affordable

Cashiers are decent but the management stares people down like prison guards.Schnucks should really do some remedial customer service training, I shop in Edwardsville when I can to avoid the place, but the meat prices are decent.

Inconvenient at checkout. I had three items, went to self checkout as it was open, only had cash on me but was declined because their self checkout wouldn’t take cash, had to stand in line to pay in cash. Had the same problem at ALDI, turns out Walmart is seeming to remain the one business not pushing an agenda on going cashless—yet—as sad as that is to say. Disappointed to say the least.

They don't rotate their products, so you have to watch what you are buying and the freshness and dates, but besides that, it's another grocery store. Just watch what you buy carefully.

Easy to find things and store is very organized and clean. Staffs there are friendly and helpful. Never a plm shopping there. Products May be a little on the high side on some things but there are some that has a good price tag on.. I'd suggest this store to others to shop here.

Tends to be out of a lot of the advertised sale items. Shelves can also be disorganized and the shelf labels aren't always for the item above them so you may think something is a certain price only to find out at check out that it's much more bc the label wasn't for that item. The self checkout is also in a very cramped space although they have someone posted there to help and he was awesome.

I like Schnucks and the staff is always helpful. Not heard one complaint on staff being treated bad. I usually only shop schnucks. Prices are a lot higher but pay for close and convenient. They could be more competitive with walmart groceries prices. Schnucks has many stores.

I have always liked a lot of their Schnucks products and I used to think I was getting what I paid for. The deli is getting a lot of 'off' brands that are terrible. They're not the only ones, but their prices are atrocious!I do like their rewards program. It comes in handy when your a little short, just use some of your rewards...

The party catering service is really good.. I got $75 worth of friend chicken from there for a party and its was awesome hot fresh deliciousness.. Just wish i could have ordered fried fish as well.. Without having to drive all the way to alton to get my fried fish..

The folks here are so helpful and friendly. I walked up and down the aisles and couldn't find what I wanted.I saw an employee that earlier I saw helping another customer, and took my chances. She knew exactly where I needed to go and offered to take me there.That is what I value about Schnuck's. The family feeling still permeates the store, decades after the real Schnuck family started their first store.
