DONT TRUST GROOMING! Rest of store is nice. Booked a next day appointment because they ALWAYS have them. Girl must have had a bad day because she was rude off the bat. My 7lb dog was calm, despite other dogs in there, and the woman rubbing all around her face and body. I showed her a tangle around her eye from gunk. She had another rude lady come over and start messing with her face. The woman all of a sudden says they can’t groom her because she tried to bite!!! BS Pets Mart!!! Pull tapes!!! She has never meanly bitten anyone and has 3 teeth. And I’m not the only google reviewer with the experience. Lady said my dog needs to be sedated! RIDICULOUS!!! She said she gets bit all the time and it was for my dogs safety. This is a RED FLAG! Thankfully they wouldn’t take my dog!!! Country kennel had a same day from cancellation. Country Kennel was $20 cheaper, completely amazing and complimented me on my dog’s temperament. Pics from Country Kennel right after Pets Mart wouldn’t take us. No sedation and no complaints from them.

We've been using PetSmart grooming since our dog was a pup. She is now almost three and her whole body wags when we're approaching the building. The staff is always nice. The store is very neat and organized. My dog loves visiting because she knows she's going to leave with treats and new toys. They handle her very well and don't mind her excited tinkling. Highly recommended.
