Customer service is great . I’ve bought boho curly hair out the store I usually order it but I decided to try it out . I spent $55-60 on one pack which was okay but as I comb out the bundle little hairs are coming out making the bundle thin instead of its actually size …..I wasnt satisfied at all usually one pack Is enough for me . Basically it’s mixed with short hairs

Images Beauty Supply in Belleville, IL is an exceptional place to shop for ALL of your haircare needs! Not to mention, they have a great selection of jewelry, press on nails, etc. The store is always clean and well stocked. Service is impeccable. I live less than 5 minutes from. a beauty supply store; however, I don't mind the close to 20 minute drive to Images!

This was my first time visiting this location. The store was very neat, clean, and organized. I was very impressed. I do not like stores that are unorganized. It hampers my shopping experience as a customer. Also, the gentleman working was very helpful. I was looking for a particular item. He told me when it was located in the store, but he also walked me over to the exact location in the store and pointed out the item. I appreciate this type of customer service. I was able to make my purchase and I advised him how much I appreciated the cleanliness of the store. I would definitely recommend shopping in this store and other Image locations. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

The store is always nice and clean and the workers are always very friendly. I got 95% of the things that I was looking for today. One of my favorite lip glosses was out of stock but that’s understandable because it is a really good brand but other than that I was able to substitute it with a different brand and it’s working OK but the overall customer service was amazing
