The store is a large rual king with a more modern look. The employees were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I found some damaged products that were still being sold for full price, even after being notified that there were damaged products that needed attention to. Besides that its a pretty standard store.

I was extremely disappointed about one of the cashiers behavior while I was trying to pay off a layaway. I tried to ask if I could pay a payment on a layaway on an item. I asked an associate about this when I put it on layaway at the beginning said I could pay a payment at the service desk as long as it wasn’t the final payment. I asked the associate Thomas if I could pay it at service desk his attitude was rude saying he didn’t know how to do that. after calling someone he proceeded to throw his walkie talkie down on the desk. Continuing to be rude I left due to his behavior. Will not be back

Went there on a Saturday afternoon to pay for an item that could be bought at the service desk. Asked Thomas to help me with it. He started off being rude to me and wouldn’t help. I asked to speak with a manger and he wouldn’t get one. Left the store due to the cashier being rude. Won’t be back to that store.

1st time here! Masks not required. Was a little busy around 5 pm on a Saturday night. There was plenty of workers to help if needed. They had chickens for sale, but no bunnies today. Check out line wasn't too long of a wait.

They offer a little bit of everything. Great selection of tools and power tools. They carry the blades and sting for my Stihl trimmer. Descent selection of t-shirts, jeans, work boots, socks, safety vest. They carry enamel paint in typical farm colors. There is a nice selection of plumbing essentials. Love the selection of jams, pickled items and snacks. Plenty of canning items. We purchased a deep freeze from Rural King a couple years ago, very happy with its performance.

Graces first trip to Rural King. Every employee we passed stopped and pet her, a free treat at the door.Very good experience and no potty accidents. She 3 months old.They are having a good sale.

I always find what I want, what I need, and what I can afford. Great service good atmosphere and the popcorn and dog treats are always a plus for the kids. Coffee cups could be better, like having cups with lids and cups that aren't teeny tiny. But since it's already a complimentary service 🤷‍♀️.

Respectable, yet no-frills farm and home store. Free popcorn is a nice perk. Virtually, any type of feed and products related to pets and livestock, as well as , hardware, automotive, clothing and boots, yard care products, guns and ammo, camping items, Stihl chainsaws small engine accessories. Snacks and household items. Prices are reasonable and the store is clean. Helpful staff, too.

Great store although it doesn't restock very quickly. It has been out of landscape fabric for several weeks, fasteners for securing the fabric to the ground and fencing used for trellis along with 6 foot metal fence posts. I rely on these items each spring for my garden.

They always have what I need , and then some. Plenty of help if you need it. I was filthy from work and I didn't get any dirty looks. That's always a plus. I'll always recommend this place to anyone. Free popcorn after a long shift at work is always a plus...plus you can bring your dog!! C'mon...who hasn't thought,bit would be cool if I could bring my dog with me shopping. Plus there's such a variety of things you wouldn't expect....multiple unique flavors of bottled sodas, Amish crafts and food, they're often in old Walmart buildings, so they do have a Walmart feel to them.

The store and employees were absolutely wonderful. First time I have been shopping in awhile I had to go to three places in Benton every one of them were great. I can be a pretty grumpy man and expect good service even though it's rare these days today was different even McDonald's was great. When I get a chance to get back to these businesses I will do so all of them earned my respect today all of them!!

Rural king is like walmart of farming and rural living. Love when i have the chance to stop in. Stock is always full, staff is always pleasant, lots of options for many items, livestock almost all year long, big sporting good selection and same with tools, and pet items. And love that they are pet friendly and have free popcorn and coffee when you walk in the door.

Very helpful staff. They carry a little bit of everything. While camping at Gun Creek, we visited several times. We found the large outdoor rugs that most RV owners use and more things we didn't even know we wanted.

They always have things I never knew I needed... they have a very large bag of dried noodles that are Amish made and they are delicious very comparable to my own homemade but not quite as good.
