Staff is not fully trained, hours are changed or store is closed without notice. Just a bit taped on the door.Everyone working there is clueless and get snippy at times.

Horrible costumer service, had both of the pharmacy techs laugh in my face when I was asking a simple question about needles for my cats insulin. My mom went in the same day for this issue and they rolled there eyes and laughed at her too. Never come here.

Rude and tacky. Didn't fill my medications sent by the emergency room because I didn't have insurance on file. Refused to help me with goodrx when every other pharmacy has. And told me when I come to pick it up to not come inside and go through the drive up. Since I'm sick. Said it would be another hour at least to fill my cough medicine when they have had the script for 24 hours. Kept asking me questions when I can barely talk.Will never go back for meds. Pathetic. If it was one of their family members they would make sure they were able to get it in a timely manner. They don't care about you- they care about your money.

Their hours are limited, the store has very low stock & Customer Service is VERY subpar. The pharmacy makes up their own rules about filling prescriptions & completely disregard the Dr's orders! I have never dealt with a more disrespectful staff that simply don't seem to care at all about the individual Customer's needs.

I went there for a flu shot I was the only one waiting the store manager told me 5 minutes, I waited 40 minutes and in that time there was only 1 customer that came in.When i asked the very rude manager how much longer she said if you don't like waiting too bad. I'm reporting her to corporate. Stay away from this CVS.

Pharmacy was rude to a senior who had a question. The tone and demeanor from the pharmacist was totally uncalled for. CVS must not have a policy to treat people with respect or even with some attempt at good customer service. All of our business will be taken somewhere else. Awful experience.

I've had so many problems with this Pharmacy since they purchased Docs. S cripts that they call me cause they're ready. I drive there and they are not. Standsrd scripts not in stock and I have to wait days. Multiple mechanized phone calls asking me if zi want to refill a script. Argument with the manager who was rude and wouldn't answer questions about diabetic test kits. Calls like now that won't go through and you get disconnected

Pricy for sure. My biggest gripe concerns the pharmacy. If they OFFER to have my monthly scripts refilled automatically and I ACCEPT, then I should not find out at the last minute that the script was not refilled - especially when it’s a medication that should not be stopped abruptly. Not good service.

The shorter woman with dark hair, who I assume is a manager, is quite an unreasonable person. She kept yelling at me to wear my mask “properly” yet the more the two of us talked, the more my mask needed adjustment. As she is both a larger woman and a representative of CVS Health, I hope that she begins to take heart disease, diabetes and obesity as seriously as she does COVID-19.

Very unfriendly pharmacy manager. Customer service is not in her training manual. Very unprofessional in dealing with customers. This is new pharmacy for our family and I will be going back to locations outside of our town as every experience with this manager is to much to deal with in this customer service type of job. Send her back to training. keep her away from customer contact or more folks will be going elsewhere as well.

I really miss Doc's. They never bothered me or threatened to not fill my RX. They didn't hound me or my doctor about putting me on a generic so they could make more money. They didn't change my name brand RX over to a generic behind my back. Doc's was wonderful and the staff was always friendly...I miss them dearly.So, CVS took over 5 months ago and I've been dealing with their BS ever since, until today. After today, I will never go back. Here's the events that took place, but some background first. I have HBP and my DR started me on one, then two, then three meds. I had awful side effects, which seems to be a problem for me no matter what. I went down to just the one and it works well enough. The med is newer with very few side effects but is costly and there is no generic for it. Side note, their are plenty of "generic" meds that do what this does but I would not be able to tolerate them.So skip forward 6 years...I've been taking this one RX and never had a problem with our local pharmacies, all's good. Then one day I notice a CVS banner on the Doc's building, um, okay. I go in to get my RX filled and knew it would take some time but over 30 minutes just to get them to update my file? I go to pick it up and get bombarded with questions I answered earlier about why I don't get the generic. Finally I leave and think everything has been handled.Every month since it's been nothing but a hassle. Two months ago I went in on a Saturday and am told that they will not fill it. That I have to get my doctor to change it to a generic...so this is on a Saturday and I am out of pills...but they expect me to wait until Monday morning to call and make this change and then another couple of days until the order is filled. I tell them once again why I don't take a generic and mind you I am paying for this out of my own pocket. They get my RX but are not happy about it...wonderful customer service they've got there.Last month more of the same and then out of the blue I get a call from their corp office about my prescriptions. I thought we were getting this cleared up but I became concerned when she mentioned the other two generic drugs that I no longer took...it had been 6 years. I explained to her about why I only wanted the name brand and that I didn't mind paying over $100.00 a month for it since it worked for me. I really thought she understood and that this would no longer be an issue every month...boy was I wrong.Walked into CVS today and low and behold, they changed my RX over to a generic without telling me. I blew a fuse! So they called my doctor and had them change me to the generic that I didn't want and that they never prescribed for me. Then the pharmacist tells me that it was my doctor that called in the change without my knowledge...um, no it wasn't. It was their corp office hounding my doctor to change me over to the generic so they could make money. You see, they don't make any, or at least not nearly as much on my self pay RX verses the generic drugs. The cashier even told me that it was CVS that initiated the change.After 20 minutes I got my proper RX and left...I will not be back.

Just because you go to the drive thru doesn't mean your first in line, people in the store were probably ahead of you. There short staffed like everyone else. Get a grip.

Excellent service. I really appreciate the extended hours CVS has compared to when this location used to be a Doc's Drugs. I also have the exact same perscription coverage I had with Docs.
