Very very bad service at the pharmacy. Very poor customer service. The gentleman that works thereIn the afternoon is very resourceful, but the young woman at the pick up was very rude. Refusedto use my rx code, insisted to use the one they found at the higher price. I assume she had a very poor training or she is young and does not understand what means customer service and meaning of being humble. This was my first time going to this pharmacy and I am unsure if I willgo back based on how poor the service was. I am dealing with different pharmacies since 2021 consistently, my medications are very very expensive, but I never had such a bad experience at any of the other pharmacies before.

The only thing bad about the pharmacist is that in the website they said that they’re going to close at 9 PM and they actually close at 8:30Pm

Cashiers and pharmacy staff are very kind, except the male Pharmacist sometimes is a bit rude and seems overworked! Plus, their automated system just stopped working correctly! I've had at least four instances that I've called to refill my prescriptions over the phone, only to find they haven't been filled or no one was notified!! What's going on!? Why bother having an automated system if it doesn't work and then people still have to wait!!

The pharmacist picked the wrong job, and shouldve just been a private investigator. I am not the one to write reviews online for a petty complaint because I know people have bad days but this pharmacist was harrasing me and I felt like he violated my hippa laws because he literally asked me why is my doctor recommending the dosage I was supposed to receive which is none of his business. On top of that I had to get a lower dosage because they didnt have the medicine and I didnt want to be short for the rest month so I called my doctor to send a request after the pharmacist told me with a nasty attitude I wont get my way because he gave me half of it already and I have to wait next month. I told him a doubt that because I received only half of my prescription because you dont have the rest of it and with a nasty attitude he told me my insurance wouldn't cover it not to bother. As soon as my doctor switched it I went again to the Pharmacy he wanted an explanation from the doctor why it has changed when its obvious why it happened and explained it to him. As soon as, I got an email from my doctor after she gave him the reason for the change. I went to pick it up and he gave me a nasty attitude and not even a small apology for making me come and go to the Pharmacy. His not the only problem the staff as well had me waiting for 30 minutes just to tell me to wait another 30 minutes with no apology or explanation pure ignorance and when I was told they didnt have what I needed I asked them to check what other pharmacy might have it and they told me call yourself we cant do that. The staff is very incompetent with a little bit of narcism. I was an employee for walgreens years back and this is definitely not tolerated. If any lawyer is reading please give me an input if I should sue I have emails back an forth with my doctor for this issue or management please reach out I am sure I am not the only customer going through this. I felt like I was being discriminated...

Worst pharmacy on top of incompetent staff. They are lazy and can't even verify prescription properly they say they call you're doctor to find out they never called at all. People stay away from this pharmacy if you want to get you're prescription in a timely fashion

Went in on my lunch break to pick up some behind the counter allergy medicine. 1 person in line at the desk and 4 people working in the back. 15 minutes later and I'm still waiting. No movement. Nothing. I had to leave to get back to work on time. Just terribly slow customer service. I won't make that mistake again.

A lot of people working in the pharmacy but if you come into the store, you will wait without even being acknowledged. They will service people coming through the drive through first even if there are a number of people already waiting for service in the store.

Pharmacy has old junk computer and dial up connection. Why do I go to a Walgreens when they have old junk computers that often fail and can not process prescriptions and waste an hour there waiting to have to go back. This company has to get out of the 19th century. The people are nice but they are forced to work with old junk equipment- get a Comcast High speed connection and a new Linux computer and you will do much better.

Pharmacy is a terrible department! Not sure where they find their staff but definitely have NO customer service skills!Called to refill prescription, asked for the girls name she was beyond rude stated she wouldn't tell me her name and hung up on me!

I love Walgreens. I have been a customer of theirs for 50 plus years. This particular location (North West corner of Irving Park Road and York Road) use to be a Firestone Car Sercice Center. I like progress but it is sad to see the landscape change that much especially what happened to Irving Park Park Road, east of York Road :-( Yikes.

I called for photo service and Lou picked up. Kept sighing when I asked if they had my previous order saved. Then when I went in and asked for assistance lou was at the cash register and he just sighed and hung his head upon asking for picture taking assistance.Needs some serious attitude adjustment! Didn't ask him to do anything that I could have done.

Terrible service in Pharmacy, if I had a choice I would not go back. Went there to fill a partial script and after waiting 10 min to get waited on the lady said I had to wait another 20min so she could count out s handful of pills.

I went to this walgreens to pick up some pic for my daughter school project the lady on the photo dept was very helpful unfortunately I didn't get her name to post it here also the gentlemen on the register Mr Luis great guy very good service feel so different when you go to a store & employees enjoyed serving the public is my new spot I can walk to the cvs close to my house but actually today a bad a very bad cust service in that placed so from now on jump into my car drive 2 min and go to this walgreens great job guy's if I can I will give u a 10 stars review!!
