The pharmacy does not have enough help. If you go through the drive through it usually takes quite sometime if there is any amount of people in line with you. If they are going to have two lanes they need 2 people getting Rx at busy times.Most workers inside don't really seem like they want to be there.I come here for convenience. Not quality.

This pharmacist Karla was extremely rude and dismissive about my medication. I asked for corporates number and all of her coworkers ignored me I called to get the number they hung up on me multiple times. I would never go there again worst experience ever. Went to another location got my questions answered with no problem.

We needed assistance with copying some photos. Tiara stopped what she was doing and gladly helped us. We were impressed with her printing knowledge. She is very personable and professional. It was quite apparent to me that Tiara was genuinely interested in my Walgreens customer care experience.

This is in regards to the Pharmacy Department Only:Patients filling Prescriptions BEWARE! This location has been short filling some prescriptions and not telling patients about it, as well as not double checking their counts. Especially with Narcotic medications. I've talked to the manager Lisa about this and how one of our RXs was SHORT FIVE (5) Pills which most be counted at the doctors office each month, in which my mother and patient gets in trouble for if the count is off. Lisa told me she would be informing the pharmacy staff to double check their counts and leave a notation when the head pharmacist Brian returns. Make sure to have your Prescriptions recounted in front of you when you pick up to verify what the bottle says is supposed to be in there to ensure your not being shorted!Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they did correct the issue without hassle when they discovered the bottle was short, and it was the correct amount on the redo of the RX, and the manager was on her way to talk to the pharmacy staff as I was leaving. I also earlier informed the guy which was handling my mom's RX that they could be liable for legal action if this continues, because who knows how many people have been shorted life saving or quality of life medications because of miscounts or worse yet, theft. I will continue to have them recount my family's RXs in front of me at time of pickup and URGENTLY advise everyone else do the same, especially for pain medications and even more so for narcotics.

Some of the pharmacy ppl are amazing and that's why I stay. But the store workers are literally useless and just won't help you. Today had to sit and listen to 2 employees take how much they hate people. Nice customer service. GOD help you If need anything they sure won't help.just sad the quality has went down soooo bad here and the parking lot is ALWAYS filthy.

Terrible customer service. My walgreens didn't have my medicine in stock. This has happened occasionally lately. I call the other ones to see if they have it. I've done this many times. I called another walgreens before this one and had my question answered no problem.I called this store and the person refused to do her job. She would not tell me anything at all and refused. I will go without my medication before I step foot in this store again.

There was a white man who happened to be the cashier on the night of 10/22/23 at 10pm. He followed me to the back of the store as if I were stealing. Made slick comments to the other white cashier as if I was going to steal. Very rude & disrespectful

Awful place. Had a fractured finger and needed to turn in my prescription so they could start getting it ready; so all they needed to do was take a piece of paper and ask me to wait 15 minutes. Instead she was the rudest/ slowest woman I've ever met that acted green along with all the new employees. She was a older woman and after waiting 50 minutes!! Without being helped at all, I went to the schnucks cvs next door, and was taken care of with prescription in hand within 20 minutes. AVOID THIS WALGREENS, full of ratchet employees that dont care about anyone but themselves.

Normally I hate going to the pharmacy, for any reason. But Ms Tamajae takes the pain out of my trip. Though shes only helped me twice, she greets myself, and as I waited for my prescription, others with a sincere smile. She offered assistance to customers who needed and didn’t make it seem like a chore.

Multiple times I have had to wait for a medication to be restocked. I’m already 2 days out and I’m having withdrawals. Not ok!Revising to my first review:Called Walgreens to get my script filled on the 23rd. Said it would be filled the following day due to insurance. Had to go out of town on the 25th without my script because they never filled it. Which forced me to take 2 days no meds and every other day after that. Come home on the 1st still haven’t filled it!!! When I called they say they are out of it!!! Knew I needed it over a week ago and never ordered it. Here is sit 6 days later making my script 2 weeks late and I still don’t have it. I am beyond upset. I wish these people knew what it felt like to withdraw from a medication and not because you have to but because of an incompetent team group of individuals. Because it’s a controlled substance I can not just have it sent to another pharmacy, I have to get it sent from my DR. This is the 10th month of me filling it at this Walgreens and they still don’t have me on file to keep it stocked. Every month I have had to deal with these people not doing their jobs. Having to constantly call to remind them to do what they are paid for and they still don’t get it done.

Avoid this pharmacy! First, I waited in line for over an hour with a crying baby because they were so slow. Then I get home to give my FOUR MONTH OLD his medication and my husband happened to look and it was expired!! Not by a few days but months! I am so mad. They have no attention to detail and I almost gave my infant old medication because of them. Do better!

I love Walgreens, have used Walgreens all over the U.S. since I travel in an RV ... BUT if you want to talk with a pharmacist it may take you over 20 minutes on hold on the phone AFTER you talk with 2 other pharmacist assistants first. It might be better/faster if you go into the physical store. FOLLOW UP 3 months later ... I transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I couldn't deal with lack of phone communication..

Normally I don’t have a problem getting Rx refilled. However last time I called a day before to make sure my Rx was available and pharmacist said yes and they would fill mine so I would have it. I got there the next day and they didn’t have enough pills to fill. They basically filled someone else’s. Told me I could get a few but would need another dr order for the rest and would cost the same again for rest of medicine. I still am short meds and waiting for rest. Poor management.

The drive-thru sucks. Moves so slow..Employees shouldn't be dealing with a customer, if it's confusion on prescription. They should be told to come inside, to keep the flow of the drive thru...

I use the 24 hour Walgreens in Belleville as the other locations the waiting times are really ridiculous. I don't completely blame employees, but either management or corporate should staff the stores appropriately.

I hate this pharmacy with a passion...they act as if they're the ones assigning prescription to people... they're very undermining and rude...if you can... steer clear of this place...I just called and asked about some prescriptions I had..the pharmacist hung up on me.. because she apparently couldn't hear me..this place is a joke..

I work at a dental office. I was calling in a prescription for a patient. I spoke with Chris in the pharmacy. He was extremely rude for no reason. He didn’t like the way I had phrased something and instead of correcting me lightly, he almost scolded me for it and made me feel incompetent

Had an insurance issue, insurance wouldn't cover an antibiotic without a pre authorized letter. My prescription was going to coat $1,200 and the pharmacist guy, who’s handsome, helped me get the cost down to a manageable amount! Thank you!

Don't attempt to use the website for Rx refills. I submitted a refill request on the web.. Called an hour after my pick up time to say I was running late, but they hadn't filled it yet & to give them another half hour to fill. I showed up 2 hrs later & it was never filled. I waited 25 minutes & still no refill. Had to come back a different day & block the line to get a refill.

It’s getting old waiting for something in line and to be told they are out and forgot to call and inform you so you’ll have to call your doctor and have them move your prescription or wait for it and come back another day.. so inconsiderate of others time.

Just left there and the pharmacist Carla is a liar and incompetent. I always buy my needle and syringes there but she told me that Illinois doesn’t sell them. It’s against the law! How do I administer my medicine all the other times?!

If you need a quick pharmaceutical need or anything of convenience, they have it. Similarly to gas station prices, and the service is not necessarily friendly but people will help you if you ask.
