I like this store its close to home and is pretty clean.It has my basic needs.Produce,breads,dairy,canned goods,snacks,frozen foods and healthier choices available.Paper items.Seasonal items and watch for mark downs.For a quick run from home this is my GO TO.Now with self checkout.Good store thats an improving and evolving retailer.

Clean, friendly, but with the self checkouts were able to be utilized more...there are not enough workers there for them to have to stay at register.

Every Aldi is my favorite but they have a real supply problem of staples been going on for over a month. Yesterday there was not even any brown sugar. I always leave disappointed lately. Get it together Batavia

I LOVE Aldi! I also am really enjoying the restructured/redone Belvidere location. It's bright and clean and has so many more options to choose from.

Its a shame the store can't be more productive. It's the only descent grocery store we have in Belvidere, but they are always out of product. The store is clean, prices are pretty decent, but it's either they don't have enough people to maintain stocking or not getting enough from their warehouse. What ever it is, it sucks.... The Mgr needs to get their act together.

This store is the best place for seniors to shop! The stores have great variety, excellent competitive meat and dairy prices. The specialty foods, it's German time, are rotated and varied between sweet and savory. And, a huge plus, a store that does not require a lot of walking. These stores are laid out thoughtfully, and shopping is efficient so as not to be tiring. Don't forget, always have reusable totes in your car. Save money, save the planet, and save overloading your arms to save trips from the car to the house.

Never seem to have any problems here with service, but sometimes the customers get to close to you while waiting in line.Had my cart as a barrier, as soon as I moved it, guy gets right up on me.6 feet, Buddy!With or without Covid Guidelines.No One wants to be Crowded

Last day of the weekly sale, I came flying through late in the day to capitalize on some deals I'd be sad about missing otherwise. Since the renovation, this store is so much more pleasant with better lighting and wider aisles. Putting the fresh vegetables and fruit forward in the store was something I didn't quite "get" at first but has now grown on me. Love this place and its ever-changing deals

I had a short shopping trip at Aldi's on a busy Saturday to buy a package of mixed nuts for my daily snack time when I'm at my job. I found not only the large container of deluxe mixed nuts that are roasted and salted but also separate bags of almonds and pecans -my favorites! Staff was also very helpful in showing me where to find these specific items. ALDI's has a fresh and delicious variety of foods at more affordable costs than most grocery stores plus carry other useful household and clothing items too! Enjoy your shopping there soon!

Aldi is a different shopping experience if you've never been to one. You have to bring your own shopping bags (option to buy) and bag your stuff. But, great prices on generic products that our mostly made by brand name manufactures. Save some money, shop here.Update 5-2-2022Our family shops here regularly now. Great produce and meats on top of everything else.

Staff are helpful, friendly and conversational. Heck. The cashier even bagged my 1 bag of groceries (that's a first!). Store is well-lit, well-organized, and well-stocked, with Aldi's aggressive pricing and high product quality. Can't ask for more.

This location is always clean, well stocked, & the women who work here are amazing at keeping the store that way, but they also always look out for their customers. You're never standing in long lines for more than a min or 2, because they are very quick to call up more cashiers if needed

I'm still a little destabilized (not knowing where to find things) in this store since the recent renovation. That said, I love Aldi stores. High quality foods at great prices. This store is near where I work, so I come here from time to time on my way home from work or when I need a couple quick things. The renovation is gorgeous, but I'm re-learning where to find the products.

Good prices on produce for sure. Idk what's going on but the past month they've been really slacking on marking down items by the use date. Last couple times I've had to locate someone to ask, as the items were still full price but the use by/freeze by date was today. So they missed the 1$ off and then 1/2 price... Besides that it's super clean, employees are really nice and it's always stocked. The remodeling is quite nice but when you first walk in, you feel rushed by the produce because it's right by the entrance. It backs up pretty fast so your scrambling to grab stuff. FYI Hours are different on google than they are on the door at Aldis.

The new look is great. The layout could of been a little different as when you walk in everytime i go since the re-opening there has been a backup with customers as soon as you walk in because the produce is located right at the entry, kinda makes you feel rushed to pick what you need because of all the customers. Still learning the layout of the store for location of things but boy it is a definite improvment! Will definitely continue shopping because the savings is still there which is always a plus in this day and age need every savings a person can get. I recommend if you have never shopped to go in at least once and check it out, you will thank yourself you did, I promise.

I love shopping at Aldi's! They are hitting their mark to be a faster, easier, and smarter way to save money on high-quality groceries. I feel like I get a great value when I purchase their products, which is different than just buying cheap groceries. They also do a great job in partnering to feed America.

This Aldi has very friendly staff and is always well stocked and clean. Safe area, newer store, I get all my weekly shopping done here and save a bunch of money vs at other stores. They have LOTS of gluten free products and lots of organic products too.

I love Aldi's and this location is excellent. The remodel recently completed made the store even better. I like having the produce at the entrance instead of in the middle of the store. Employees are always friendly. Nice wide aisles and the store is always clean.
