I rarely write reviews but the workers here are just plain rude everytime. I saw they had a self-checkout and tried that so I could avoid them but the manager grabbed the screen and still yelled at me for trying to scan my 3 items. they need a new crew all together. there are plenty of hard working people who would love to have that job and do a much better one at that! just go to the Family Dollar down the street.

manager is rude. sits in her car right in front of the door and gives everyone dirty looks. has on more than one occasion said "hope this place burns to the ground". yells at people for parking in front of the store. is extremely standoffish and rude to customers and acts like she never wants to be there and doesn't care about anyone. get her out of there. the only good thing is they added a self check out so i don't have to get in her line and have her make me feel bad about buying 2 items.

The customer service is terrible. I placed an online order 2 weekends in a row and both cashiers were awful to me. Today I simply asked why they put that toothbrushes were out of stock and the lady told me “because we obviously got truck and put them out after we made your order “which I find not fair so now I’m having to pay more because she didn’t feel it was necessary to actually move things and look for my items that were already paid for. Will be traveling the extra distance next time to another store.

I’ve gotten better customer service from a doorknob than the people that work here. Especially the old guy with the mustache. Did not get his name, however he was extremely rude.

I usually come here if I need to pick something up quickly. Unfortunately, with the pandemic going on, I haven't seen that they enforce the masks. I saw quite a bit of people without it on. The staff is great, the place is cleaned and stocked.

The last few months we have been coming in there has been rude cashiers. They do not even acknowledge your presence just say the total. Then they start yelling at you for parking in the middle of planet fitness and dollar general. When we are customers to both daily. They clearly are not happy to be working there. Some of your employees also do not wear masks. When I worked in retail this was unacceptable.

The store has become much better over the last few years. I shop here when I need miscellaneous items that I don't want to go to a larger store for. DG's digital coupons are awesome and I often plan my shopping around them.However, some of the employees, especially in the AM hours, do not seem to be morning people and are not very friendly.

Use to be the best place. Until new management screw everything up.Your Not allowed to have your large purse or backpack in the store. Store selves are not organize, and some time the staffs are rude wouldn't help you find the items your looking for.Plus one time told me to buy the giftcard with cash. They won't even allow debt on giftcards.So if i were you go to Family Dollar instead.They lost trust with the customer.

I have had no success with using the coupon app. I had GenDollar workers help me reset my app. And passwords. Try several different things. But what ends up is "Sorry, I can't use my phone or cash reg. to help you, and no I can't give you the listed coupon price. " I reduced my purchases to once a month. The mask mandate doesn't exist here. That's fine but maybe let that be known before people come in. I want to be able to decide...also, senior staff suck.

Although this is a good place to go to, and you can pick up numerous items I always wondered why this is considered a "dollar store". When you go someplace and pay a $1.50 or $2.00 that is not a dollar. Aside from that point the store is good to shop.

It's a dollar place. Reasonable prices and pretty friendly staff. Not the most organized store but pretty simple to find what you need. My family shops here.

I didnt like the fact that the staff were not compliant to mask wearing and some of the customers were walking in without masks as well, and nothing was said to them.

Manager always parks right in front of the door. No greeting when I walked in or at the cash register. Always stuff to be shelved blocking aisles. On other hand it is clean & conveniently located.

My only complaint is the clutter in the isles. Makes it difficult at times to walk thru the store.
