Nasty , dirty , filthy , unkempt unorganized . It was a mess , stuff was everywhere. There were No shopping carts . I had to turn around & come out of there . I was scared that I was going to get dirty ; I had to go back to work . Someone needs to report them . That store shouldn't look that bad . I would Never return to that store on North Belt West in Belleville .

The place is usually clean enough, but the employees are absolutely miserable. I literally feel depressed when I walk out of there. They either mumble and don’t look at you, or speak to you like you just kicked their puppy in front of them. I know you Guys aren’t getting paid enough to smile, but at least to be non-combative.

I love Dollar Tree n the great values but NOT the Store#757 at 5831 Belleville Crossing St, Belleville, IL, 62226-3105. The manager is RUDE & mean n NEVER treats me with respect. And I dont know why- but I've had it, with her! I dont think she's a people person and certainly should NOT have a MANAGER POSITION! I had to go there to pickup an online in-store pickup. And I tried to get it to be picked up from the nicer store at Bellevue Plaza, on West Main St, Belleville, IL but on the online order it said that pickups were not available at that store at this time n the online order automatically set the order to be picked up at the Belleville Crossing Store!

I needed some door banners for my mentally retarded sister who lives in an assisted living home. The lady that helped me stopped stocking her shelves and walked over to the decorations and helped me pick out some really nice door banners and decorations for my sister's room. She was so kind and nice and everyone so very helpful.

I ran into Dollar Tree for some cat food and this store was huge bad fully stocked!!! Jerome and Chelsey were top notch. Their customer care was very impressive. Thank you guys!!

The bald gentleman at the register thinks covid19 is a hoax. Which I guess is a good thing really since dollar general doesnt think enough of their employees to even install a cheap piece of plexiglass in front of the register. We need to remember how companies like this treated their employees during a pandemic and we all need to take our business elsewhere.It's not just about the workers getting sick they can also infect us customers. They are choosing to risk killing their employees and customers to save literally less than $50.
