I went to this cvs this afternoon at 339pm. I was in line awaiting my turn in the drive thru. After ten minutes finally get to the window, waiting there more the maybe 10 more minutes. I see the pharmacy texting on he personal phone. He looks back at me. Still waiting, he sees me, I wave my hand. I believe it upset him. He comes to the window and tells me. What is the matter with you. I was like sir I’m waiting for more then 20 minutes now. He reply I’m by myself. I would understand, but if your texting on your personal phone when you should be taking care of customer. I have a problem. Pharmacy Dee is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Checked the hours of operation before coming and it says it opens at 8. I arrived around 830 and store was not open. If there are alternative hours then it needs to be posted.

If I could give this CVS no stars I would! This is the WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I take several medications on a daily basis. In order to fill even a basic refill I have to call several days in advance because they always have some problem. My doctor has requested that I use a different pharmacy because they always have a problem with the provider phone line the voicemail box is always full so they are unable to call in prescriptions.I called my doctor’s office 3 days early to get a new prescription. I finally had to call the pharmacy today (3 days later) to pick up my prescriptions. Not only did they not have the medications in stock their system deleted my prescription so I would need to contact my doctor again, and have them call in the medication again. Of course they told me this after my doctor’s office was closed for the day!! Needless to say I was unable to get a medication that I NEED to take every day. They made me go without my meds and said there was nothing they could do!! This is dangerous for me!! You would think the CVS corporation would do something about one of their locations was endangers customer’s health!!! If your medication is important to your health DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! They are horrible, uncaring, and completely incompetent!!

They've messed up my prescription before, so bad that my doctor chewed them out on it. It was the wrong dosage and at the time it could have landed me in the hospital again. Doc was very angry on my behalf. And just recently I had a family member pick up my subscription. They freely gave her my personal information without even asking for any form of identification or proof. Thank god she was my mother, but the fact that they didn't even bother to verify is what's crazy. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Someone is eventually going to sue this place to the ground.

This is the closest pharmacy to my house. You can never get a simple pick up of meds with no issues. If the young female in the afternoon is on the drive through, she will simply refuse to check your insurance and ask you what the problem is if your medication is a low price in her opinion. Every now and then there would be a decent service, a guy that works in the morning is pretty great. But overall, I had to go to another cvs for my meds cause this one is just bad. I would suggest people to try walmart pharmacy in Vila Park. They are amazing! Exceptional in every way, I just switched over.

This pharmacy needs more staff! Ridiculous how CVS wants to save $$$. The pharmacists and techs are nice, but not enough man power for the amount of scripts they probably get on a daily. Dealing with medications and peoples lives is no joke! Hire more staff!

I almost didn't stop at the pharmacy becuase of previous bad reviews, but came in anyway because it was close, and I'm so glad I did. Every single person in the store was very friendly, helpful, and fast, especially the pharmacists.

be careful with The drive thru to the pharmacy has big “concrete step “ by the Window where you pick up you’re prescription and you can easily damage your car or in my case I damage my rim.(Date 6/26/19 6:10pm BMW ) in case you want to check the cameras.Suggestion = install “soft” plastic pad by the window height enough so drivers can see and don’t get too close to the “window”Thanks

Pregnant pharmacist is rude and disrespectful, medication wasn’t ready and instead of explaining she just starts yelling . When told why she was acting this ways when nothing was done or said to her, she brushes me off and makes me wait for 30 , this is after I asked again . Pharmacist is miserable bit it’s no excuse to r treat customer this ways .

I moved back to Bensenville 3 years ago and decided to give CVS a shot because there was a ton of construction at the intersection of the Walgreens. Boy was this a mistake. Their pharmacy's operations are terrible. The customer service at the pharmacy is terrible. I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy. Filling prescriptions I didn't ask for, not filling ones I did ask for... or having to reach out to them 3 times to have them take something off of auto refill that was never supposed to be on it in the first place. One incredibly unhelpful associate, Joe Z. even went on about a female pharmacist at Walgreens when I was trying to get my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. What a pro.

Worst customer service ever. This store would not honor the $2000 MoneyGram that was deposited. The manager insisted to go to a larger store. The website says it’s ready for pick up!I’m never going back to this CVS ever again. Just look at the reviews on here, this store has issues.Update from MoneyGram’s Customer Service:Please be advised that the maximum receive limit from a CVS location is 2000.00 USD per person, per day, per transaction. Also, please be reminded that CVS has its own restrictions wherein the maximum cash payout is $500.00 in cash and the remainder of the amount will be paid out in money order.This location clearly doesn’t know what it’s doing.

I live in the area and been going here for years. Not a thing wrong with the store. Don’t base your entire opinion on a staff that may no longer be there on one experience. People come and go and they’ve all been good to me.

Very nice clean store but, the restroom is disgusting and very unsanitary every visit usually in the evenings on my way home from work. Someone needs to address this issue.

There is always a line! Plan on spending atleast 20-30 minutes waiting to pay at the register. The staff is nice but there isnt ever enough staff for the amount of customers.

Two different times I've gone to this cvs to get something that every other cvs carries and they haven't had it. This is the only cvs I know of that doesn't carry certain brands that every other cvs in this area carries. Which sucks because this one is the closest to my house.
