Love Lori’s store. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. I take my large dog there for nail trims and they always do a wonderful job. They are so good with the animals.

Great place, friendly staff, and wonderful owner. Most of the one star reviews seem to be from people incapable of caring for an animal or blaming pure chance on the owner.Sorry your dog developed health issues at 4 years old, that has nothing to do with the store though. Quit bad mouthing people and their business because you pulled a short straw.Reptiles underweight? I don't think you have any idea how to care for reptiles, they are fed daily in most cases or as often as needed. Some reptiles don't need to eat every day.Bearded dragons often end up with missing limbs such as toes and tails, that is how they breed and the males attack females almost as soon as they become adolescents and it's very difficult even for experts to determine sex before their pubescent stage.Coco, the store bird missing feathers, was rescued in much worse shape and goes through stages where she picks at herself. Birds can develop anxiety, this has nothing to do with Lori, it is because of where she came from. Lori has done a lot to help her and take care of her, sometimes Coco just has a bad spell.I don't even know what else to say, learn to take care of your pets properly and quit blaming others for your faults, take some personal responsibility. Love this store and the employees/owner.Scott

I bought my sheltie there 11 years ago. Nothing but problems with him...Carpal Subluxation and arthritis at 4 years old. I asked when I purchased my dog about the breeder and the owner said she knew the breeder well....My precious dog had to be from a puppy mill. What a deceitful business. Do not purchase a thing from that store. I only gave it one star because otherwise I could not post this. I would give this a big negative 5 star. I don't care if you have been in business for 124 years you always can find a sucker to get money from.

I love this store. I got here for every little thing I need for my animals. The staff is very helpful. And I am thinking to bring my german Shepard in for obedience training. Getting a puppy soon. It's a tiny bit expensive but I don't mind because it goes for the animals and the

You can see Lori’s love and passion for animals in how well they are kept. I definitely recommend coming here to buy any pet you would be interested in taking care of!

Every time I walk in this store it's worse. It's filthy, the reptiles look underweight, overcrowded, and some are missing limbs and housed with other species (at one point, a very mangled bearded dragon was being housed with a tortoise). The fish tanks are very cloudy, including the freshwater tanks, and often have dead fish floating around. The mammal enclosures reek of feces and urine, and one of the birds (I don't believe the bird is for sale) had pulled out it's feathers, a major indicator of stress. I am devastated that a place this disgusting is allowed to continue to house and profit off of animals.

Owner is so nice & helpful. My husband loves visiting the huge Great Dane, but Lori said he passed away around this last Christmas.

Very lovely lady. She knew what she was talking about and was able to help me find the food I needed. She had a nice variety of foods and things for a dozen or so different critters.

In 1998 my husband and I bought a beautiful 5 1/2 month old pomeranian from Lori's. Lori supplied a check-up with her vet even though we had a personal vet for our other pets. Our Pom came through with flying colors. Very healthy. Well, it's been 14 years and "Buffy" is still with me. Of course he is now 14 yrs old and still doing good. Still healthy and fairly strong for his age. He is still able to take short walks with his playmate (Koko) who also happens to be a pom. I got Koko from someone else 9 yrs ago. Buffy and Koko are best little buddie and inseparable. I highly recommend Lori's for any animal or animal needs. Thank you Lori for introducing my to my Buffy years ago.

Wish they could cut my dogs hair without taking a patch of his skin every time! Medical expenses and emotional scars from being cut near your neck, no wonder he is terrified going in here for a cut.
