Had difficulty finding two items. The first time I asked a staff member for help, she was great, walked me over to where it was. For the second item, the staff member I asked said "they're in aisle x" in a voice that sounded curt. Maybe she was off duty and shopping? I couldn't hear what aisle she said, and based on her tone, I didn't ask again. I ended up leaving without the item. Kudos to the kind, happy employee - I didn't get her name, but next time I go there, if I see her, I will get her name so I may include it in my review and tell management, too.

Don’t expect to come here later in the evening and get any service. Self checkout only. Asked if anyone was available to check out and was told “sorry there isn’t.” Meanwhile continuing to just stand around like the other 3 employees up front in the store. Seriously, why pay 4 employees to stand around up front doing absolutely no thing and expect YOUR customers to do THEIR job? Now you can pay them to put my cartload of groceries back on the shelf.

Went there to view solar eclipse and was blown away by this Walmart’s welcoming hospitality. They passed out popsicles to everyone and must have turned off their parking lot lights so we could experience the darkening around us. You provided a wonderful experience!! Thank you!

Music far too loud and annoying. Only quiet between 8am-10am and hard for me to get in during those hours. It's changed a lot over the past couple of years from quiet to loud and chaotic and the new pharmacy remodel made the line problems worse.

I hate using electric scooter/wheel chair but due to the issues with my feet and back I have to. Two works of this Walmart was very rude. You don't snicker and talk badly about customers. Especially not if from of them. I already have issues going out to place because of what I just mentioned and mental health issues I'm dealing with.

My elderly Mom went shopping on a Thursday and was forced to use self check out, which she is not able to use. She asked for help and finally someone reluctantly did then he just walked away. My Mom said not only was the person who helped her check out her groceries have a bad attitude but he was rude to her as well. Very poor customer service. One of the worse Walmarts in So IL. A very unpleasant experience. I try my best not to shop there.

Wall Mart has gone down hill. Taking joint away from Humana to have self checkout that is janky to say the least. Plus then look at all the crazy things that happen with people and strangers at Wal Mart and all the stories of Wall Mart being part of the missing children. No one ever seems to get identified even reported and wal Mart has cameras everywhere. I'm just saying Wall Mart should have nothing but a clean reputation after almost even adult spend money there you would think that would be enough to be looking out for the folks.

This center has certain grocery items that the Marion,IL center does not. Its the 71 exit on I57 . also there's a big gas station and other commercial businesses at that exit.

For a decently sized Walmart, this place doesn't always have what others do, unless you're in the grocery section. On groceries, they have, many times, more different and unique products than others around do.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the employees were very nice helping me find a certain product and parking area too notch. Lots of people to help you, fresh fruits and veggies available. The mark down products was amazing....

It was good overall. Walmart employee was very helpful finding what I needed. Had cash registers open and didn't have to scan items myself.

There were quite a few people who were not wearing face coverings. OI think we are still where the face coverings should be worn, but other than that, Wal-Mart was fine I didn't go inside. Just stayed in the car.

The store itself is probably the best you're going to get as far as Walmart goes. However, most of the employees apparently DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS after using the bathroom! I was sitting there waiting for my mom to get done in the bathroom and when she came out she told me that maybe one person had washed their hands while she was in there.I told her that everyone who'd come out of the bathroom in that time period had been employees. All of them were either wearing the blue Walmart vests or carrying one. Just something to keep in mind when you ask them to do your shopping for you because none of them ever wear gloves when they're doing the shopping either 🙃

Went to shop there today, 18 August. It was warm in the store. It should be cool, I did not want to stay any longer than I had too. Tell the self check out biddies to back up and not act like everyone is a thief. Walmart had gone down hill.

Colorist, racist, or just plain ignorant.I paid for 7 items with my Walmart pay and I had a 2 year old with me— I’m a visitor to this town.I’m realizing I’m the only “colored” person in the place. I pay for my items and the woman in her 60s with black hair past her shoulders gonna say did I pay for my items and asked if my card was working. Okay I didn’t think nothing of it, but I showed her my items— she wanted me to READ my items out loud while showing what I have at the same time as if I didn’t pay it.I showed her my receipt. I SCROLLED down like she asked and then she wanted me to read it? I’ve never had this done to me before. And yes I’m calling this particular Walmart to let them no bc I was in there with other parents and didn’t see nobody stopping them.

Employees shopping for pickup or delivery were blocking every asile. Was crazy. They would not move to let you by. I was saying excuse me constantly. Being ignored by most. One lady finally helped us reach somethings that were way back on the top shelf. Other than that it was just a Walmart. Don't like them but try to just get in and out quickly as possible. They have better prices than a lot of other stores.

Better then some Walmart's I've been to but still have problems finding helpful employees that know where to find items in the store. I know it's a big store but the employees need to be trained a little better so we don't have to search all over. Employees were friendly and greeter was very nice and friendly with not just me but with everyone that entered and exited.
