Wow! I have to tell you what a wonderful staff you have at your store. Working in retail I appreciate the knowledge Curtis and Nathan both have. They truly make my shopping experience easy and they are always so willing to answer any questions I have and help with products to cater to me. You always here the negative. Let me tell you there is none. This is my first time at the Belleville location but I will be splitting my time in between both stores. I truly hope you value both gentlemen because they are an asset to your company.

The customer service here is top notch. Ian and Nathan are some of the nicest people you can come across. They will patiently answer any questions you have and give helpful suggestions. The prices at these stores are a little high but the fantastic customer service will keep you coming back.

Regarding choosing which things to buy, Jazz and Eric were VERY helpful. Regarding the products, they showed excellent product knowledge. very strongly recommend.We love in Chicago and the drive is far however I will definitely order online and have products shipped. This place is better than any place I have been to in chicago

Absolutely wonderful people. Skye was incredibly helpful with my husband and I who have never been into a place like this before, super knowledgeable and gave wonderful recommendations. Frannie and Aryanna were sweet people who treated my husband's service dog (when given permission to be off work mode) with absolute love and affection making us feel incredibly welcome and happy to be there. Highly recommend and plan on going back as well.

First off, this store is so full of comfortable atmosphere and customer service that I immediately had a great time as soon as I entered. The team Nathan and jasmine were so welcoming and helpful and in such great spirits that it makes me excited to come back! 10/10 will shop again and if you haven't been here, you're missing out!

The first time I went to this store was a few years ago for my dog. They helped me find cbd for his seizures. Instead of lasting minutes, they lasted seconds. My second time going I had some questions about Kratom. The lady was very informative and helped me. Now I am a regular at this store and go a couple times a week. If you have anxiety, pain or a lot of stress. I suggest you go in there and ask about their different products. Someone will lead you in the right direction.

Oh my goodness! Where to begin. I am new to the area and new to the gummy experience. so I was admittedly a little nervous about visiting the store. But,Frannie and Nathan, were amazing. Great mojo, very knowledgeable, and excellent educators. My primary goal was to finally get a good night of sleep. what was the outcome? The best sleep I've had in two years. I will definitely be visiting again in the future

The workers are awesome I love coming here!!! Sue was so sweet and informative on my visit today. She helped me out a lot. I don’t know too much about kratom and she was very pleasant and helpful. ❤️ Thanks Sue!Frankie was great! Went in for some advice on a different item and ended up buying it and loving it! This place is great and the employees are amazingI came into the store today and I had 2 amazing employees Nate and Frankie help me out. He was able to talk me thorough some options as well as some of the many benefits. This is a great place to go if you are new to the CBD scene want to work with employees that are knowledgeable! Been going here for awhile, Awesome staff and very caring. Extremely knowledgeable with there products. I have two autoimmune diseases and have celiac disease as well. The have informative information need for the Gluten Free line. Was in today and had the pleasure of working with Sue and Jazz, wonderful woman, and truly a breath of fresh air for excellent customer service. I'm a first timer to all this stuff, but went to the location in Belleville for some questions and to start testing things. Skye, Frannie, and Aryanna were not only respectful of my service dog(waiting until I took her off work to pet her/asking respectfully if she was working/etc.), but were kind hearted and listened to my questions, needs, and concerns. Skye worked with me for my issues and needs, suggesting stuff they use in their own daily life, which I appreciated heavily. Even if this suggestion doesnt pan out, I'll be returning to try other CBD/Kratom based solutions from this store, and hopefully from these three lovely humans.

Heather was absolutely perfect. Not only did she have spot on knowledge of what CBD products my needs required, but she adjusted for my partial deaf-blindness and spoke loudly and clearly as well as read price tags for me. She even helped my roommate who brought me and made suggestions for products for her and the service dog. We definitely left happy customers and will be regulars to this shop again and again. The shop was clean and the Saleswoman was polite. I had a list but a cpl of them she said they haven't had them in store as far as she new. The pill packs she sold me were non effective she said to be careful about how many I took because I could get really high,but took 2 of 1 nothing so I took 2 of another and my back and leg still hurt,have taken this before and I don't think I will again. The sales tax is as much as the product this was not worth my $48 I spent

This place is so wonderful as are the people who work here! You are greeted as you walk in the door and get an employee's full attention for educational and informational purposes. Frannie helped me this time and we came up with gifts for my kids as well as my usual caramels for evening arthritis discomfort! Check out a store for yourself; it is such a pleasant experience(and you can just sit and chill in a comfy chair in a calm, organic atmosphere).
