The workers are amazing! They all asked me if I needed help or if I found everything okay! The worker checking me out was very very friendly and had a smile on her face it was great I enjoy going there and seeing everyone happy! I will be bringing in my 140lb German Shepherd next time as she loves this store ! You grab her leash and collar she’s at the door waiting to go. I would totally recommend this store any day or time for my pet! Keep up the good work !! You guys are amazing ! Thank you !!

Paid extra for the furminator brush and my dog came home shedding just as bad as before. And her second coat was still showing on her back end . I get she is a hairy dog but a little more effort for 88$ plus tip would have been nice. Second time I’ve had trouble . I’m done with them.

DON’T TRUST THE GROOMERS!!! Other reviewers with similar experience. The women in there were very rude. My 7lb dog was very calm despite other dogs in there, as well as the women rubbing all over her body and face. I had them look at a place by her eye that had gunk. The lady said my dog tried to bite her. I was there the whole time. She’s a GIANT LIAR, and I would love them to pull tapes if there were any. My dog was calm the entire time. She said for the safety of my dog they won’t groom her, and that they get bit all the time. Total RED FLAG!!!! Told me my dog needed to be sedated!!! I’m pretty sure it had nothing to do with my dog and was because I eventually started to match their rude energy. Thankfully they wouldn’t take her, and I got a same day at country kennel estate due to someone cancelling. Dog has never bitten anyone in her life out of aggression and has 3 teeth. Sedated?! She wasn’t even moving around. Absolutely crazy!!! Here are before and after pics from country kennel right after I left Pets Mart. AND their grooming is $20 cheaper!!! They raved about how good my dog was! …Also, I called the manager at pets mart because I was that angry. She was very nice. I feel bad she has groomers that act like that. Groomers / grooming policy: appointments are scheduled for three dogs in a 3 hour block. So if your appointment is 3pm, your dog may be groomed at 3, 4, or 5pm. The kicker is that they'll wash all three at the same time, dry and groom the first one, and stick the other two in kennels - wet - until their turn. So your dog could be sitting in a kennel wet for two hours.

I love this place, but damn have the prices gone up. Not surprised, everything has gone up. Just have to keep up with the sales they have. It's local n close to home so that's a plus.

Absolutely wonderful cashier and selection of dog toys. Just got a new rescue and didn’t know how he was going to react. Trying to control my dog, i dropped my card. My dog was anxious and ready to go and he could tell. The cashier picked up my card, put it in the machine for me, had me type in my pin, and we were out the door. Only complaint is there was a dog off-leash when I walked in (which the cashier grabbed the leash). Thank you, I appreciate you!

I've shopped this location off and on for the last decade, however I am taking the time to leave this review specifically regarding our grooming visit yesterday. I easily booked online and was able to get a same day appointment that afternoon. Georgia was in charge of caring for our 4 legged baby and she did a remarkable job. It is evident in her work that she cares for animals, and the grooming job was great. I couldn't have been happier with how easy and successful yesterday's appointment was.

I can't say enough about this store. I placed several online orders which might have been pricing errors.However, to their credit they honored the first two and delivered today when I passed through on my way south. The young lady even assisted me to car top my new dog house!Now I have to add another puppy it seems as we lost our canine family member this past summer. Hutch, my son's Yellow Lab is sorely missed, more so tonight on New Years Eve than ever. He worked himself into my heart and it's been broken these past seven months...Anyway, kudos to Petsmart for honoring the deal for a new dog house and to the Belleville store for all that they did on my behalf.PS. I car topped that behemoth from Belleville to past Sparta, Illinois and then home to Chatham for a total of nearly 200 miles!!! You all ought to have heard the wind whistling past the straps as I outran the ice storm headed my way.Haply New Year!

The salon girls are grate!! The rest of the store is basically a pet grocery store! Anyone can a bag of food, but the salon keeps you in business!¡! Fix the schematics and keep the salon happy! It's an online world guys! Keep the groomers happy bo one cares about uses cat clothes! Try again keep them happy cause they're all you got!

PetSmart Staff at Belleville Crossing are amazing from the cashiers that greet you as you come in, the very sweet young lady that works in the fish area and answers all my crazy Betta questions. All the way back to the grooming department who take such good care of our boy Gable. He tends to get anxious when he thinks we will leave him and their staff always makes him and us feel comfortable when leaving him.

Pretty much a standard PetSmart on the west end of Belleville. We shop this location frequently (about every 2 weeks or so), and have almost always been greeted upon entry. They always seem willing to help and let you know the status of your rewards points @ checkout and whether or not you have any you'd like to spend. Store seems to be kept clean and have never had a bad experience!

starting off the store itself amazing! the grooming part though… both my sisters took their dogs there this past weekend and they refused to trim my sister’s dog’s fur because he was “aggressive” he’s the most loving dog all he does is lick he’s not even a year old yet. and then my other sisters dog they brushed her teeth but refused to clip her nails? once again she’s not even a year old either and never bites people. but my question overall is how can you brush the dogs TEETH (what she “bites” with) but not clip her nails because she’s “biting” ?? and they also refused to trim her fur as well. we’ve brought them here before with no issues and both dogs in one weekend have issues? weird.wont be coming back!

Had to take my dog back in because the deshedding was not done well the first time. After getting him home I saw a flea on his ear, I had to spend $200 on flea meds for him and my cats because he got fleas while being groomed here. Will not take him back.

The clerk took the time to explain the rewards program that can save you a lot of money. Loved looking at all the dogs that owners brought in with them. Very clean store. There was a dog training class going on and a grooming station in the back.

Over the years I’ve spent countless amounts of money at this store. Between dog training classes, grooming, and purchases for my fur babies. Today I went in trying to return something for my mom without a receipt. I figured it wouldn’t be an issue and that we could get store credit but oh was I wrong.The item was a “Calm Paws Behavior Support™ Caring Dog Collar with Calming Gel Patch”. It was in it’s original packaging and had never even been opened! Yet, when the manager came over she informed us that without a receipt she would not be able to accept the return because if was above a $ threshold per PetSmart policy. However - per PetSmart website, no such policy exists for returns without receipt. So I guess the policy only applies to SOME people. I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location or giving them any of your money. Very disappointing experience to say the least especially considering how much money I’ve spent at this location over the years. I was essentially treated like a thief.

Good selection and final price on Friskies pate with gravy and specialty canned cat food. Pleasant, helpful sales associate and cashier with no waiting. Much appreciated, especially as a senior citizen running short on food for my 19-year-old cat.

I would give no stars if that was an option. This store has sold my partner and I sick fish on 2 different occasions which have resulted in losing other fish due to the illness. Twice we have bought fish from this location and both time months apart have infected our tanks. If you choose to shop at this careless establishment stay away from the aquatic animals….

POOR COMMUNICATION. The website shows grooming hours as the same as the store hours, however when we got there an hour before closing for a nail trim, everyone was gone. They said the groomers leave after the last appointment, usually between 5-7 pm! THEN PUT THAT ON THE WEBSITE so people don’t waste a trip. #everythingforpets
