I was lucky that my fur baby had 14 years of good health without needing many trips to the vet. But last month he developed a urinary block from crystals for the first time. Dr. Linton and the staff took amazing care of him while they unblocked him but unfortunately last night he blocked again. After Dr. Linton talked me through our options, I made the decision to have my boy put down. Everyone was so compassionate and helped make the process as painless for him as it could be. I will miss him every day but I will never forget how wonderful Dr. Linton and her team were to him.

Professional, clean, affordable, and friendly. My cat got a UTI and they were able to squeeze in an emergency visit same day. (This does depend on appointments and canceling so is not always possible). I will be taking all my pets here in the future and will recommend them to everyone!

Had to change my rating recently due to speaking with some rude lady/ manager here. A couple months ago I was just trying to get help on finding a lost cat's home by possibly bringing it by to be checked for a microchip. I witnessed some horrible kid in my neighborhood trying to hurt this innocent cat, and I called here just trying to see if I could get help finding it a safe place until animal control opened up or I could find it's owners. This lady I spoke with here told me " We are not an animal shelter. You need to call animal control!" Just completely heartless and her tone made me sick to my stomach as if I wasn't already sad for the cat being lost and scared by some crazy kid. During the spring prior to this incident, I found a wandering Akita around my house and a nice young lady there helped my husband and I to find it's owner so I just thought I could do the same for this kitty. Needless to say I haven't brought my pets back here for any follow ups or check ups after talking to this lady about that cat, and I probably won't. If you're the lady that took my call that day, you know who you are. Kindness goes a long way. Just remember that next time! And by the way, the cat is completely fine thanks to me.

They had a very friendly staff, The atmosphere was a little bit of wrecking with the doors slamming from air pressure whenever a main door was open or closed! It made my dog's nervous and made it very hard for the veterinarians to give them their shots and draw blood because they were already nervous! With A sign Saying I am sorry for the inconvenience under construction I hope th a t there address that will the remodel!

I've taken my dogs here for years. They have been getting more busy through the years and their prices have gone up. When I took my current dog to a discount clinic to be neutered, he was sent home without antibiotics. When I called to set up an appointment and get him some meds, they said that they wouldn't see my dog, who has been seen there before, and to go back to who did the surgery. They really couldn't have cared less. I'll never come back.

I have been taking my dogs there for over 10 years. Not to say there are not other certainly wonderful and qualified vets in the area. But I wouldn't take mine anywhere else.Not just because the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, caring and helpful. But because these people really care about your dogs. I say dogs because I have dogs. They care about your animals. It's not just a money grubbing experience.I want to know my dogs are going to be treated like family when they're there and they always are.I have a Yorkie dog that is going to turn 21 next week. Do you think I would trust her care to just anyone?

My first time coming here was a heartbreaking experience. I had to unfortunately have my little Sparkle B put to sleep. The vet and her assistants were very compassionate and caring. They sent us home with two clay molds of her paw print, and a keepsake containing her fur. We decided to take her home for burial, and they sent her in a "Angel Bag" which had little paw prints on the outside.

The vet rushed me out, assuring nothing was wrong with my cat, just for my 1 year old cat to die when it could’ve been prevented.BAC also botched my family cat’s euthanasia and the manager has ignored multiple requests for a call back to discuss what happened.They have too many patients to actually care for. Everyone is a dollar sign to them. I’ve been to other vets locally that care significantly more (Metro vet in Brentwood and Davis Pet Hospital are both much better options with vets who actually care and listen to you).

I went in with my animal for something mundane and what they gave her, without telling me the possible side effects, caused diabetes and we went for a second treatment they didn't catch it, even through there were signs, it wasnt until we went in for a 3rd treatment that the diabetes was caught. The treatment experience was less than ideal as well.

It was my first time coming to this vet since moving into town. Just wanted to give Ryan (vet tech) a huge shoutout. Not only was he very knowledgeable about dogs and different vitamins/medications mine could take, but he made me and both of my dogs feel very comfortable and welcomed. Not one time did he express any disdain for my dogs because of their size or breeds (Rottweiler/pit bull). He alone deserves 5 stars but the reason I’m giving 4 is because I believe the rest of the staff could be more welcoming to dogs of all breeds.

Had an emergency with my dog. It went through glass window and they refused to see it at all. After dealing with them very often this was very poor treatment towards my dog and my self. The dog has facial lacerations and a deep cut on its paw bleeeding heavily and won’t stop. I will not be recommending this vet or clinic to anyone at all.

We have gone to BAC since 1974. The care there is a far cry from their beginning. If you feel your pet is a family member-they will not receive great care at BAC. Dr. Linton and Dr. Schaufler were uncaring and not engaged in our dogs medical needs. Neither cared about his well being. We have moved our dog to a different vet.

