We moved into our house last December. Very excited that it had a pond. We had our pond opened today by Tim and Matt. They were so informative and a true joy to work with. They took such care with the fish and cleaned everything. Totally reworked the waterfall and made it much better!! If you are looking for professional service at a reasonable price, don't hesitate to call Natural Water Gardens. We will definitely use them in the fall for pond closure and any time we need help with the pond. Had lights added so will post those photos also.

I’ve been working with the folks at Green Acres for the past two years - i inherited a pond with my new property and 14 koi fish. I knew nothing about ponds previously. With their help and guidance I’m now looking forward to my third pond season. Matt and Tim just opened up the pond today all 14 koi made it through the winter and now we’re talking about expanding the size enhancing the design and features. Call Green Acres - great people to work with they do everything.

I've called 5 times and sent an email through their website asking for a rough estimate of when they would get to us. I haven't gotten a response to the email and everytime I called it was "I don't really know their schedule, but I can give them a message to call you back". No one has called me back. I'm quite frustrated at this point, I get their probably busy, but a returned phone call to say "hey we're running behind we'll be out next week or in 2 weeks" whatever the case may be, takes what 5 minutes? The icing on the cake is today's phone call. I get the usual "I can give them a message" deal. My response is "I'm going to try and find another company, I'll let you know if I need my name taken off the list." Well I found another company, called to take my name off the list.....she had already taken me off the list.
