Never fully get what you order. How can you forget sauce for a nugget meal? Ridiculous and incompetent workers who are unable to read an order/receipt. NEVER PUT FAITH IN WORKERS AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. Wish I could eat my food in their lukewarm state when I first get it, instead of cold when I have to go back and get what I had ordered.

The young lady and gentlemen at the second window on Oct 2 at 7:15 receipt reads KS#13 Sidel made my morning. They verbally wished me a happy birthday and took a moment to write it on the bag too! It was such a heart warming interaction. Not only did they look presentable but they looked full of energy and wake. Little things such as these is what makes me feel like a valued customer. Thank you for making my morning

I went there tonight through the drive thru. I was missing a sandwich. The cashier at the window and I think it may have been a manager or shift lead almost threw my change and the receipt at me. The receipt went flying out off in the air and he did the same with my food. I almost dropped my bag of food. Then now I get home and I had a sandwich missing, so money out the window too. Smh. This has happened now every time I go to this location. Something is always missing. Smh. I will not be returning here

Got the wrong order again! What made this experience horrible is when we brought the food back, the employee takes the food out of the bag and tosses it in the garbage! Any other decent restaurant would have said.. "Keep it since this is our error." Nope! He threw it in the garbage. Then he turns to his coworker and starts talking in another language. The coworker looked at my husband briefly so she could see who the employee was talking about. Do you people think we're stupid??? For the rude employees who do this...how would you like it if your customers all started whispering in our families ears in front of you and stare. Yeah...that's what it's like.Parking: Nothing wrong about the parking, it's the rude employees.

DISGUSTING customer service. I went through the drive through. The woman started automatically speaking in Spanish. I politely told her twice or possibly three times that I don't speak Spanish. We ordered 4 sausage biscuits and a drink. She kept asking if I wanted egg in the middle of my sentence. The order on the screen was incorrect. When she finally corrected it the sale price 2 for $2.29 was not present and I had to ask her to get the deal. We wanted to get more food but at that point we felt unwelcome. She seemed to be very in a rush (cutting me off in the middle of me ordering, being rude, etc) When I pulled up to the window I did not receive straws or napkins. I can deal with all of this except the attitude. 10/10 would NEVER frequent this horrible location again.

Absolutely horrific customer service here. The burgers are either undercooked or inedible hockey pucks, we're 0/3.Sprite machine was low tonight, called to let them know, they hung up on me after laughing and disconnected the phone, so im really struggling to understand HOW low the bar for employment is here.Teach these kids respect thanks.

I want to commend Ms. Annie for finding a purse left behind and swiftly returning it to owner before the customer left the parking lot. Her integrity and honesty are to be acknowledged and praised. We need more workers like Annie, caring and fast to spring into action and saving a lot of pain an aggravation to an elderly patron. Thanks Annie for making today a bright day for that person. Please acknowledge her for her action.

Most of the time they do fine... a little slow but fine. Today though I placed my order and at the window I gave her my card. She didn't ask what I had, just rang it up. Problem was it was wrong order. I told her this and she got flustered. She then redid my correct order and reused my gift card. She said I gave you $5 off in exchange for the wrong charge. Problem was the first charge was $6.36. I ended up overcharged $1.79. In the grand scheme of life, not a big deal. But still $1.79 is $1.79.

I don't leave reviews especially for franchises but this location is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I come here every 2 weeks, and their quality is top notch. Food was always fresh and drinks were made perfect. Especially the fries, sweet tea, or coffee. I never had a hot or iced coffee here that was too sweet or too milky. It's always made perfect here. Staff is also very friendly.

Worst customer service experience in the evenings. A revolving door of new employees who aren't trained properly; Wrong orders, missing dipping sauces and if you correct their mistakes to get it right, some managers and employees show it in their attitude. Only have come across a FEW employees who are friendly/helpful.