I entrusted BAC to cremate my cat after she had passed at home. I found it odd right off the bat that I had to hand my baby over in the parking lot (didn’t even let us go into their quiet room to finish our goodbyes). This was nothing but a transaction to them. Unfortunately we had to move not long after this and I decided to wait until we moved to pick up her remains so nothing would happen in the process as well as it is emotional to pick up ashes instead of your loving pet. I asked my brother to pick her up while he was there and he was told “well they waited too long so we returned her ashes to be spread in a garden”. Not a single phone call was made to us to let us know this would happen. I worked at a vet and we NEVER would take it upon ourselves to return remains. The money is not the issue but the emotional distress of them being so careless. Not a single keepsake was kept for us. I will NEVER recommend going here. I am heartbroken that my pet is now just tossed in some soil instead of at home with her family. Highly disrespectful. They were not even remotely empathetic about it. They just treated it as if we had left trash with them and they just tossed it.

Terrible bedside manor and almost refused to euthanize my ex's cat because of my ex's outstanding balance. I understand businesses need to make money but to bring it up during a hard time when people are grieving is not the proper way to handle the situation.

The Belleville Animal Clinic offers top notch veterinary services. They are very understanding and help out with any questions you have. The staff is friendly and well organized. Appointments run on time and the wait time is short. I never choose a specific vet, they all are friendly and knowledgeable. I have two cats and one is on a harness. They helped put me in a slow time slot and catered to my specific albiet weird needs.

I had a kitten that needed treatment for her eye. Could not get her into any vets locally due to no appointments ( even my 2 Vets) they not only took her in. the diagnosis was thorough and it only needed antibiotics. The level of professionalism shown to a new client is outstanding after 2 days you can not even tell my kitten was sick!!! . I lost my baby of 15 years days after telling dr he had trouble swallowing she chucked it up to new meds that’s all he was gone days after !! I emailed he had passed to please cancel his follow up and I didn’t even get the decency of a response!!!please go elsewhere!!!!

We took our puppy Here 3 days ago when she wasn’t feeling well. When they took her they said she had Parvo even though she was showing no symptoms. We didn’t question it because we believed they knew what they were doing. Unfortunately that was not the case. They left her in A cage covered in her own filth, and did not give her water or take care of her. When we did get the chance to see her two days later, after them telling us that she was doing good, her arm was three times the size of her other legs and infected from them messing up the catheter so many times and not cleaning it and she could barely move. They continued to take more than $600 a day and lying to us about her condition. Our 2 month puppy died the next day and they had her cremated before we could even get pictures. Please please please do not go here I will regret taking my dog here for the rest of my life.

I had an appointment that I was scheduled for at 2:30pm and was running 8 minutes behind and they would not see us. My baby girl just had 7 babies and 2 died with one vomiting every time she eats and they couldn't be considerate of us being 8 minutes late. I know everything is about time, but my gosh "REALLY" 8 mins late.

I really appreciate the Quiet Room. In 2010 we put our black lab to sleep. It was in an examination room and she was on the floor when she was injected. I didn't remember that until my youngest daughter reminded me of that experience. She always hated the fact that she passed away on the floor. This time they have a place called the Quiet Room. Cute and private with a table where you can put your pet. They were very nice and sympathetic. They gave us privacy and time to say our goodbyes and mourne. Thank you!

i have to give this Clinic a 5 star rating. If there were more stars i would give them. We had to put our Daisy down 2 weeks ago. The process of letting her go was horrible, but the doctor and the vet tech were amazing with us. We were going to be getting her ashes back. When I went to pick them up, I was in awe at how much love we were shown. I not only was given my babies ashes, but inside a nice bag from Kurrus Pet Services, was a sympathy card, a mold of her paw print, a death certificate, her ashes were put in a very nice box with a sticker on the back with her name, DOB and death on it, a laminated paper in loving memory of her with the rainbow bridge on the back, a lapel pin of a dog with a halo and angel wings, a key chain with her name and a paw print chip clip. These people are so amazing, this just goes to show how much they care about the pets and people they serve. Kudos to you all.

Called and got my cat in that same day. When I arrived, they got him back to a room and seen immediately. He was fully assessed and diagnosed within minutes. They gave him prescription medications right away and everything was so affordable. All of the staff were beyond friendly. By far the best vet experience we’ve had!

I kept this clinic as my primary vet for several dogs even after I moved 30 minutes out of the way. They are great vets that stay affordable... But I think what makes me love this place the most is that they go out of the way to be as caring as possible.
