I emailed and filled out online to all of the major insurance companies, and Pam Dorris @ State Farm was the only business that actually responded to my inquiry for auto and landlord/rental property insurance. Leah Mayfield took the time over the phone to go over my online inquiry and quote and beat what I had with Allstate. They really made me feel welcome and part of the State Farm family. I would recommend Pam Dorris and her staff to help you out with all of your insurance needs. Cheers!

I don’t write reviews like this very often but I wanted to share my positive experience with Leah at the Benton State Farm office. I couldn’t be happier with how easy she made it to switch my insurance. She answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Honestly, the process was so much easier than I expected — not to mention the fact that Leah saved me a ton of money as well! If you're thinking about switching your insurance, give her a call and see what she can do for you. 10/10 recommend!!!

I walked in without a appt. Needing ADORABLE ins. THEY STOPPED THERE LUNCH IMMEDIATELY, and took care of me. Leah was professional and informative, Pam stopped everything to make sure all things were good. I Must tell Benton , shop local , Pam Dorris had best rates in town for me. I had been with the same State Farm agent for 40 years. I stayed with them even after moving 110 miles away four years ago. Recently my adult daughter moved back home from Michigan, I called my agent for a quote for her vehicle. Pam excels at listening to what her customer asks for in an insurance product and doing her best to meet the customers needs. She is fairly new on providing insurance products but you could never tell by how will she understands and explains the different insurance coverage products. I didn't have a full understanding of the various life insurance policies but after spending some time with her she educated me on those products and the pros and cons to meet my future needs. The best quality about working with her is I can easily tell she is a people person that I feel genuinely cares about her customer and helps then to select coverage that will truly protect that person in time of misfortunate events. Thank you for great service and I highly recommend her to anyone selling insurance and financial guidance.
