Good service , unbeatable prices , very knowledgeable , lots of livestock salt and freshwater fish. Just started my tank few months ago the boys at ord helped me out with everything from saltwater meds rocks sand and fish .

I mean its not terrible.. but mamy of the fish dont look very healthy and theyre all in the same water it looks like. Theres an okay amount of them but mostly a lot of the same fish. Priced pretty much like most of the good small shops so thats nice but also no qt i guess.. biggest disappointment was that for like a year ive been seeing ads about what a big store it is and then when i go i felt like they gotta be hiding half in back? Idk thats why i came so it was a lil iritating cuz its a far drive. Lots of other shops carry more fish and they only have saltwater.. i was able to look at all the fish in about 5 mins. It really a small store. Its a lot like aquarium adventure, but smaller, like if you took just their saltwater fish parts and made it into a whole store. Aquarium adventure is cheaper and dirtier though, and the kids there have no idea what theyre selling. Old town is close and has good fish but you will pay for them for sure.

Experts in Marine Aquariums and FishesSalt water pets are the best because they are more sanitary versus other pets. In the long run they are cheaper and easier to maintain versus fresh water and other pets. But the hobby requires expertise to get started which this store provides and very friendly. Next to O'Hare they import worldwide. I got the Dwarf Lionfish which is beautiful and the Marine Angel fish for later.

Owners are really nice and helpful, great variety of mostly saltwater fish and corals, smaller selection of freshwater fish, prices are great; I am and will be a returning customer :)

This is a place y'all need to check out!! I went in there a couple weeks ago as I set up a new tank. I was greeted by the owner who was fantastic, he told me to not rush things and visit when I was ready(as well as the tank). I can't wait, my tank is cycled and looking forward to doing business with them.They have lots of small to large corals as well as fish and live rock.The prices were fantastic!! Do yourself a favor and check them out.........you wont be disappointed.

Most varieties of Corals and Marine fishes in the near vicinity. Wish they had more freshwater stuff too. One of a kind Saltwater Pond is a great attraction . You do not get to see that quite often .

Cool shop, in a industrial park area and looks like an aquatic wholesaler but is a retail fish & coral store. The owner is very nice and personable, prices on just about everything were on point and fair. They have a QT section in the back that livestock passes through first, a must in my opinion.

First time their, wow what a nice place and with very,very competitive prices and clean. Enjoyed the fact that all employees wore masks to keep everyone safe while shopping. They also have an online store that I'm more than willing to shop at a later date!

I have been buying fishes ,corals and invertebrates from this store since their opening day and never had a problem. They sell at rock bottom prices healthy critters and they are friendly and courteous. It's always a pleasure and a refreshing event for me to go there.I wish them only the best and thanks them from the bottom of my heart.

Bought a few fish today pretty good prices compared to most pet shops. Will see how they do.Will update in a couple weeks. Had the fish for some time now all very healthy and doing great would recommend this store for sure!!!

Bought 2 fish speckled fox face and a cortez wrasse plus branch coral all for150.00 great prices very healthy fish doing well in my reef tank. I've been keeping saltwater over 30 years running 2 tanks this place is the best I've found straight from the ocean they are very knowledgeable love it.

Very reasonably priced fish. We bought 5 small salt water fish for 30$, the fish are doing well and dont seem to have any issues so far. The location is inside a warehouse looking building and there is plenty of parking. Their selection of fish are always beautiful!

Thieves! Reserved a tank to pick up via PayPal, then had to cancel a few days later. When I asked for a refund all communication stopped and I never got my money back! My phones calls and emails were ignored. I know my emails were opened because I attached a tracker alerting me if they have been read.I eventually got someone on the phone! When I asked for the refund I was told "let me talk to the owner" then she immediately hung up on me. I called several times after and my calls were avoided.Want this negative review to disappear? Refund the 11/9/17 transaction!

Prices for saltwater fishes and coral are lower than local pet stores. Reasonable prices - $55 for large discus. Staff helpful and friendly. Found my place to purchase fish.

I have been one of the best customers for this place and not smart when the owner gives u a ripped open bag of freezer burned food without letting u know and hoping u don't notice till u get home!! I called and told her and she says just put it in the freezer and it will be fine instead of giving some kind of discounted credit on next purchase on fish food!! She says why didn't u bring it back!! The real question is why would u give your customers a totally ripped open bag that I saw in her freezer over a week ago so who knows how long its been in there!! I live 20-25 min away and when I open the bag and saw it, I am supposed to drive back and just get a new bag with no compensation for gas and time being used!! Shortly after that my tassel File Fish that I bought off her 3 months ago got Popeye!! I read contaminated food could be the cause for this happening!! I then had to buy medicine and quarantine the fish hoping he doesn't lose his eye sight which will probably haopen!! His eye is completely ridiculously popping out of his eye socket!! I now might lose a expensive fiah that might die or go blind and the owner Lisa Collins does not feel a need to do something to fix this or compensate me in any way!! I told her that's bad business and bad reviews are reasons that companies go out of business!! She totally showed lack of respect for her customers by putting a ripped open bag of food and wrapping it up without asking me if I would take the damage product!! If I had seen I would of said no way give me a new sealed bag!! I still have her contaminated nasty food she sold me!! I will not be shopping there again unless she does something to fix this!! I do not recommend this place to no one!! This place gets a thumbs down from me!! She just lost one of her best customers and she will see the damage a bad review can do for her business!! Now my baby tassel File Fish that I also bought off her for $100 just died today!! He was fine for a month now and he ate a lot of that food that Lisa sold me!! He stopped swimming around 2 days after eating that food from that ripped open bag she sold to me!! Shame on u Lisa!!

Don't shop here!!*Coral tanks are infested with aptasia*Dead fish in almost every system not being taken out. Dead fish laying outside of tank making for a quite good smell.*Tanks look like they have never been scrubbed glass is almost all brown.*Filtration is absolutely disgusting! Gunk all over the skimmer bio balls on the glass completely neglected

Abuse should describe this place. There is a macaw all the way in the back dark corner with no light no food and in its own filth!! Beautiful fish good prices but place is filthy.

This store is a fish mill. Very small tanks and dirty tanks. There were many dead animals and the coral was not worth the trip.
