This store has so much to see. I love antique stores that are well organized, prices are fair, and you can easily walk through while shopping and this store has all three. I could have spent hours looking in this store. If you like antique stores you have to add this to your list of places to visit. I did not end up buying anything although I did find numerous items I would have loved to purchase. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Love the selection, prices are decent on a lot of items. We went in looking for Pokémon cards. We found a massive lot of them. The guy working was the owner and seller of that cabinet. He gave us a great deal on a batch of cards. His prices on the new/current packs of cards are higher than Walmart. So if you’re looking for new cards, go to Walmart. If you’re looking for older cards, rare, u usual cards this is a pretty decent place to look!

Wow! This is the biggest, best antique store I've ever been too! They have everything from kitchen gadgets, to furniture to old farm equipment, toys, art. Oh my! There are 3 levels & the middle level is all music. Most of the furniture is upstairs. I could have spent all day here. Highly recommend!

Went here last year on my way moving to Ohio, and out of the many many antique shops I've been to this one has been my favorite, so many antique stores are full of a bunch of cheap scrap metal that isn't even antique, this store is packed full of history and it's big, it felt like it kept going. if you're in the area, don't miss this great antique shop!

If you are looking for interesting and quality antiques, this is your place. Great choice for anyone working in the film industry looking for props. Lots of larger items and interesting decor. However, they are overpriced and a little too persistent with their customer check-ins.

I am happy to say that the service was excellent and variety of things is nostalgic and how is set up in sections is brilliant... SO MANY GOOD BOOKS 📚 also I was short on .62€ and the man who checked me out was kind enough to give me what I lacked and very hospital.. I'm thankful that I stopped by the country seat antique mall

Excellent antique mall! Actual antiques at expected prices (as opposed to the overpriced tat at many antique malls). Lots to see and explore, there's a huge selection, and it's nicely organized. It's well worth the visit! Definitely recommend.

This place is big. Tons of stuff to look and and BUY. The owner and staff are very helpful. The owner seems to know a lot about the items in the store that people have brought in which was so helpful. I love the history of items especially old medical, mortuary, and war items. Attached are pictures of a Statler Bag that I purchased. A Statler Bag is an old doctors bag made between 1900-1930

Normal antique store. Some areas of it are better taken care of than others. Upstairs was pretty icky. Downstairs was better. Tons of stuff though. They take great pride in the fact that George Harrison of the Beatles visited their town once and the antique store really dotes on it. Meh was ok for a rainy day.

Another great find. We arrived a half an hour before closing the the guys were so gracious and let us wander though (we were moving pretty quick)! We found some great deals and saw a lot of stuff we’ve never seen before in other parts of the country! Well worth going back and taking our time to find more treasures!

Very nice people, love the service! But some items can be overpriced and the place smells strongly of dust. Could use a few air purifiers. Otherwise, no complaints. Love their vintage dress selection

Nice place to stop when traveling south this year was a hurrid stop as heavy fog and I had to get home 200 and some miles away. Be back though

County Seat has an amazing selection, one of the best in southern Illinois. I wish they would improve their customer service. When you walk in the door, no greeting, only looks from the men at the counter. The gentleman who bags and wraps items does a wonderful job of being cognizant and helpful to customers in line. The other two gentleman will ignore you when you are next in line and it’s your turn, they will walk away to assist somebody else. Then, after you stand there for an additional while, the bagging gentleman will remind the cashiers that you are indeed next in line. Very disappointed with how exclusive they are with their attention toward customers. Have observed this behavior twice.
