This location deserves a SIX STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating because of customer service.On my visit I encountered a friendly, knowledgeable staff that went about and beyond what is expected at a big box store.Will definitely be shopping here for my DIY PROJECTS and home improvement needs.Their garden center was stocked with quality, clean fresh product.The crew at the return desk were awesome as well as the cashier that assisted me with the auto checkout station.

Went in on my lunch break to buy some oops paint. I had the most awesome chat with the two employees that helped me check out. I came here as it is ust across the street from my place of employment. I also checked them out as I will no longer be shopping at home depot if I can at all help it.. Again, customer service is everything. I will definitely go back.

I have personally bought 2 major appliances, numerous tools and recently a toilet from this location. I went in to purchase a new lid. Dennis in plumbing graciously using the term common sense customer service handed us a replacement lid out of a box with a broken toilet. We went up front to pay for our other items only to be told they would not honor his decision. They wanted the lid that came with the toilet that didn’t fit back. Does that make any sense.

The most helpful Lowe’s I have ever been to. I stopped going to the other nearly equidistant one from my house in exclusive favor of this one because of how lovely the associates are. I truly wish I could give a bonus star or something just for one business, because it would be this one. The Pro Desk team is amazing whether you’re an actual pro or just need a hand in lumber/concrete, the millwork team is super knowledgeable and down to earth, the people in flooring are always friendly and helpful… I could go on and on. Even when things go wrong, they’re all so helpful (as long as you’re patient and understanding like a decent human). Highly recommend, 5/5, A++. Incredible associates aside, the store is also kept consistently clean and they have a good selection both of normal stock and clearance items.

Today I went to Lowe's off of Green Mount road. I was looking at lavender plants and rose bushes and they started using the forklift right by me. It made me nervous, I couldn't enjoy making my selection. Then someone who I believe to be a manager asked if I needed help and said he was worried I woulld get hit. So I left and I will get my plants else where.

I have purchased 3 major appliances, all the same day and have been having so many problems with 2 of them . The customer service at the store is horrible and I can honestly say I will not be buying anything else from Lowe’s . This has been the worst experience ever. I should’ve followed my first mind and purchased from Home Depot. I do not recommend any products from Lowe’s .

I had a great experience with my sales person but the fridge I bought was defective, not their fault but when they brought a 2nd one out they scratched the hell out if it and forgot the ice maker. They discounted the fridge a little but the whole process was a nightmare.

Albeit Lowes advertised military discount a military ID is not good enough to receive it. Me and my phone were abducted for almost a half hour while while a supervisor went to a website to "verify" me. After disclosure of extremely sensitive info I was still not verified so the supervisor just gave me my discount. I say Lowe's has nothing worth that kind of treatment. I will NEVER pass through a Lowe's door again.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a dishwasher on Nov 18th was told it would be installed on the 29th still don't have it. Being told now I'll get a call on the Dec 4th, customer service representative on the phone refuses to let me speak to supervisor when I finally get supervisor on phone and complain about that I'm told the customer service representative was trained that way.

Bought a washer and dryer here. May tag. Basic model that seemed like a good price. Worked for about 2 -3 weeks and just stopped working. Lowes will not exchange or repair appliances past 48 hours. Do not buy your appliances here. They have a 90 day return exchange policy on other items but not major purchases. Obviously I would not expect to return a washing machine after using it for 3 weeks. Yet I would expect them to stand behind a $700 item that broke after less than a month of normal use.

Here’s a shed I bought in September of last year. I paid to have it installed by Lowes contractors. After three months of the worst communication I have ever experienced by Lowes and the contractor, I finally got the shed but the incompetent contractor couldn’t build it.I built it my self and they didn’t give me the feltunderlay for the roof.I had to buy plastic to cover it. Now I’m just waiting to get my money back and my felt. It’s been over a week since I’ve heard from anyone. Because of this you are losing half a dozen somewhat loyal customers. I will never shop here again.

Really bad service today. Actually, issue was NO service. I asked 2 separate employees for help with a large tool box. You cannot just wheel it up to the checkout, must have staff assistance to purchase. Neither employee offered to help, said they would “call” someone. Nobody ever came to help. Walked out of the store- found the first employee I asked outside grilling BBQ near the building. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I asked an associate where I could find an item, and the associate stopped what he was doing and took me right to where the item was. Then the cashier was very friendly. So overall it was a fast and nice experience. I've found out from going to this particular store many times it's a better experience than most of the lowes in the entire St Louis Metropolitan area.

