I can not say enough about snazzy pets and Bridget. I have a large female dog and she takes the time needed to make her look beautiful every time! Bridget does amazing trimming her long hair she just looks terrific !Everyone is also so great with my 13 year old lab that is a tad grumpy with getting his nails done. Each time they do an amazing job and he feels safe. I am forever grateful for the ladies at snazzy!!!

I went for the first time for a nail trim. My dog(Amara-4 years old),Is very skiddish & jumpy when attempting to get her nails done. Rhiannon made it absolutely easy to get her nails trimmed. I was in & out within 10-20 minutes tops. Love it! I will be back again & again!

I love taking my fur family to snazzy pets the staff is very polite and helpful. I've learned a lot about basic care for my pets that I didn't know helps keep them healthier and also happier. It's not just about the way your fur family members look but what's good for them. But I am definitely appreciative that they always look great after. Keep it up snazzy pets!

Easily the best cut my dog has ever had. He's very skidish and most groomers just stop working with him. Not Bridget, my dog warmed up to her right away and not only did he get his hair cut but she went above and beyond. He's never looked so good

I take my dog here for years since they opened. I have never had a problem with them until the new owners came in. I took my dog in today for grooming and they were only able to groom half of her body due to her being aggressive. My dog is a very well mannered dog who has never shown signs of aggression. Very disappointed in the service I received. I would have much rather received a phone call and no grooming instead of getting my dog back half groomed. I would not recommend anyone take there pets here, as the new owners don’t care.

I'm seriously so happy with my experience here. I came from Rockford as I was looking for a groomer who could do walk in nail trims. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, the clip took less than 10 mins because my dog was super good for them. Nail clip was $10 before tip or tax which felt like a really, really good deal to me! Thank you so much, we will be back for a groom next time!

Extremely nice Staff !! Did a walk-in with my two dogs to get their nails trimmed didn't have any time to get a full grooming but we're extremely nice great pricing and they got my dog's nails trimmed will definitely go back to get the full grooming for my dogs

I have two Australian Shepherds and a 16+ year old ShihTzu. Snazzy Pets does an Aussome job grooming and giving my puppers a great spa experience. I drive from Beloit to take my furbabies to Snazzy Pets. Where I know they will be well taken care of and look fabulous when I go pick them up.💞💞💞💞💞💞

Never taking my dog here again. Last time he was there he was cut badly in his paw and the groomer at the register said it happens all the time but actually no it doesn’t no. This was the first time it had happen.

This is the only place I take my dogs to get their nails done. Both are beagle mixes, and neither like having their feet touched. Buddy pulls his feet a lot but they always do a really good job about cutting to the right length and dremmeling them smooth. Absolutely can not beat the prices either!

We took our cat Annabelle in for her hair cut they did a fantastic job. She was ready within an hour and looked so much happier. Very friendly service. Definitely will return and recommend! 5/5 They know pets and they know grooming! Very affordable as well.

Kayla is amazing! She is super nice, friendly, great with pets, and very accommodating. She takes the time to talk with you about your expectations and preferences as far as grooming and such. Pretty quick service as well compared to other places. We have been taking our goldendoodle from when she was only a few months old because we wanted her to be comfortable with having the same person and place to groom her every 6-8 weeks and Kayla always does a great job!

They are super friendly and Wonderful! They treated my pup as if he was one of their own! And he looked so good when he came home he got his nails clipped a bath and a brush! And they are so reasonably priced!

My dogs can be aggressive when getting a nail trim. The more aggressive dog only nipped at her once and she ignored it. In and out within 10-15 minutes. The dogs were not stressed at all. It was wonderful. I will definitely go back to her for all of my dogs grooming needs!!! I think her calm personality helped the dogs and myself. A++++

This place is absolutely amazing!! My dogs have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to getting their nails trimmed and one of my dogs is going blind and she panics with new environments and kayla is so patient and loving towards my girls. They do so well with her. They love her so much
