Terrible! Unfortunately they are driving patrons to find their needs elsewhere. Today had employees kick 2 Adults out of the store because they pointed to a sign the only “2 Students allowed in the store at a time.” Because they were profiling them thinking they were younger than they were. What a joke. They were wanting to get some sodas before Prom on a Saturday night. Use some common sense you geniuses. This is absolutely ridiculous. That’s like kicking out patrons in the store because they go to the school district and are with their parents and there are 4 kids in the Store. You guys should be embarrassed on top of that they were completely rude and unprofessional with their approach. Have some training in your store on how to address situations and how to respect the customers that are paying your bills. Bethalto is small and word will get around to take their business to QT across the street. They are always super professional there no matter what your age appears to be! I have a feeling you will be getting some additional reviews reflecting your service here shortly! Enjoy!

The store itself isn't bad but they have a habit of hiring thieves there's a thief that works there now she works in conjunction with her husband to steal peoples stuff. Hit and run needs to be careful or she's going to clear them out too

Employee pocketed $4 of my change. Manager told me that she didn’t do it on purpose. Considering these people work for tips, $4 is awfully convenient to miscount. Manager was not polite when dealing with this situation. Moral of the story, the employee with the long silver hair is either too high (wreaked of dope) to correctly count back my change that is displayed on the screen, or she is a thief. No in between. Never a hit n run it’s more like hit n wait, this is because the employees are more concerned with making a tip outside than dealing with customers inside. I’ll never be back.

Change of cups smaller size for the same price not to mention the lids do something about them they DONT fit right I've dropped more sodas In The last month than in 10 years of shopping there because the lids don't fit right very dissatified about it

This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and they refuse to accept a US PASSPORT as proper identification. It's not my (or any other customer's) fault these people are to poor/disadvantaged to know what a PASSPORT is to recognize it is more than proper identification. Public schools have obviously failed us. These people need better training... but still believe they DESERVE $15 an hour with zero training or knowledge of their "trade" as a "highly respected " cashier.I hope these social ills find out what a PASSPORT is/even looks like one day. How sad. I almost feel sorry for them.

Do not do your laundry here. Every washer shares NO water with the detergents filling compartment. Every one of them I used was filled with gooey leftovers from all the people who wasted their money trying to clean dirty laundry.🤬

I was really only there for the laundromat, but it's always well kept, and very clean. It's a very chill atmosphere, I don't worry about my things being taken while I've got my back turned. The store always seems well kept and well stocked. The clerks are very kind and helpful.

Refused to accept my expired ID even though renewals have been pushed back until June 2021. That would have been annoying enough, but she actually got sassy with me over it. After sharing my experience with others, they've all said the same thing; the staff at this location are rude and they refuse to go there. I also refuse to go there ever again after my experience. Unfortunate because hit n run is a great convenience store, and since I recently had a baby, being able to take advantage of the drive through service is a great help to me. The Alton locations have wonderful staff and I never had any problems there.Went to QT across the street and didnt have any issues with my ID, and the man working the counter was super nice, so that's where I'll be taking all of my business now that I'm a resident of Bethalto.

Some of the workers there are rude as hell. One lady keeps telling people that they can't come and use the restroom even if they are buying stuff in the store. The same lady wants to stand in the store and tell people how to take care of thier kids on a personal out of work related events. On several occasions she had said something to my oldest daughter about my younger daughter. She keeps taken personal life events to work with her and telling other about it. On 4-19-2016 she told my youngest daughter that she could not use the restroom after buying a pack of gum. She had a problem with my kid because she is not friends with hers . She's always rude to all three of my children when I'm not around, I don't go in and say anything because of working with the publica it is unprofessional to do so. It is also unprofessional to say something when you are working at the time as well. I have family that work in that store also and this lady so always complaining to her about thinghs that happen at our kids school with them. She has been given my name and number so we can take care of this when she is not on the clock , she still choose to run her mouth about my younger daughter so no we will not be going back to that store either. I know when I worked there you left your personal life outside the door before your shift started. That's how it should be.

You guys need to get it together. How is the the worst location I have ever been to. If your pay at the pump is down, then you should not be requiring customers to guess at amounts to authorize. Glad there's a QT across the street.I won't be back to this location. And I go twice a day to Washington. Worst experience I've ever had at a hit n run.

Staff was rude when i i walked through the door about wearing a mask. Wouldnt accept my valid id with hole punched because "the owner said". Took my business across the street to quicktrip. They accepted my id...

The laundry mat sucks , triple loader goes round and round for 3 minutes before it fills up with water, the few dryers that work don't really get hot!!

Prepaid for gas and the pump wouldn't do anything. Went back inside and they claimed I it pumped and refused to give me my money back.
