Very cute little shop, they have small selections but they are well organized and stocked. Everything from dogs and cats to fish and reptiles. The staff is incredibly helpful as well, if one associate doesn't known the answer they will ask someone who does. Chances are you I'll find what you need here. There is also a pet washing and grooming service here. I have not personally used it bit they seem to do a great job they were constantly busy for being a small shop. I recommend this place for sure!

Went in for acouple dog items. First time visiting this location. Walked in as soon as they were Opened. Store looked messy, abit unorganized and not an associate to be found. Some of the items I needed had security tag on the hook and "needed" for an associate to come unlock it. Since I didn't find help I just forced the item of the hook and that worked. Grabbed 3 dog items, took them to the registers and every single one of them was priced wrong.. I went back took a photo of the item and still the cashier said that it wasn't the correct tag, I paid full price due to this.What should of taken me about 5min or less took me about 15 minutes. Get it together management. Its a very small store, there's no reason it should look like it did at 9am.

This pet store is the cleanest pet store I’ve seen in my entire life. The fish look so happy and well taken care of. Roman is the store manager and he is so awesome, great customer service overall. Diana is the newest member recruited from Petco and she actually sold us are our bearded dragon (while employed at Petco) I am so happy she changed stores. She is so knowledgeable and genuinely loves animals. Overall, I strongly recommend this particular location!

This was my first time coming to this location. The store is a bit smaller than some of the other pet supplies plus stores I have shopped but it had everything I needed. There was a younger man named Eric that greeted us right away and offered his assistance. We said thank you but we were fine. Later we were looking for a particular cat food and the same young man got down off his ladder and took us to the area to show us where we could find it. He was super nice, polite and helpful. The best service I had all through the Christmas season. If all store employees cared about their job and offered this kind of customer service the retail industry would be a much better place to shop. Thank you Eric we will be making this location our new store to shop.

It's a nice enough store to shop in IF I have time. But ordering from them for delivery, there is ALWAYS a problem. The last 4 delivery orders I made online with them, stuff I ordered that the web site SAID was in stock, WASN'T & then the store calls me next day to ask should they cancel that item, or can they replace it with a similar item. FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. I'm using the main corporate PSP web site. It FORCES me to use this Berwyn store for delivery because I guess it's closest. But how does something I ordered online AFTER the store closed in the evening magically go out of stock when they are fulfilling the order the next day? Someone bought more while the store was closed overnight?? & I get the same script from the teenagers working there: "I understand your frustration" & "we didn't get that shipment this week" every time it happens. Who manages a business this way?? If you're constantly selling out of a product before you get the next shipment, you ORDER MORE than the usual order so you can SELL MORE! DUH! This isn't rocket science! I don't want to support a giant corporation that craps on its workers, but since this PSP never has what I ordered in stock even though the PSP web site SAYS IT DOES, & Amazon always does, I guess I'll go with Amazon! If I could order for delivery from ANOTHER PSP in the area, I would! But the corporate PSP WON'T LET ME. I would really like to support local businesses - but this one never has in stock what the web site SAYS IT DOES. Berwyn PSP is basically driving me away from PSP & into the arms of Amazon.

I used their self service dog wash last month for the first time and it was so clean, the staff was wonderful, and I thought the dryer and shampoo provided were great. However, (and at no fault to the store) the people using the baths next to me were whispering about how their dog they were bathing (next to my dog) had a flea infestation and they were picking fleas off and putting them down the drain. I’m lucky my dog is on year round prescription flea/tick prevention. I am writing this review more as a caution to all to make sure you stop at your vet before using a public dog wash. The staff cannot examine every pet that is brought there obviously. Be careful with your fur babies. Maybe make sure there is a sign or contract to be signed that your animal is healthy and flea free before using the facility?

Liked this place the first time I walked in! Staff greeted you at the door. When I needed help looking for food for my puppy, Ariana was most helpful. She took the time and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable about pets. Walked out the place very confident and assured I was giving the best to my pup. Chris was so nice and gave me tips on training and caring for my pup. Great staff. Will return often!

Let me first just say how wonderful the girls in grooming are! They always treat my dogs like family and give them back to me looking beautiful and smelling better!The store always looks great and clean! My dogs food is always in stock and they have all the chews and treats I need!I even plan on adopting a cat from the rescue they brought in!10/10 stars!!!

just wanted to drop by a leave a well deserved review. I took my Yorkie Coby in for a Bath, Haircut and Nail Trimming for $45 plus tip. The two ladies were wonderful with Coby and were very polite and attentive from the moment I walked up. I really enjoyed the welcoming environment as every employee I walked past greeted me. this was a new store in town so I decided to give them a shot and I couldn't be happier. I will say that once we got home I noticed that they missed a couple of Cobys longer nails maybe they were in a rush or it was an accident but that's not going to stop my 5 star review. overall had a great experience at this store and we will be coming back!p.s. I left a small tip at the cashier's desk, hopefully you guys or whoever took care of Coby received it.

The store is new in town and they are super friendly and helpfull. Everything around is clear to see, the prices are alright. I like the bundle package to go in and wash your pet.

I always buy Fancy Feast cat food in chicken & turkey flavors because that's all my cat will eat. Sometimes it's nearly gone when I shop for it. The store needs to try to get more from the company if possible. This is a very busy store & they need more inventory. Maybe they can cut back on the fish flavors that seem to stay on the shelf longer.
