I would not shop her at all. First of all I lost my debit card inside the store. The young lady with the blue braids said someone turned the card in and came back and retrieved the card. Plus they used my card at the location 3 times. What kind of policy is in place here. They steal from people and her attitude is so bad after you gave my card to someone it didn't belong to. This store is all messed up period.

The manager is rude and weird..his employees are terrible. All he do is take smoke breaks 10 times a day. Doesn't honor prices he would rather lose a sale. Been going to this store for years and he and the current employees are far by the worst this store has had. He doesn't need to manage this store or any other one for that matter.

I don't often visit family dollar yet when I do I can always find a great deal for what I'm looking to buy. However this morning a different story is to be told about the service clerk behind the counter. I was having trouble finding an item and sorry to say but the clerk had an issue with providing information as to were I could find it. Attitude is everything when dealing with other people's money. As I approached the counter the same sales rep had no welcoming attention. I greeted her and attempted to make small talk as her attitude was making me uncomfortable. Ashley could benefit from a retrain or perhaps another job as it seem mornings are not a thing for her. Maybe a future visit from a mystery shopper night weed out those who do not value gainful employment.

I walked into the store and there was a man in the store with an unleashed or harnessed dog. I was on the phone speaking with my daughter when i came into the store and was surprised by the dogs presence in the store. I fell into their soda display. The 2 store employees thought the entire scene was hilarious and couldn't stop laughing. After I regained my footing I grabbed a shopping cart to put space between myself and the dog, the dog began to charge at me and had to be told to sit by the man the dog came into the store. By this time both Family Dollar employees were beside themselves with laughter. Never once warning me the dog was there nor did they offer assistance after I was hurt falling on their soda display. When I confronted the employees by asking them what was funny and why did they allow the dog in the store. They tried to lie and say it was a sevice dog. Service dogs are leashed or harnessed and often times are wearing ID'S that let the public know. And i know for a FACT a service dog would NEVER charge at humas. I called the Family Dollar corporate office to report the experience and incident i had in the store and NO ONE called me back nor were they concerned. Customer service starts from the top. Now i understand why the 2 employees in the store behaved the way they did that day even after I told them I would be calling their corporate office. I haven't and WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN Or any Family Dollar again.

This is my favorite quick place to grab supplies. They do have some rude employees, and one night I got there to find that the kid who was closing had locked the doors 20 minutes early. In your shopping adventures, there are times that a lower price will indicate a lower quality. The lack of order in the aisles will leave you wondering if you just left 'home goods' or 'infant and baby'...errgh...food?clothes?However, the pleasant staff will help you through the disaster area, forgive your clumsiness and carry to your car with a smile. Which leaves YOU with a smile that you might have just found the best deal in town!

It was okay. I go here only bc of the convenience of its location. Otherwise I would go to a different store. The shelves were neat and orderly. Lots of items to choose from. Neighborhood, therefore the customers, make me feel a bit uneasy. I dont frequently shop here but would go again.
