Doctor called a prescription in to this location and we waited two days for it. We finally got a call saying it was ready for pick up. We drove 30 minutes there just for them to say that they ordered too much of it and therefore can give us any because it’s more than what the doctor ordered. This forced us to have to drive 20 minutes to another Walgreens and wait in their queue for almost an hour. This should be an extremely simple process and has been terrible for us who need it for our one year old.

Always a hard time to get my medication they never have it in stock and its always a hassel to get it when i need my meds within a few days they go over getting it and its so hard to get the medicine because theres always a line

I like to shop here. I gave 4 stars this time just because a few aisles were difficult to go through. It seemed like they were stocking shelves and stopped but left the items in the way. The store offers a lot of services, fair prices and fast, friendly service. If it isnt cluttered next time I go, I will give a 5 star rating.

Regardless of how busy the pharmacy is, they're always kind, caring, and compassionate and have my meds ready. Super thankful for them! Never fail me. Went in last night after forgetting my medicine right at closing time and the sweet girl working drive thru took me anyway:)

I'm giving 5 stars based on the pharmacist Ms Jennifer! She knows her stuff. I can honestly say if she leaves so am I. She ALWAYS takes care of me and always ensures both of my insurances are ran. Jennifer you are a jewel and you have helped me save lots of money. Thank you.

There is always a line and a constant wait on medication to be filled. I process my medication online and recieve an email when it is ready, but I have to wait every time. They is not enough people helping to get orders out. Sometimes it's one person bouncing back and forth from the drive thru and counter.

Nasty pharmacy people working at this location. My wife went to have a prescription filled and the price came up significantly more than it was supposed to be. When my wife questioned it (in a polite manner, no raised voce or sarcastic attitude) She was told you need a coupon to get that price and "you have 10 seconds to get your coupon together or get out of line" Unbelievable! When we reported this to the manager he gave the impression he didn't care at all. We said we would complain to the corporate office and he responded by saying "go ahead. Better people than you have tried it" WOW!

Pharmacy doesn't close for lunch or have a window to shut on peoples faces. 90 days prescription are preferred by some insurances and they will ask for it to be filled as such or do mail order. Only time anyone is asked to go to the 24 hour store is if a prescription is dropped of two minutes before close or a doctor calls it in that late. Also some issues that happen aren't because the pharmacy is too busy or unhelpful. Their hands are tied but doctors offices and insurance. They are just the middle man, folks don't understand that and blame the people behind the counter. They cant make meds appear out of thin air. And just for the record. Think ahead before you run out of meds Don't you blame others for your mistake or no fault of their own.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens Pharmacy ever! I get here at 1:15pm. My daughters doctor called in steroids and an inhaler for her because she is having breathing issues. A Pharmacy tech was helping me for a moment, another tech rudely comes up and says “the prescription won’t be ready until after 2pm we close from 1:30-2pm for lunch.” I tell her I was here prior to that time and my daughter needs this medication ASAP she is having breathing problems. So the woman looks at me and says “well you can always go to another Walgreens that is 24 hours and have the prescription transferred there, they don’t close for lunch!” Then slammed the window gate shut in my face. So to that pharmacy tech, karma is real and I hope one day you know what it’s like to not be able to breath!

The pharmacy staff and current procedures need a significant overhaul. Extremely slow service due to one pharmicist per shift to approve every single RX purchase while trying to also manage other duties is not realistic. The staff is apathetic and overall incompetent. There a FEW exceptions. This is by far the worst pharmacy operation I've experienced with any pharmacy, but especially for the Walgreens chain. The general store staff are a pleasure and very eager to help.

The pharmacist working there is a joke!!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this pharmacy, definitely don't use if you expect to be taken care of properly!!!! They won't lift a finger to help you, the pharmacist told me to contact my Dr that was my job!!!! Needless to say.....that is his job, not mine!!!! To shop there....the workers are GREAT!!!! My rating is for the pharmacy department only!!! I had to give them 1 star in order to write this!!!!!

Pharmacy is always behind. They run you in circles when trying to get a prescription filled. Sometimes several days to get a prescription filled. I will transfer to a home town pharmacy. A little more cost, but no lies or hastles!

Would like to give 0 stars. This place is horrible. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE!!! You have been warned!!! Horrible customer service, don’t even bother to tell you when your meds are filled, will let you go days without your meds and not even bother to call another pharmacy to see if they can get them for you sooner. Just save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

They are slow, constantly out of medications and do not allow walk ins for vx and boosters as their signage EVERYWHERE states they do. I only come here bc my health insurance says I have to.

BEWARE! WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE WALGREENS GOT MY RX INCREASED FROM 30 DAY SUPPLY TO 90 DAYS! THIS RX WAS JUST A TRIAL TO SEE IF IT WOULD ALLEVIATE MY PROBLEM! SO NOW IM STUCK WITH A HUGR SUPPLY OF QUESTIONABLE RXNEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Good place to get medicine and snacks. About half the workers are nice the other half seem like they dont want to be there...I just make it a point to avoid them and my shopping experience is okay.
