I usually always leave a good review but today I'm going to be honest as soon as I walked in the lady at front desk instantly got sketched out and said I have to leave my bag unattended 🤣 I shut it down quickly and said if I can't bring my bag with me I'll go shop somewhere else! Everyone else in the establishment was polite and asked if I needed help or anything. SO HERES A PICTURE OF MY PURCHASE WITH THE RECEIPT! Thanks and I'll pray for you ma'am considering you instantly wanted to judge a book by the cover!

I went there to get some keys made...The service was quick and the keys worked perfect.....I had forgotten that Hardware stores was the place..People use to go and get there keys made..in the old days..They have a professional staff...That works hard trying to get the right part or item you need...I also go there for plumbing stuff. .They have a Professional staff that knows what to do or give advice...for you to do it yourself .

I want to say that I love this store! Everyone is so helpful and accommodating!!! I just moved to the area and wasn't sure where to go, but this is the place with the expertise! Jason helped me with a paint selection. He offered tips, products, and the utmost customer service! He remembered me and was just all around very professional, knowledgeable, and nice! I recommend coming to this store. I also was helped by another gentleman but didn't get his name, (silver hair) but was as equally attentive and super helpful. I will be Coming back over and over. Way to knock it out of the park@ you guys and gals!

Very helpful folks! Amazing how many items they stock at these Old School type hardware store. Check out the very extensive bbq grill department on main floor as well as basement.I had a pretty good idea what I needed and where to find it in store but was offered assistance by no fewer than three associates Super friendly and helpful.Thanks

Been going here for years and they always have friendly and helpful staff. Rarely has their ever been a time I couldn't find what I was looking for. So much better service than what you get at home depot and lowes. In and out without having to look around forever and the prices are appropriate.

Great customer service! I meant to write this review months ago, and now I have forgotten his name, but one of the assistant managers was extremely helpful in getting us paint that was no longer in the system. He was extremely patient with us and got us a color that we needed. Right after he was done helping us, he was pulled outside to help a lady with a key... He seemed like he was the go to guy for whatever was needed!

One of the few mom and pop stores still standing. Generations of knowledge abound in this establishment. This place is amazing. Fantastic service. Excellent knowledgeable assistance. If they don't have it they will tell you who does. Awesome place. 10 out of 10.

ACE always is customer friendly. They help you find any item you are looking for. We went for grass seed and 2 employees made sure we had the size required and whether our yard was sunny or shaded. The personal touch was much appreciated

Thus business has not let me down yet. Hard to find items. My furnace filter is a weird size. They had it, shower adapter to go from 1/2 inch ball from fister, to 1/2 inch male for new shower head. Thank you

They have alot of things in their store. I went in there looking for a flusher for the toilet bowl. They had that, and so much more. I did not expect it to be even half the size. It looks small from the road, but is huge when inside.Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and know what they are talking about. Would recommend.♿ Handicap accessable

I love going here and supporting a local small business. Help is always available to answer your home improvement selections. While this place isn’t a massive Lowe’s, you’ll find they have a great variety of things and can cover 99% of your hardware store trips.

I love this place. Friendly helpful folk. I know it's part of a franchise but it doesn't feel like it. I feel like I am going to the neighborhood hardware store my dad took me to when I was a kid. They have everything you need.There is no penny candy or grab bags for the kids, though. I think they need to get on that. 😊
