My go to place for most of my home improvement needs.. These people know their stuff. You can get everything fromPropane and propane accessories, lumber, paint, glass cut, keys made, chainsaw sharpening, plumbing, electrical, gardening supplies, landscaping blocks and supplies, some lawn mower parts, water heaters, faucets and all the hardware bolts nuts screws you'll need to get the job the done.Nice knowledgable people here...👍👍

Sold me a defective plumbing fixture - when I returned for the parts to fix it I was told I would have to buy the new fixture then return the defective parts for a refund . My round trip was about 40 miles with fuel at almost four dollars a gallon ! Couldn’t have given me the break of dropping them off next time I was close .The owners statement was that he was trying to “protect” himself - I guess to hell with the customer !The owner also said that “Menards” wouldn’t have given me the replacement parts but he is wrong they certainly would have and have before ! Guess I will not make the mistake of not going to Menards next time !

WORST SERVICE EVER 30 Min to get a propane tank filled! Girl at the register was very nice and apologetic. But the young man that strolled out to fill my tank could not care less ! You can bet i wont be back there again . I'll take my business somewhere where sombody appreciates it

Amazing staff. If they dont have it they will direct you to find it. I have been there atleast 7 times staff is amazing!!! Jr went above and beyond with screens so thankful for all the staff!!!! Logan was a big help on our paint. The cashier and her husband were also so helpful.

Not sure how they have so much staffing, but it's awesome. 3 separate employees asked if I needed help and all were very friendly. This hardware store is a little further for me, but worth the drive going forward. Just to think that vehicle trouble lead me to stop at this gem while coming home from work. Keep it up Benton Ace!

I had a great experience picking out a color to paint our interior walls with. I had never used the brand Valspar and absolutely loved how it turned out. I went to ace hardware in benton I'll today and everyone that helped me was lovely I bought 8 bags of rock and two young very kind boys put in my car then I purchased a lawn sweeper and one of them put together for me and brought to my car. Very lovely people.

Took our chainsaw in to be sharpened on a Monday and was told "it is truck day so we can't get to it today" replied with this is needed back today we only have wood heat and need to cut wood today or we will be out. Nope didn't get it called the management next day and was told that truck comes before customer service!?$ Really without customers YOU DON'T GET PAID!!!!!!