This was genuinely the worst experience I’ve had in purchasing an appliance in my lifetime.I cannot recommend the Belleville Lowe’s to anyone and would tell you to avoid this place as much as possible. This experience has been so poor that I’ll be sure to go out of my way not to buy any of my home improvement needs here.I purchased a dishwasher on June 27 at this location. I needed to have home delivery and installation, which I purchased. The salesmen had mentioned that I would be called within one week for setup. This is sort of a weasel phrase that I should have known better. This only had meant the third party installer needed to call by then. Just be aware of this low-level tactic to get you to buy the appliance. It’s definitely a sales trick.I did receive that call on July 03. The very earliest the Lowe’s Installation 3rd Party could come up was July 18. Disappointing that I had to wait three weeks, but I understood I was sort of at the mercy of who they use for installation.July 18 comes and the unit arrives broken. Lowe’s called me a couple hours after to reorder a new unit and to call me Thursday, July 20 with an update. I received no call. No call the 21st and no call on Monday, July 24 either.They called me July 25. If you generously give them the Tuesday date of installation, that means they waited 4 business days to call to replace the unit. The unit was then scheduled to come August 03. This doesn’t include when a 3rd party installer could come in.I came in person to the Belleville store. The manager claimed he could not do anything. I called into corporate and they had another manager from the Belleville store call in, in which he offered nothing.So, I’ve been waiting four full weeks, and close to a full calendar month, with nothing from Lowe’s. There wasn’t really a good explanation of why they took so long to order it.The Belleville Lowe’s did not offer to look at other models or offer any sort of compensation. Nothing.Today I went to a mom and pop store that ended up selling me a unit for a better price. I purchased it on 7/25. It’s scheduled to be installed on 7/27 through a 3rd party installer…that made me laugh at the Belleville Lowe’s apathy towards their customers.Avoid this location at all costs.UPDATE:Lowe’s replied to my comment asking me to contact them. They had their chances. Multiple times on the phone and in person.Why earn trust back now when you had your chance?

The team here was great, helping me find the right washer and dryer. They also helped me attempt to load it into my hatchback (I hurt my back a few weeks ago, but my hatchback was barely too small) and when that failed, setting up delivery to my home. :)

The guys in their shipping and receiving department are extremely rude, Tosed papers back to me and told me to go somewhere else, I first gave them a 1 start but when I got to The garden center a guy named John S. came out and he showed excellent customer service, very positive also and was very Efficient, so that's why I'm giving it a 3 star

Was literally just told they couldn't fix a price on an item that was scanning at zero dollars even though the price was on the tag. I was told I just couldn't purchase. Who refuses to sell their items because they didn't have anyone who could fix it scheduled. Ridiculous!

Sadly to say we spent over 3000.00 on flooring and took then over an hour to load our truck. And as we tried to leave our truck wouldn't start, I went back inside to have someone help us no one would help jump our car by this time my kids are hungry and tired. Very disappointed in the service and the lack of willingness to help in time of need.

Delivery nightmare. I’ve been trying to get a washer/dryer for almost two weeks. The first order was canceled in the middle of the delivery window due to a glitch in their system. I had to wait 3-4 days to see the money repost to my credit card, then reorder the appliances and schedule a second delivery. Today, again in the middle of the delivery window, the driver calls to inform me that his colleague forgot his wallet, which means they’re unable to get on the base for delivery. He offered to drive the appliances in alone and leave them in the garage, but I would have to reschedule a time to have them installed. I just drove to the store to reschedule the delivery, but they can’t help me until tomorrow, after they see the appliances have returned. So tomorrow will be attempt #3 at getting my washer/dryer since March 10th, and I’m traveling next week. Everyone in the store has been incredibly kind, but the system and the third-party delivery seem to both be unreliable. Totally at the mercy of the system.

If I could give 0 stars and have this work, I would. We ordered a washer and dryer combo. We had to wait 3 weeks for delivery of an in-stock item because we wanted a gas dryer. Finally the day comes for delivery and the call the night before, automated I might add gives us a 4 hour window from 2-6 PM. So we plan our day to be home by 2. The driver shows at 12 without notification while we are away. We talk through the Ring doorbell and he says he can't come back today. What kind of service is this for almost $2K in product? and now day 2 they don't call and the delivery is rescheduled for a third day! I guess I have nothing better to do. I have at least 4 other options to purchase equipment near me and will use them next time.
