The wife and I like to frequent this establishment, but quite often, like today, 11-16-2023, we stop to pick up 1 classic, a super, and a beef and cheddar. Once we got home with our order, we found the beef to be sliced way too thick and just a gob folded over and placed on the bun. The meat was tough and hard to eat so it went in the trash. Its sad when we paid 28 dollars for food that is not worth eating. Fast food is going down hill, never thought Arbys would let their quality stoop this low !

I started in drive thru. Sat for 20 minutes without moving g in line. Went inside to place order. Wow. What a mistake. Poor management. 1 person taking orders. 7 people in line. Manager came over to give clerk money. Didn't even acknowledge that we where all standing in long line. Took me forever to get my food once I ordered. Never go to this location again

I'd never eaten inside the restaurant before, only ran through the drive thru. Tonight, however, my son wanted to eat his curly fries inside. The restaurant was really clean and the cashier was one of the nicest girls. She was kind and interacted with my 5 year old, instead of looking to me to speak to. She even put his name on the order so he would get called when his fries were ready. He was so happy. Thank you Arby's ❤️ you made him feel special tonight

Ordered via Door Dash. The chicken wrap was awful. The chicken tasted as if it had been sitting in a warmer for hours. After two bites, I threw it in the garbage.Don't waste your money on the chicken wrap like I did.If you love a chicken bacon wrap like I do, go to the Weathervain here in Bethalto. So worth every penny.

You want to see some filthy ugly girls go to the bethalto Arby's did I mention stupid . I ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato only they gave me lettuce and tomato on bread. When I saw them touching the food with no gloves at all times it made me sick. Go by and see what you get a side of yeast with your food. Have you ever noticed the owners don't care all they do is say thanks for sharing if you would like to share more. No that's not how you run a business those girls should have been fired, and all those girls who don't wash their hands I'm sorry it's not just yeast they can spread from there nasty not washing after using there front but when they use there other and they are working with meat on top of it they could give someone ecoli and maybe kill them they should be fired. Question the one with acne all over her face her and the ugly girl at the drive thru window they are were knee deep in it. I bet the girls working were all involved. The acne face said that's what you ordered if she really believes that she will be working at a fast food restaurant the rest of her life unless she finds a boy who gives it you know but her face than he will be trapped with that.

Missing food. Rang up food separately instead of in a combo, so I got charged way more. Food was NOT worth the price. Fries were cold (mind you we had to pull up & wait for those specifically). French dip sandwich was smashed & bun was hard. Staff was beyond rude. I asked for BBQ sauce & I must of asked for it on a stand up comedy stage since all they could do was laugh in the mic. All the while not one but TWO managers on site. Went inside to get missing food & got stared at until finally one of the managers said "I think he's missing something from his order". Won't be going back!

We ordered our food and received our food quickly. I used the restroom and a worker came in behind me and used the the restroom and he walked out without washing his hands and when I came out he was back in the kitchen. Also an employee appeared to be on break and was on the phone. Her conversation used inappropriate language and cussing while sitting in the eating area.

I absolutely loved that sandwich that has the ribs in it... but you never have it, despite it being advertised.Arby's is really good food but damn is it expensive. What makes it worse is this location literally ALWAYS messes something up. Even when it was the manager at the window, my order was still messed up. Super frustrating that it costs so much money yet never matches what I paid for.The people working are nice, it's not like they're rude or anything, so I'll give 3 stars, but they really need to start verifying the orders are correct before sending it out the window.

This restaurant has always had good food but tonight was a nightmare spent close to $40 on dinner they forgot the multiple items have to go back around and wait in the drive thru again to get the items replaced . By the time we get back through the drive through, get home now our whole order is cold and soggy and to add insult to injury a couple of the sandwiches look as if they’ve been smashed . I tried to call multiple times to speak with a manager but they don’t answer the phone and I’m definitely not sitting through the drive a 3rd time this evening . It’s a shame we’ve lived in this town for 6 years and have eaten at this restaurant 100s of times and this has never happened before . The food is usually above par for fast food tonight changed my thinking on that .

$35 order. There was mass confusion about our order. I assume she was new. Had it repeated and corrected 3xs including at the window. Ok. No problem. Then shorted a fry. Brisket was a disappointment. $10 combo and it had 2 pieces of meat. Asked for ranch for LG order of poppers and got 0

Rudest fast food visit ever. We sat in the drive thru for almost 20 mins 71 dollar order for the drive girl to be completely rude. We had a total of 6 drinks and when asked if we could have a carrier she said “I guess I’ll just hand it to you after you take your drinks”, didn’t mark our drinks so that was a guessing game. They forgot a sandwich, fry and soda. Went back for sandwich and food was miserable cold by the time we got home. Called manager for her to say this isn’t my store I’m just filling in but I will let someone else know about her. This is the second bad experience at this restaurant in 4 months. No clue what is going on with this place but Arby’s match your customer service to your prices!

Food was good. Problem was the first 4 things we ordered they told us, oh sorry we are out-of that. Asked for a shake, oh sorry our machine is broke. Finally we asked them what do you have? After receiving out drinks that had no ice in them we asked for ice and they said we are out the machine is not working. All of this would have been ok but the staff was just rude on top of it so it made our visit a little uncomfortable and not wanting to return to this Arby's.

Much, much more pleasant experience now that Dashers are permitted to pick up via drive thru. With this new change I will 100% come back to get orders!

I like their gyros, the greek ones are delicious. Usually have a 2 for $6 deal on them. One for now, 1 for later. Pretty quick drive thru even when busy. Friendly staff and I haven't experienced them running out of anything, like some other places. When they have it, their mac and cheese is delicious but it is seasonal.
