Staff not friendly or helpful. Tried to refill my pen needles today 1/30/2021 was told it couldn’t be refilled until 2/1/2021. I told the lady that I was completely out of them and I could not give my injection . She went to the back then came back and said you shouldn’t be out of them to go home and look for them and you know you are only to use it once a day. I know how often i use it, then she say I can buy them . I have insurance why should I buy them. This is the new norm rudeness and uncaring, so what if my blood sugar goes up they don’t care.

Scheduled a COVID test with them online for today at 2pm. Drove the 30 minutes because it was the only place that had open appointments, when I got there it was closed with a hand written sign on the door. The pharmacy was closed. All of it. I tried calling the number to see if there was anyone inside but only managed to get recordings.

The pharmacist scowled and grimaced at me like a pos...condescending tone then refused to even fill order ...i did nothing...im at Walgreens now getting 5 star service..i never felt so bad the way I was treated. She should lose her job...im calling the home office
