Has always been my Number One Class Store..Appreciate you Targets!! Just two weeks ago ordered on line and got my stuff, ASP.. With Stores Closing and Down sizing, we need to Encourage Sometime, those Words can help and Change a Mind.

Whoever is running this store needs to be put on a PIP. Softlines is about the only thing that is kept up with. The back of the store looks like hot garbage. I've literally seen Ross's with better stock management. One way to manage loss prevention is to have items where they belong but instead you have toys over on pallets in Lawn & Garden, you have carts full of stock that is not getting stocked. Seriously; if this is a staffing issue you need to ask yourself what management is doing to not maintain headcount. Shiloh and Fairview don't have these problems. This is a management issue.

Need to keep the AT&T sales men in check other wise the rest of employees. You show and say not interested they still keep talking. They will follow even seen them go across the store for people that avoided them. Makes it a terrible experience shopping while this is going.

Every weekend the shelves are empty at this Target. Even when they do have items in stock, you have to check the date on anything "fresh" you are purchasing because they constantly have food for sale past the freshness date (all Targets have this issue).The Starbucks has polite, and knowledgeable employees, they need to be better staffed on the weekend. The lines are long but that is the fault of management not employees.The store is smaller and has less stock than Fairview Heights and often items are out of place and the store is disorganized. I try to avoid this Target but it is the closest Target. If it is a disaster before the Holidays, I only imagine it will be worse.

No more worry this store. Tried to place orders. Said multiple in stock. I was emailed his later that they were out. Target wouldn't match prices that were on sale at the time. After talking to service, I made multiple orders at best buy, walmart, and others. Ended up being cheaper doing that. Oh well

Put items on shelves that cant be sold. Close down lanes with only two open. Hey you guys have reached Walmart Status, not caring about service. I will never visit this Target again!!!

This target location is phenomenal. The service here is the best I’ve encountered anywhere. I’m every department I enter, someone is willing and excited to be helpful.Today, I made a return at the service desk, and the gentleman who assisted me was training other individuals, but he also taught me something new I didn’t know about the app and how easily they can access any purchase through the wallet. The entire interaction lasted less than 60 seconds, and I was off to Starbucks where the baristas there have learned my order, and are so dang pleasant!!

What is up with this store always being out of chicken and other items. They are almost never in stock. AND the produce is always rotten and bad. Almost always have to come back and return it.

Be prepared for a wait to check out. There’s usually one cashier and 3 self check outs ( one has been closed for weeks). Which means you will be waiting in a line 10+ people deep. But you will also see pairs of workers walking around nonchalantly talking “stocking”. If you have another target in your vicinity, go there instead. This one is going downhill quickly. The Starbucks people are super nice tho so shout out to them.

Essential grocery items are continually out of stock, but you won't find that out until AFTER you've placed your order in most cases. Long lines are also an issue. As other reviewers stated, usually just 1 human checking people out and then the 4 (if they're all working) self checkouts. If you're not going to spend the money employing cashiers the least you could do is use it to add more self checkouts.

I love this store. Not only good cashiers but always someone there to help you. I love the sign (I posted a picture here) that said that during the 2018 heat wave they were reducing their electrical usage with dimmer lights and less air conditioning. I didn't notice any difference in the store during my shopping, but the fact that they care about the community enough to do that means a lot to me. Also, I love the convenience of being able to order through their app and have it delivered to my car in the parking lot! Wow that's a nice option when my knee is injured!

Wonderful experience today at Target in the electronic section. My mother who is not used to phones needed a phone and the associate I believe his name was Daniel went absolutely above and beyond in helping us set up a phone that she would be able to use and getting everything ready on it. He even activated it for us which was its own process. Honestly, I don't know if I would have figured it out without him. Thank you Daniel and target!

Many shelves are empty and there was only 1 cashier present at 11:30 am, 3 people were in line ahead of me, there were about 10 people waiting in line for self checkout. I was there on a Friday. The cashier who waited on me was excellent. She was very cheerful and answered all my questions.

Not enough people running checkout, but what really gripes me is that after waiting, and being the next in line, another lane opens, and the cashier then invites the person BEHIND me to checkout while I'm waiting for the little old lady to complete her transaction. Making it worse, the person behind me completes checkout, then another person, and I'm waiting for the elderly woman to finish, so I had to wait longer than the person behind me. Thanks, Target, there's a reason Kmart was always better than you!

The store was clean floors shiny it's a great looking place. I talked with Jeff and let him know I'm moving into a new place but don't want to put holes on the wall but do want to hang pictures he told me about command stripes instead if nails. I went to checkout Christine was nice friendly and helpful. She let me know her lane was open. I apologized for it being so late. She said no problem I would still be here. So I liked it because most people complain of the last people coming in to shop.

WATCH OUT the employees walk in packs glued to their phones. I was bumped into by two red shirts staring at their phones (not their handheld, but literally snap chatting) that’s unacceptable. Will stick to Walmart bc they hustle over there :/

Last night i was charged for diapers i didn't buy and was shorted the bag of clothes i purchased, today i went into the store and explained what happened..they had my bag AND they refunded my card for the diapers i did not purchase. I so appreciate the honesty and service i received! Excellent job!!!
