My doodle tillie loves to go to daycare at all paws! Staff is always friendly and helpful coming out to the car to get her. They all seem to truly love pets! They even made the cutest valentine card with her paw print and sent home a goodie bag for her! Thank you for making my dogs life better!

Great place for our 5 month old Lab puppy to get some exercise and socialization with other dogs... especially during these cold winter days.Staff is very friendly and genuinely seem to care for all the animals. Their hours of operation are extremely convenient.Really appreciate the photos of our puppy enjoying herself there. Thank you for taking such great care of our baby 🐾

I have two cats. This place is AMAZING!! I love the fact that they put the cats in their own little rooms when boarding and not cages. My boys are house cats and are allowed to move around freely in my home. To put them in a cage would be a form of punishment for them.Also, the rooms are clean and you can pick out a cat tree for your feline to lounge on in their room during their stay. Yes, the cat tree is also clean! I'm very impressed with their service and I'm at peace when I leave my cats when I go out of town. Furthermore, they offer military discount!!!

In December I had an appointment to have my dogs watched over by your team. Unfortunately Casey's pet hospital closed down. I was able to seek the help thru one of your employees. I got the shot records and emailed them to you guys. The manager threw a fit and told my dogs were not welcome there. Due to shot re odds which me and employee were taking care of. The manager should be fired or retrained and want customers. If you want further details please ask. I have the voice messages and rude emails. From your abusive manager

When looking for a new daycare, I was worried about finding a place that my puppy liked. I can safely say that I was not disappointed in choosing All Paws Inn! My 5 month old puppy loves going to daycare during the week, and the staff is amazing! They are very understanding of the fact that Ryder is very young and still learning! One of my favorite things about All Paws Inn is the fact that they even come and pick up dogs from your car, which is very convenient if you are in a rush or wanting to make a quick and easy drop off! Occasionally, they even send us pupdates throughout the day! We would recommend All Paws Inn to anyone looking for a new doggy daycare!Another plus, our pup plays so hard at daycare that he falls asleep in the car before we can even pull out of the parking lot!

Absolutely awful experience. The manager, Anthony Scott, cussed me out for not doing business after they told me they would need to move my cats to a random employees home. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere then he cussed me out and went on Facebook and said I was the aggressor. The place smells awful. It’s staffed by inexperienced teenagers and the manager has no accountability and the owner is nowhere to be seen.

Both of our dogs are a bit shy around strangers , but they love going to " school". ( that's what we call it, lol ) They especially love Anthony and Sydney , who they have known the longest . I work close to the daycare , but live about 30 minutes away. We still choose to take them there for extended stays rather than use a kennel close to our home because we know they are in good hands.

All Paws Inn Resort and Daycare is THE best dog daycare and boarding business in or around Belleville, llinois. I have used several of the dog boarding places around here once. The entire dog daycare team at All Paws is phenomenal and accommodating. They truly love animals and it shows.Just this last weekend they boarded our dogs Johann and Dolly. The dogs seemed worn out when we picked them up on Sunday which means they had a great time.This is where all of our dog boarding business in Belleville, IL will go from now on. You are the best facility around! We wouldn't trust anyone else with the Howard Crew! My paranoid dog mom and veterinarian mind is at ease when we leave them with you knowing they are in such caring, capable hands! We love seeing photos of our dogs when we are away and can tell they are having fun playing. They always come home exhausted from their fun and ready to cuddle. As for daycare, whenever we mention going to play, they all get excited and run to the door to go. Thank you for always being the best with our crazy crew! All Paws Inn was amazing. I had a family emergency and our usual kennel was booked. All Paws made availability for my pup. He was there for 7 days and I got daily updates as well as pictures of my pups time there. They went above and beyond to make sure my pup was comfortable and treated him as if he was their own. The owners and staff could not be better! My house was destroyed after a recent storm. They took my pup without question, even with limited space. They made her feel right at home. Treated her like family. Treated me like family. It's becoming more and more rare to see people taking so much pride in what they do. They did a fantastic job with my 4 month old pup. We dropped her off for daycare to learn socialization and help with separation anxiety. I watched them for a bit through the window and they were incredible at introducing her to other pups. I highly recommend them.

When they first opened up, we were very impressed with their service and cleanliness. After COVID, we began to notice that the outdoor kennel area was not the cleanest. They just hose the feces and urine out of the enclosure and it runs across the parking lot and driveway. We began boarding elsewhere but decided to give it another chance with a daycare visit, and wish we hadn't. At pickup time, both dogs smelled strongly of urine, and one had very wet fur on her lower legs. Both required major baths when they got home.

We left our dog, Lotus, with All Paws while we took a weekend road trip and she loved it! We enjoyed the photos and we were able to relax knowing she was safe and having fun. Highly recommend!

Amazing dog daycare/boarding facility! My dog Yuki boards here every time my family and I go out of town. Staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient. My favorite thing about this place is that they have private areas for reactive dogs like mine. They give my dog her own private area while boarding, safely away from other dogs, and have a separate area outside for her to play, also away from the other dogs. Most dog daycares I looked at before did not have this and refused to take reactive dogs, which is why this place is a godsend! The staff plays with Yuki and makes sure she is well attended to. My dog loves this place, and so do I!

I took my Chow Chow, 'BEBE', AKC Registered, Purebred, Board Certified and documented 5 year old male to 'All Paws Boarding' for a 5 day boarding stay while I took care of business in another state. I was quoted $55.00 a day for the only boarding that was available. We agreed he would be given spa treatments and grooming during the stay. Upon my return to pick him up, he had NOT been groom and there was NO signs of any type of spa treatment at all. His paw where WET and he smelled as if he had been standing in URINE! Not only that, All Paws Up-Charged me for he daily stay. the attendant said that the charge was $63.00 and change a day for a kennel stay. This is NOT what was quoted to me by the person that checked us in or that I had previously spoke to on the phone. I am very upset and I feel I am due a partial refund for failure to live up to their contract and keep their agreement. BEWARE of who cares for our four legged children. I am so sorry 'BABE'. I thought that they would do you right because of their years of service. I was wrong and now I have to pay to make you feel and look better.
