This place is amazing, I've been coming here for 35 years. Just stay away from Manager Brad. He is the most disrespectful and Racist person there. He disrespected me because of my nationality and said some racial things all because I asked for the manager. Never have I been so disappointed and me and my family will not be shopping there while he is still working there. I will be posting on ALL social media accounts to warn people about him.

The customer service is fantastic! There employees are so helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable about there products and store. They also give you heads up about sales and things like the chics coming soon🙂 Definitely my go to for alot of different needs for the home and yard! Thank you to all the employees and Cathy... she rocks for the heads up for all the sales❤️

This is my go-to F&F they don't have everything that bigger stores have, but sometimes they have the stuff the bigger stores need to have if that makes sense. This is a really good store and some great workers there as well.

Editing my initial review. This is only based on their automotive batteries and their supposed warranty. The replacement battery mentioned in my original review again began having problems for no reason. Alternator was replaced a few years ago and still tests good. You could jump start it and drive it around. But if you let it sit for a day or two the battery would be dead again. Took the vehicle back to them and they tested it, said it was bad. Went in to the service counter and was told since it was replaced once that they would only prorate it. Was going to cost me like $150 to replace their substandard battery. Ended up just going to Walmart to get a battery. Probably going to last just as long and the cost was less than the prorated amount. My point is while this location is good for some things they are selling junk batteries at a huge price with a supposed 7 year warranty that don't make it anywhere near that long. Then they don't honor the warranty the next time their junk batteries fail. Shoddy business practice.Bought a battery here for my wife's vehicle a couple years ago. Their best one. Unsure exactly what happened but it just recently died, completely. Wouldn't start, wouldn't jump. Checked voltage and read just under 3 volts. Took it out and returned it to farm and fleet. They gave me a new battery no questions asked. Have returned other things for various reasons and never had a problem. They definitely stand behind what they sell.

Normally I like Farm & Fleet and would give them 5 stars. But my last visit does not deserve 5 stars. I had to do a return inside and buy a couple small things. That went great, staff was super kind and helpful. But I had a pick up order also. The person who finally brought out my orders after about 10 minutes of waiting (i was the only one there for a pick up other) suggested that I just go inside and shop for these items my self if I wanted them faster. He was unkind, inept and treated me as if my order was an inconvenience for him.

The Belvedere store is a little bit smaller and doesn't have as much of a selection as the farm and fleet down in Sycamore. Still it's a great place to shop, they've got good service, and the prices are just as good.

First time customer because they had an item other F&Fs didn't have in my area. Although tight aisles, it was a very clean and organized store. Several people in line but within minutes others came up to help out the checkout process...

This is a smaller farm and fleet that I have been using for years. It is smaller so maybe not as extensive as some of the larger locations but I have always been satisfied with the availability of product here - pretty good amount of choices. I have never received wet shavings from this store. Many of you who buy shavings for animals understand what that means, they are kept in a dry location :) not outside in the weather. Helpful staff. Its all good.

I had a good opinion before it was a place where they took good care of customers and I know they didn't take it lightly. but now it's the opposite it's as if they didn't want to sell anything the treatment they've been very rude in recent times I thought it was a bad day but I frequent it too much to notice that it's not just a bad day but the bad attitude they have towards the customers.

Do not order poultry from this location. Patiently waited for order to be filled and was told that it might be the next week contentiously for 2 months. Now were told the ordered wouldn’t be filled. They wouldn’t followup with the hatchery or order status. We have missed the window for our 4h projects. We will be ordering from a different source going forward!!

Bought a mini fridge for pick up, and it ended being in a huge box. It wouldn't fit in the trunk of my car! Had to bungee it in my trunk and the employee, Scott even got some twine and helped me tie down my trunk so it would be secure for the drive home. Great customer service.
