I wish I could do ZERO ! “ JAE” at the customer service was terrible . She was very rude and impatient. “SAM” I thank you; she was super patient and not vocal about “it being her lunch break and she leaving at 4:30pm”

3 employees and none knew where to find the plastic Adirondack chairs. 20 mins of waiting, finally an older female employee walked by and asked if we needed help. Thank you, you are far more helpful than the others who are pretty clueless. For the record folks, the chairs are outside, all the way at the end of the garden center, on the outside between skids of mulch.

Big store with lots of items, you can easily get lost in here looking for things though. Had some one help me find what needed and helped me find all the things on my list. I thought this was awesome to have some one do that in such a big place.

Bought and had storm door install called store 4 times because door was not installed properly and everything Mike the guy who sold me the door said he was busy with another customer and he would send someone out .The installer came out blamed the problem on the door which I was told was a good door one of home depots top sellers. When I went to go out the door the next morning door was hard to open.Sent another guy out he said he done all he can do .Bottom of door is pulled out and he caulked it don't look to good.Very poor install.

Do not order appliances to Scott AFB from Home Depot. 3 days of attempting to get the delivery (Which meant hundreds in lost wages for our family), for the warehouse worker to finally admit that they didn't have employees who could access the base. (You only need a valid licence and not to be a felon or on a terrorist watchlist) Like y'all really don't have 2 drivers with a clean record and an ID?According to the Scott Community page, this is a well-known issue with Home Depot and they still don't care and keep selling things to us and lying and wasting our time. I think they just want us to get too annoyed that we (as the warehouse customer service worker said) just reorder them to pick up for yourself at the store. We don't have a truck though... So, we're waiting on management to find a solution for a 4th day of wasted time.

The home depot cannot compete with Lowe's. Every time I visit this place I have to end up going to Lowes to get what I want. I went to 2 home depot and still had to go to Lowes to get what I wanted.

Went to the Belleville Home Depot to buy a stand alone bathroom cabinet. When I called to ask where the top was I was told I have to pay an additional $100 for a top. They found it amusing. There are too many home improvement stores to ever go back to home depo again. Very dissatisfied

Was looking for a WHITE, not COLOR-CHANGING, LED, exterior staked spotlight with normal voltage, 🤔, not low-voltage. Home Depot had one. Spouse suggested looking at the other big 📦 home improvement store. It had a greater selection.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! The ceiling fan I wanted was not on the shelf, but Smiley, John, and Dan looked in extra places then went online to find one at another HD. They were SUPER friendly. My sister and I felt like family!

Would not recommend doing countertop orders with them, the entire experience has been nothing but a hassle and I should have known better than to think it would work out. Good luck getting there when someone is actually onsite to do the order, they do not help with verifying measurements at all, and you have to go through two other vendors on top of Home Depot to get it done. Not to mention that I was convinced to open a Home Depot credit card for this for the promo rates and ease of paying for this purchase which was a lie. The invoice states that it can be paid over the phone or in store but that is not true for "consumer" Home Depot credit cards so now I have to make another trip there just to pay the balance for the change order. Absolutely ridiculous and a thorough waste of so much time, should have just gone to an actual countertop vendor and skipped all of this.

Being a Pro Member seems like a disadvantage versus a benefit, at least at the Belleville location. They pro desk is usually staffed with disgruntled employees who seem to put a LOT of effort into getting out of work. Have had employees refuse to check out at the pro desk, sent us to customer service only to be sent BACK to the pro desk. Other employees around the store are left to pick up for their lack of customer service and it’s evident. Pro members typically spend thousands upon thousands upon thousands of dollars per quarter, and this is a prime example of how to not retain those customers. I’ll pay more elsewhere when the option is available to avoid unnecessary hassles.

Been to this location several times to buy home repair items and couldn’t find them. When trying to find ANYONE in an orange apron to help, either they say they’re too busy and to ask another associate, just point to a general area without helping find the items (which can be in odd areas), or pretend they don’t hear us and walk away. This is why Amazon is doing better business.

This Home Depot has the most helpful and friendly associates in customer service, more so than any other Home Depots, that I have frequented it in the past. Leonna in customer service is fast and efficient. She is very personable. It’s always quite apparent to me that she is genuinely interested in my return experience.

very negative experience with the manager at this store. The staff members were all very helpful with a problem I had with an item not being in stock that I ordered online but the manager did not seem to care at all. He was smug and kept trying to interrupt me when trying to explain the situation to him. He didn’t even help cancel my order after saying he would help me and I had to ask someone at the return desk to help me because the manager just walked away from me without saying anything after looking at the order. Apparently this item had been ordered by a few different people and they never had it available but no one in the store was fixing the issue with the stock showing it available.

I went here yesterday looking for a wheelchair but unfortunately you can only buy them online. I met a associate named John who went above and beyond to help me. After a couple phone calls I was on his way to his Moms to see if the wheelchair She had would work. John thank you for being amazing 👏

Do Not buy from this store. The customer service workers are nice, professional and they did try to help but the service that they use to deliver your merchandise is very poor. The guy who was suppose to deliver my washer after I waited for a week. Came to my house and was told to go to the side door instead he went back to the truck and left. He lied to the store and said that we had refused the delivery. I will never buy from Home Depot again due to this incident.

My experience at home depot was horrible, I went to by a real Christmas tree for my kids for the holidays and they wanted to argue with me about the size of the tree ! The tag on the tree was miss labeled for the size of the tree and then the kid that first came out there could not tell me the prise of the tree because it didn't have a label so after debating this with a manager there was no resolution to this problem I told the kids let's go we will go some where else. So we bought an even nicer tree at ace hardware down the street for 10 dollars more and got a way better tree , never had a problem with home depot ever they are usually my go to since I live right next door to them ,thanks home depot for really opening my eye up for great customer service

Everything you need in one place. This is my favorite one to go to because they have a lot of highly knowledgeable employees at this location. I just wish they were a little better on prices.
