Would highly recommend! Had a toilet that was gurgling and a back up in our basement drain. Made an appointment online around 11pm for the morning and was called around 7:15am to see if I was available to have the Plumbers come sooner. Arrived promptly and very nice to our young children and dog. Mike and Noah were knowledgeable and assessed all possible reasons for the problem. I appreciated how they talked through what they were doing and how they were going to resolve it.Will recommend to others because of the customer service and how reasonably priced they were. Very pleased with the services I received on Easter morning! These guys were so friendly and professional. They unclogged my kitchen drain, as requested, and were very thorough to also check for other potential obstructions in the pipes leading out of the house. Dustin was very informative. I put an online request in for them to unclog my kitchen sink. I then received an email and a text confirming. About 20 minutes later I got a phone call from a very pleasant woman letting me know the techs were en route. They were friendly, efficient and left zero mess! I didn't even have to put up my crazy pit but!! From the time I put in my request until they finished and walked out the door was a couple of hours! I've never had such a great experience with plumbing issues.....EVER! Great service all the way around. Will definitely use again and recommend!!

Total five star experience! Sink clogged on Easter. Tech Ryan was out here in less than 45 minutes, out promptly, did an outstanding job VERY detail oriented, left work area immaculate, he stayed until he had made sure the problem was solved. Will definitely use again ! Ryan was the best!

I was asked to do a review so I shall for the wonderful job and experience that I have gotten yet again with Roto-Rooter! Dustin was the technician that was great upon arrival with the four dogs that were under my care, he didn't freak out and was very good and cooperative with me when he was doing his job. I told him the situation and location of my problem (washer pipe drain kept overflowing). He listened to me and started problem solving step by step. He explained everything that he was doing and what the problem might be. Found out that the kitchen drain line next to it was having stuff clogged which clogged the drain line. The whole process took about an hour in all to get done, but it didn't even seem like it. To be honest it felt more like the guys hanging out, helping a buddy out, talking, and making sure the job was done thoroughly. The only thing missing was not having a few brews while doing it with some burgers and dogs going on the grill while we give each other some trouble. If you want great customer service, solutions, and future prevention, definitely go with Roto-Rooter and request Dustin and be amazed!

This company continues to amaze me! On day two of working at my home we had Hasan Abdullah arrive to help us. He was super knowledgeable and kind beyond measure. He did everything he could to help us including reducing the cost due to the length and difficulty of the job being very expensive and digging for an extraordinary amount of time to try and find our clean out since we had no idea where it was located. Truly I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past but Roto-Rooter has proven that opinion to be wrong! You all are amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone who has a need and will always call upon them if trouble arises in the future. Thank you so much!

Hassan was very knowledgeable and patient.I have an ongoing sewer drain that backs up when it rains. The company’s online scheduling was easy. I received prompt service between the hours I requested. Hassan explained things thoroughly and even let me view the camera while he was working, to see for myself and he explained what we were looking at which helped me (as a woman) to know what the problems were. He gave suggestions to help us in the future and his demeanor was very professional, respectable, and courteous. The prices are so high (4 stars) but it helps to have someone to take time with customers instead of just coming out and acting like they do not want to do the job. Roto Rooter is high$$$ -but the customer service that we have received (5 stars) keeps us calling back and it is the main reason why we use them. Hassan did not disappoint with the great customer service

Made an appointment online and had them out to my house within 2 days to hydro jet my gutter drain lines that were backed up due to heavy rain. Hasan was fantastic and had both my lines cleared within 30-45 minutes. Highly recommended!

I previously called Roto-Rooter because a part on my hot water heater was broken. They were so professional and reasonable I called them again when my sink drain failed to work. The serviceman ran the snake all through my pipes and then informed me that it was hair wrapped around the plug. It seemed he could have checked that first and been out in ten minutes. But it took about 20 and the charge was over $400. He was a very nice person, very professional and he said there was a discount coupon he could offer, but it was still about $350, which I feel is unreasonable. I wish he had told me the cost first and checked the plug. So I have mixed review, one great service call and one disappointing.

Our Service Technician Thomas S. was very knowledgeable, respectful as well as thorough. He kept an open line of communication throughout the process, giving us updates from time to time.The clog was deep in our main sewer line and was eventually broke through after some serious perseverance. Once cleared this allowed our family to go about our normal daily lives without the fear of a Poo*Nami back flowing into our basement.Fingers crossed we not have any further issues for awhile but if so, hopefully Thomas will be on our route.Thanks Roto-Rooter for staffing quality employees.

We had water backing up out of our basement floor drains for a few days. We attempted to fix ourselves and rented all the equipment. We are obviously not meant to be plumbers because it did not go well. After contacting roto-rooter they were able to send someone out that same day. Our plumber (Sam) got our lines cleared that evening and arranged for someone to come scope the lines to find what caused the back up. Overall very happy with the service and Sam was very nice.

Had a leaking pipe from upstairs bathroom with water coming through main floor ceiling and light fixture. Called in the evening said they would send a plumber out promptly at 10am. No one came until nearly 3 pm after several calls and assurances they were on their way. Water restoration team couldn’t respond without seeing the plumbing situation. The two people that came out, turned on the bathtub faucet, despite me telling him what had happened, and sure enough water started pouring through the ceiling and light fixture again, creating a potential electric issue and more potential for mold. Then they said they weren’t licensed plumbers and couldn’t help. They can only fix drains. Then they said we’ll try to get someone out tomorrow. Exacerbated the issue, wasted an entire day of response. Tried to speak to a manager to try to get someone out there to help today but no response. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.

I had a very good experience. The gentleman came between the time lot stated. They were courteous they were very efficient, they sprayed down the basement and cleaned the entire area. They cleared the main drain. I am very appreciative and I would use Roto-Rooter again in the future.

The tech was polite and thoughtful. He was mindful of cost. He installed the pressure regulator quickly. I had a leaky faucet, however, and he said they will not fix someone else’s installation, and he felt it was a poor installation. That said, i asked what their policy was for an older home or where the original installer was no longer in business. He said they would just replace the faucet and repeated they don’t “fix” things. He advised I call the manufacturer of the faucet to get another one and install it. I’m not a plumber so quite frankly I felt it was a waste. The entire cost was over $800 ($100 discount) to install the pressure regulator and fix a faucet that still leaks. He came back a second time to look at the leaky faucet and came in with no tools because he said I just needed to get a new one or get someone else to fix it, basically. very nice tech, and very polite but at the end of the day did not fix the problem
