I will never shop, nor refer anyone to spend a penny at any tops and bottom or affiliated stores. Bought my kids some air max 95's for $85.00 plus tax, which were overly big, especially when I know those shoes run small. So I take them back to get a smaller size and he informs me that they don't have the size I need so he brings me a preschool size 2 in a nike air force one. So I grab those knowing my son can fit those cause my wife just bought him some from foot locker. So when I get home those shoes are to big and looked like they were defective or imitation nike air force 3's that when my wife informed me that air one's in his size are only $70.00 and after looking at reviews for this store, they are known for selling defective or imitation shoes. Refuse to give me my money back after I complained, but that's why I use a credit card. Took pictures and videos of the whole transaction, left the shoes and disputed the charge, my next call is going to the BBB.. everyone there can go 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽 themselves #buyersbeware

I just left this location very upset. I called the store about two hours ago to check on the stock of a kids Nike tech. The employee on the phone stated that the item was available. I called back minutes later and informed that I would be driving an hour to pick up the item and they assured me that the Nike tech was available. Only to drive the hour and the item not actually be in stock. Very inconvenient and they were not accommodating at all. Not even an apology just denial of my specific details. I am very upset

This store is located in a predominantly black neighborhood & they take advantage of the community with their ridiculous price gouging. A pair of $180 Jordans is $400 here. This is not a resell store. Retailers are not supposed to be charging these types of prices for Nike products. I will be reporting them to Nike and whoever else I need too. This is the only clothing/sneaker store that we have in our area. This would not happen in a white neighborhood. They also claim to do raffles on their shoes online which is a lie. They will sell you the new Jordans days before the release for 3 times the retail price. The raffle is a scam.

Used to buy my kids shoes here, honestly for the prices your better off just ordering on stock X. I send my son there and they tried taking advantage of him with pricing, after that they lost my buisiness.

This was a place that was always on my agenda to stop when I touched down. They used to have a very nice selection of fashion. But now it seems like their price gouging. They have stuff that you can't find or that's out of stock but the fact that they don't put prices on anything it's like they're just guessing a price when you ask. Used to be great guys get back to your old ways and then you might win my business back.

They scored madd points just for being so nice to my one year old boy! Everyone in the store was super helpful. They made sure to show me everything in my 1yr old son's size and also attentive to my 17 year old. All without being too pushy or pressure.

I would never give this place my money again. They are rude and argue with the customers. Even after Illinois opened back up malls and every other store this store will not let more than two people come in and they lock you in while you’re in there. They treat you like animals smh. One of the workers started yelling at a customer because he allowed a female to go in the store before him. This place is unbelievable and they over price their clothes with ridiculous prices! They take advantage of people this place should be closed!!

They don't have big sizes for women or different design of shoes for them either the store is nice but they need a make over in the store separate the women shoes froms, men shoes, and the children. Same as the clothes separate the clothes from each others so that people can have a choice jogging pants for all people such hoodies too.

Waited in line for about 30 - 40 mins. People were coming out mad saying they didnt have anything in shoes and no clothes unless you wear a 4x. Once I got inside they had all 3 shoes we wanted in the right size and jerseys in xl. Prices were very high bit that's normal for this place.

The selection is fine but the staff is rude. Followed around the entire store without any space to browse. You asked as soon as I walked in if I needed help - I told you no. I might have purchased something if the staff wasn’t so ridiculous.

I actually plan to report this place for fraudulent merchandise as I have purchased at least 3 pair of Nike shoes that were all ill fitting. Initially I thought it was my flat feet until I realized I've never encountered an issue of this kind with Footlocker, Shoe Carnival or the Villa. Feels like you're wearing two left feet or something. This store is in dire need of an investigation. I work too hard for my money .

I was not happy with the choices of Pelle Pelle coats they had alot where very old ones felt fake over priced found one on website 300 cheaper then the store and he tried to pressure me to buy a child's size 12 for my son who needed a man's small SMH Neva Again
