Today 3.14.2 ,local time 7:40pm ,store closed their doors . Store hours 7am-10pm. What is wrong with that store ??? Why you closed doors early ? I need to pick up my package from Amazon.Attention please ! Update . Today 7.28.22 ,local time 6.20pm,store is closed again ,because employees don't show up. I need to get my Amazon package , store closing at 9pm. 👎👎👎 . I am gonna make report to Amazon and to shop in save . NEVER WILL BUY HERE AND NEVER SEND MY AMAZON PACKAGES HERE.

Nearly every time I come here I see the manager working hard. Always smiling and all the other employees seem happy. This place is clean and put together properly. And my favorite part is the spry bottle of cleaner they keep in the bathroom so you can clean the seat before you set. Thank all of you for doing what you do.

Oh and the Save-A-Lot down here in Belleville is great also you should try it go in there cuz it was better whenever Mike worked there he's gone now but I think that he really made a difference in that store look I'm going down and see what you think let us know do you miss Mike too

I only go to this store once in a while, i was looking at the meat but decided against any, just didn't look right and the bags of party wings looked like they came from chickens on steroids. Never buying them again.

This used to be my "go-to" store to buy chitterlings in the fall around the holidays. They're no longer carry them and now the prices are so high, you might as well go to the regular supermarket to buy your groceries. I only go there now if I need something I forgot at another store.

I went to Sav A Lot tonight BEFORE it closed only to get there and the entrance door was locked. There were people still in the store shopping. The store should have not been closed prior to closing time. I gently tapped on the window to get the female worker and the male worker attention. Both looked at me and then looked the other way. I could have been trying to get formula for a child or soup for a sick person. It doesn't matter the reason,I should have been able to shop because it was during store hours. This is unacceptable. So, I went to my vehicle and began googling other stores and their stores hours. By now it's closing time. It was well AFTER 9:00pm. There was a Caucasian woman that tapped on the window as I did earlier. The worker came to the door & chatted with her. To my surprise, the Caucasian woman was let in the store AFTER closing. There were no other customers left in the store. Sav a Lot can you ask your worker and manager to explain why does the Caucasian woman get preferential treatment? Why was she let in the store AFTER closing. Why was I ignored and not able to shop BEFORE closing. THERE'S NO EXPLANATION GOOD ENOUGH! If this isn't racist,I don't know what is. The time frame of the incident is between 8:40pm- 9:15pm May 28,2023.Check the cameras. I have my own proof. I have a video of the woman stating that she doesn't know why they let her in the store. I will be calling to get a hold of a regional manager that manages that location. I will also be contacting Belleville News Democrat about my experience and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. All customers should be treated equally! THIS LOCATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE CLOSED DOWN. POOR MANAGEMENT PRODUCES POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE CASHIERS AS WELL.

I had 3 homeless people come up to me ask me for money (cash or cash app) and cigarettes. Not at once three separate times. One on the way in and two inside the store. I just stopped on my way home to grab cheese. Probably will never be back.

Was crazy typical Wednesday before Thanksgiving was out of what I needed initially but did get other stuff. Staff trying their hardest to get people out but computers were going slow but they have my appreciation for sure. Will be back in soon.

This store has the best meat prices around. Pork sirloin roast was $1.29 a pound. Frozen vegetables were reasonable. I grocery store hop. That's the only way to save money now a days.

I had to run this errand for my 83 year old mother since she is still quarantined. This is her local grocery store. Small store about 5 isles. Since I wasn't familiar with the store, I was having problems finding items that were on my mother's grocery list. I had to keep bothering the employees over and over again for the location of the items. Not one time did they have an attitude with me for asking them for help. Clean, small and reasonable prices with super friendly employees! To all the employees who helped me, "THANK YOU!"

Not feeling the store too much anymore. It's switched management and the old management that was there has been transferred to another store was awesome kept everything and Scott kept everything up. There would be no lines going down Isles waiting for it to be checked out. But now there's a new manager there and all those things that I said Jeremy did the new management is not so much he might be trying his hardest and I gave him that but Jeremy can do it you can do it

I'm physically disabled and they have one scooter and it's mostly charged all the time. The meat is not high grade. I go for the produce when they first get in, you really need to pick over the food products to find something pretty good. I shop here when funds get low but, mostly I go to my favorite grocery store WM. This location is the best Save-A-Lot in the area. Yep

Shelves were stocked except for zucchini & lemons ( maybe they hadn't got to it yet ) but well stocked. I go to this store it's on a bus line. The staff is pretty friendly and prices are reasonable.

I would have to say that the Clinton Illinois Save-A-lot is the best one I have ever been in, and I've been in several. The owner knows what's up!! Atmosphere seems to be buzzing with business all the time! Some of the higher quality meat cuts for your buck. I would highly recommend for all folks.
